• Dagma (10/5): - The metro is close by, which is a plus for families with children. The bus stops right outside the apartment. Clean, pleasant, and the staff were great. A small minus was one bathroom.

• Alessia (5/5): - Posizione comoda e abbastanza buona per muoversi poiché vicinissimo c’è la metro di piazza Bologna. Appartamento largo e spazioso. Non abbiamo trovato la carta igienica. Inoltre, alcuni asciugamani non erano puliti.
• Niccolò (9/5): Ottima posizione, da rivedere alcuni aspetti e dettagli - Posizione, casa luminosa e accogliente. Molti dettagli da rivedere: assenza di shampo bagnoschiuma, una presa della corrente vicino al letto non funzionante, bicchieri da vino spaiati (di cui uno rotto e impolverato) tubo della doccia rovinato (l'acqua usciva dalla giuntura). Letto cigolante.
• Pietro (2/5): Peccato, personalmente non lo consiglio! - Appartamento molto luminoso e comodissimo per 5 persone, situato in una zona piena di servizi, a pochi metri c’è la fermata metro di piazza Bologna. Letto e cuscino davvero comodo. Appartamento lercio, per terra era davvero sporco, in bagno il dispenser del sapone era vuoto, polvere su qualsiasi mobile e telecomando, ho dovuto pulire personalmente il comodino altrimenti non avrei potuto appoggiare niente. Appena entrati c’era una puzza disgustosa di sigarette. Avevo segnalato all’addetto delle pulizie la cosa perché lo avevo trovato sul posto al momento della gentile concessione di lasciare le valigie in appartamento prima del check-in da parte dell’amministratore. Ho segnalato con foto allo stesso amministratore la sporcizia nell’appartamento , si è scusato e mi ha detto che avrebbero provveduto subito il giorno dopo a sistemare tutto ma così non è stato. Tutti i copriletto erano macchiati così come i cuscini del divano. La presa della corrente nella seconda stanza a destra era rotta proprio come il soffione della doccia che perdeva acqua dal latto provocando un getto che rimbalzava sul muro. Segnalo che il self check-in è impostato malissimo, messaggi continui è snervanti sia su whatsapp, sia via mail che via sms in più la sezione di inserimento dati è davvero molto invadente per la privacy in quanto chiedevano persino selfie con documento d’identità…nemmeno fossimo dei delinquenti da schedare in questura. La zona purtroppo oltre ad essere molto servita di giorno di notte è davvero “rumorosa” a causa di urla e schiamazzi di ragazzi che frequentano i locali e pub vicino l’appartamento…gli infissi che hanno zero insonorizzazione hanno contribuito a un sonno non tranquillo…

• cinzia (7/5): Appartamento Roma quasi quasi - Siamo venuti in tre adulti in treno stazione tiburtina Posizione buona sia per il centro che per le stazioni, ci sono da prendere dei mezzi però sono vicini. Appartamento grande , cucina comoda per cucinare...camere spaziose e letto comodo. Trascuratezza dell'appartamento... doccia con difettucci... lavatrice carica di biancheria sconosciuta...scopa super sporca in balcone...nulla però che non si possa migliorare... perché l'appartamento è bello.

• Ivica (10/5): - Ein neu renoviertes Hotel das sehr schön ist und in der Nähe von der U-Bahn Station Bologna. Sehr schön. Das Frühstück sollte aber in einem Raum sein das man nicht so lange warten muss wenn man mit einer Gruppe unterwegs ist. Es sit sehr gut aber bestellen und warten ist für eine Gruppe sehr anstrengend. Sonst ist es ein gutes Frühstück.

• Yaroslav Cherepin (10/5): Отличное место, рекомендую! - Очень уютно и красиво. В каждой комнате кондиционер. Есть все необходимое для отдыха. Недалеко есть супермаркет. Немного шумно, если открыть окна. В день заезда не работал лифт и пришлось все семьей со всеми сумками подниматься на 6 этаж. Если у вас слабый интернет, то будет сложно попасть в квартиру из-за электронного замка. Кухня маловата для большой компании.

• Marley (9/5): - O apartamento é bem localizado, com boa infraestrutura nos quartos, cozinha e banheiro. Bem limpinho e as informações sobre como acessar o apartamento foram bem claras! Adoramos a estadia! Tenho apenas duas críticas: 1) o wifi era bem lento; 2) o ralo do box do chuveiro estava um pouco entupido e transbordou com frequência.

There was some dark mold growing in the bathroom but the most complicated thing was that we had to change the number of guests coming last-minute and it was incredibly difficult to do, which was frustrating.
