• Renata (9/5): Lovely place to stay in Naples - Really lovely atmospheric apartment in a very good central location. The apartment has been thoughtfully decorated, leaving some original features like the wooden ceiling, it doesn't feel like an anonymous place, rather like a home away from home. Ranieri is a welcoming, helpful and very responsive host.

• Daisy (7/5): - The place was good. The owner was always available. The main problem is that it was two twin beds put together to make a queen-size bed. The bed wasn't comfortable. The location was initially scary, but it became less so once you realized that Naples is full of graffiti everywhere. The town itself is not the cleanest, but we never felt unsafe. The laundromat was close by, and the machines had soap and softener already built in.p

Gérant super disponible, agréable et nous ayant permis de laisser les valises pour le dernier jour durant les visites. Le manque de clarté, mais typique des logements de la vieille ville ... le logement à plus de 200 ans
• Kristopher (10/5): Charming, lively, and central. - Very charming. Location was ideal between port and central station. Lots of restaurants and places to sit and relax. The sofabed could use a mattress topper. Also be ready for the noise. The french doors do help muffle some of the party goers outside but the weekends can be pretty intense. Overall though, very pleasant place to rest from the miles of walking.

• Roman (7/5): Нормально - Старинные апартаменты в неаполитанском стиле. Есть всё необходимое. Удобный лифт. До порта 20 минут пешком. Мы останавливались ради поездки на Капри и Позитано. Эти места стоят того, чтоб немного пожить в шумном Неаполе. Место расположение - ужасно. Шум за окном от гуляющей и орущей молодёжи - просто ужас! Кондиционер работал слабо, а окна нельзя открыть из-за шума. Это самая оживлённая улица Неаполя с молодёжными барами. Супермаркета рядом нет. Дом еле нашли, машина туда не подъезжает, только пешком. Огромные деревянные ворота все разрисованы. Хозяин выскочил из маленькой дверцы в этих воротах. Это было необычно)

Aria condizionata e finestre isolanti, tutto era perfetto. Ottima comunicazione con Ranieri e accoglienza impeccabile da Raffaella. Consiglio vivamente e sicuramente ci tornerò!

• Javier (10/5): Alojamiento con encanto en pleno centro histórico - Ubicación excelente en el centro histórico con muchos restaurantes y puntos de interés cerca. Además, tiene una decoración con muchísimo encanto, los colchones de la cama son muy cómodos y las ventanas insonorizan muy bien cualquier ruido. Es perfecto para pasar unos días y conocer Nápoles a fondo.

• Lewis (3/5): I need a full refund for this nightmare of a place - Location The place smelt of damp to find out above the toilet damp was visible also water bowl where the flush works was leaking all over the floor even on us as we flushed the toilet this was disgusting to have toilet water leak all over you. We’re told on booking dot come it was a room with a sofa bed and one double bed. The double bed mattresses were two single. During sleep thy would separate resulting in us sleeping on the bed frame we suffered bad neck and back pain. This is totally unacceptable. The most important part of a holiday is the bed and this was the most horrible experience I’ve had very had. We notified the owners they didn’t seem to care they just said this the way it is. I would like like my full refund back I didn’t pay to have a nightmare.

Around there are plenty nice restaurants to grab some food or have a proper dinner. Communication with the host was very easy and pleasant. They were very nice to accommodate our late check in time.
• Ana (9/5): Charming stay in the a very convenient location. - Perfect location in the centre and super comfy beds to rest your tired legs after a long day walking around. The apartment is clean, complete, cosy and tastefully decorated which adds to the atmosphere of the city. Both the host and the lady who welcomed us were very kind and flexible with any requests we made. We would stay again. 100% recommended! Everything was good just be careful if you are tall because the ceiling upstairs is not very high you can hit your head.

• Emmanouil (10/5): Iconic flat! - Loved everything about this place. I wish it was my flat :). Location is in the most central part of the historic town. Windows are impressively soundproff so the fuss of the city stays completely out of the flat. Has all amenities and it is such an iconic vintage house. Well done boss! If I could change something and this is a friendly advice, it could have a single mattress instead of two because they move while you sleep and you end up rearranging them in your sleep. Very minor detail though!

Raffael the cleaner was there when I arrived very early and with the aid of mobile translator-she was invaluable .Great neighbourhood and club ) two doors down) noise is easy to handle -shut the balcony doors! First time in my life my underwear has been drying Naples style so openly! Great access to cathedral which was a personal reason and metro quite close .Beware pickpockets-he fortunately wasn’t very good!! I was sad to leave teary to be honest .Met some really fabulous people -going back as soon as my work allows .Also owner kindly arranged taxi to airport and I will use him again -so helpful . Nothing not to like!
• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived to the place couple hours earlier before checkin but owner took their time (it was on sunday) to let us in anyway. Location was as perfect as it can be. It's in city center in sidestreet from one of more lively streets. This sidestreet seeemed to be quite calm throuout the day, but it was very living at night due to all bars in nearest neighborhood. Huge positive is also location in larger scale as you can reach any important transportation center within 20 minutes by walk (ferry port, train station), so it was very easy to move around on trips/airport. We chose this apartment mostly for its aesthetics. If you got so far to read this review, i probably don't need to explain what i mean and i must say that the place looks even better in person.

• Leonid (10/5): Great vintage apartment in the historic center - This is a nice quaint apartment in the historic center of Naples. The location is great, right in the historic center, close to most of the attractions. I could see that a lot of effort and care went into decorating the apartment in the vintage style. That's not your average bland hotel room, you feel right away you are on a romantic getaway in Naples. If you don't mind climbing a few steps to the bed, it's a cool experience. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was fully equipped and we prepared breakfasts for ourselves. The WiFi worked well. The owner met us at the entrance to the building to show us in and hand over the keys. They also allowed us to check out later on our last day. It's quite noisy outside, but that's a general problem in central Naples and not a fault of this apartment. Closing the balcony doors and shutters helps somewhat. Be aware that you need to climb a few flights of stairs to the apartment and the small stairs within the apartment to the bedroom area. If you have any mobility issues, it might be a problem for you, but if you don't, it just adds character.

• Anonymous (9/5): Perfect location in apartment with real local charm. - Perfect location in the heart of historic Naples. Much bigger than we expected. Loved having breakfast on the balcony watching Naples go by. Noise from the bar underneath at the weekend. However, the soundproofing is pretty good.
• Algimantas (8/5): A spacious convenient room with a kitchen in historic center, but above a noisy bar - A spacious and convenient room in an apartment in the historic center on Naples, close to major sightseeing points of the old town. The room is beautifully furnished with old-style furniture and fixtures. There is a fully equipped kitchen that gives a possibility of self-catering and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a washing machine. The host was kind to arrange the check-in in the evening and allowed to delay the check-out time by half an hour. Though the location of the building in general is nice, one floor below there is an extremely noisy bar, where bar-goers hang out right on the street until very late. If you open a window, you feel as if you were inside a bar. The stay happened from Friday to Sunday, and both nights the noise was extreme (not sure about other days). The solution is to close the window and shutters and to rely on the humming of the air-conditioner.

Romantic decor in the atmosphere of the 50s. Small shortcomings in the bathroom. There are few small spots of mold on the walls, the toilet sprays water on the walls when flushing. The rest is great.

• Weber (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful old Italian chic style flat, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is located right in the historical centre of Napoli and most attractions are reachable by foot. The flat is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Other people noted that the street were loud however we thought that the thick windows blocked the sound very well and the quite background noise adds to the charm of the busy streets of Napoli. The double bed is to separate mattress so if two people sleep there they move around a little bit. Although this is only a minor inconvenience as the mattress are very comfortable.

• Andreas (9/5): Superb - It is a cute little place at a great location to experience the old town of Naples. Loads of good restaurants and bars. Metro and bus stations are close, too. The owner was exceptionally nice and made sure we had everything we needed, including advise for restaurants. If you are a light sleeper it might be a bit noisy for you until the bars close. Not a problem for us though.

The apartment is like a home from home,very clean,the best bed ever, good wifi, great kitchen, cute patio overlooking local life, central in the old town, lots of cheap places to eat and drink and shop at on your doorstep, close to metro, port. • Yinon (9/5): wonderful apartment, great location - very nice and cozy, well equipped, clean, spacious bathroom, great location the restaurant down near the apartment is very good I would go back to that place next time in naples :but there are two little things that could be improved some of the products in the pantry are outdated' so it is good idea to check and refresh, or at least be discarded the other thing is the bed. which composed of two mattresses with no supports on the sides, so they easely move and get seperated during certain activity... but overall, it is a wonderful apartment and highly recomended

• Laibin (3/5): Very terrible experience - There is washing machine for the room online description, after we check in and found no washing machine and ask the owner, at this moment he said he have two rooms but only one washing machine, and we are so unlucky this washing machine is not in our room, so we cannot use it. We want to cancel the order, but the owner didn’t refund the money and no more explain again, we live here 3 nights but no washing machine, that is very terrible experience. If you have only one washing machine for two rooms, please tell customer honestly which room has no washing machine before check in.
