• Marie (10/5): We had a wonderful time being together and the place made it possible with enough room for all of us - The location was excellent. There was a little mix up on our arrivals, but everything worked out. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to restaurants/bar where we could have breakfast before we started our day, and a little grocery store was across the street which made it nice to get water etc. Everything was fine!

In dit huis/appartement is het zoveel gezelliger dan op een hotel - Voldoende ruimte voor 10 personen, in de eetkamer konden we steeds gezellig samenzitten en met 6 slaapkamers ook voldoende privacy.Zeer goede ligging! We arriveerden op zondag en op vraag werd een bed bijgezet Een afwasmachine zou zeker een aanrader zijn
• Natalie (8/5): Amazing location, fantastic communication with staff, great sized rooms and communal spaces, great kitchen facilities - - We loved the size, most facilities and the location was amazing. The beds weren’t very comfortable but most of the group slept well regardless due to so much walking in the day. The showers (especially in the music room) was slow draining causing flooding in the bathroom when used.

• Barry (10/5): A wonderful stay, very receptive hosts and team always responsive. - Excellent location between Vatican and River. Local and tourist buses less than 5 minutes away on a quiet street. Less than 10minutes to cultural centre such as Piazzaa Nevona, Spanish Steps. The apartment tastefully decorated, good size rooms most own bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and adequate lounge space. The host, Gianmarco was always readily replying to all our questions and was there to meet us exactly on time as we updated him through the day. A big plus we could leave our llu5before and after our stay- very flexible. Child bed not available.

The mattress in the purple room needs updating. You can feel nothing but springs when sleeping on it. Other than that all was great.

• Milos (7/5): Well positioned apartment - The location is great, close to a lot of squares, city centre and main attractions. The communication with host was easy and they were really helpful with everything. The rooms are great size. The wifi is also of good quality which is convenient. The whole apartment is a little worn off. All the toilets need some changes sine they do not work properly. The bed mattresses are not comfortable at all, they probably need to be change with new ones. Espresso coffee pot is without handle so it makes it difficult to use and pour coffee since it is too hot. There are a lot of small things that ruin the first impression of the apartment itself which is a shame since the location is superb.

• Jennelle (10/5): We loved our stay in the Home of the Arts!! Perfect for large groups. - This place was amazing! Everything was seamless— they communicated great with us about the pickup a few days ahead. Everything was as described. We had 11 people traveling and it was perfect. The neighborhood was nice — quiet, but close to many sites. The place was clean, had AC, separate bathrooms, and checkout was easy. Just take out garbage, not a hundred cleaning chores like others. We really had no complaints. They were great and responsive.

• Kerrie-anne (8/5): We had a fantastic stay and it was great to be able to accommodate our entire family 🤍 - The space and the location. Shower in the blue room didn’t work properly. But it didn’t matter because there were so many other bathrooms to use.
• Gillian (8/5): We had a fabulous visit to Rome and very much appreciated having 6 individual bedrooms for our group - The communication with the team both before our visit and during it was excellent, they organised taxi's for us and the manager met us to show us around and was very helpful. The location is excellent and within easy distance of shops, restaurants etc. as well as walking distance to all the sites. It was also great to have 6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms for a group. Coffee and tea were also available which is always appreciated. One of the bedrooms needs a different bed or mattress (camera room) as it was uncomfortable and springy and one of the bathrooms (not en-suite) could do with towel rails, ledge for soap/shampoo etc in the shower (ie. simple adjustments) which would make a difference to the comfort and convenience.
• Carol (8/5): It was a pleasant apartment that suited our needs. - There were 11 of us and the apartment had plenty of beds and baths. There really wasn’t a living room. The dining room was the only room where most of us could sit together to chat.

• Barbara (10/5): Location and facilities were excellent. - Very comfortable with a family of 11 - including a baby. A baby bed and high chair were provided. Very good washer and dryer, and enough dishes and pots and pans for home cooked meals. Great location with two supermarkets very close by.

• Jeanette (8/5): Good location but at the end of the day you’re in the eternal city and there’s a lot to see so you’ll be out more than i - Large apartment that was in a good location and great for our party of 12 Some of the beds were a bit on the hard side and one of the bedrooms didn’t have an en-suite although there was a separate toilet and shower in the hall so you have to pick straws as to who gets that bedroom! There was also no lounge area.

• Yuet (9/5): Overall, a very good stay and value for money. - Big apartment, excellent location, very clean, air con is good, kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine. Out of 6 bedrooms, 4 have ensuite and with two extra shower rooms and toilets. High ceilings and an old fashion lift . Showers are not great and dated, beddings and towels are cheap and not so comfortable. dining table is a bifold wooden door, the hinge is there.
