• Clelia (9/5): Fantastico! - La casa nel borgo è situata in una zona perfetta, a Trastevere ma lontano dalla movida, quindi zona molto silenziosa, ottima per dormire bene la notte. La casa carina e spaziosa, noi eravamo in sei e ci siamo trovate bene. Francesca è stata molto carina, le avevo fatto notare che non c’era il sapone e in 5 minuti ha portato tutto l’occorrente: sapone, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Unica pecca alcune persiane della finestre erano rotte e quindi chi ha dormito sul divano letto aveva la luce in camera già all’alba.

• Mareile (9/5): Schön gelegene Wohnung für vier in Trastevere - Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt geschnitten – es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. In dem Wohnzimmer steht auch ein Schlafsofa, auf das wir bei uns bei Bedarf ausgewichen werden konnte. Und zwar die Küche absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich mit Ausnahme des großen Schrankes im rechten Schlafzimmer. Der war schon etwas älter. Da wir ihn aber nicht benötigten, war das für uns kein Problem. Super war, dass wir immer für alle vier Personen ausreichend warmes bis heißes Wasser hatten. Ich bin früher zu Zeiten in Italien gereist, und ich gebe zu dass es schon mit über 40 Jahren lange her, da hatten wir häufiger mal Wasserprobleme. Das war im Rom sowieso schon immer anders gewesen sein, das kann ich nicht beurteilen. Aber so war das super. Für uns war die Lage auch klasse, weil wir vieles zu Fuß machen konnten. Und die Lage der Wohnung in der gesamten Anlage hat uns auch gefallen. Es war auch sehr ruhig mit Ausnahme des sehr unterschiedlichen Geräuschpegel von außerhalb der Anlage. Aber alles im verträglichen Rahmen. Die Vermieterin war auch noch spät nachts erreichbar. Da wir auch nur Tür kurz brauchten, um in die Anlage und in die Wohnung zu kommen, brauchten wir uns auch nicht wegen irgendwelcher physischer Schlüssel abzusprechen. Das macht bei vier Personen, die unterschiedlich unterwegs sein wollen, vieles einfacher. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Es war eigentlich alles in Ordnung, manches war ein bisschen Jahre gekommen, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
• Mauricio (8/5): Lindo y amplio departamento - Muy bien en Limpieza, el espacio es realmente amplio lo que hace un entorno perfectos para familias grandes. La cocina siempre fresca es un lindo espacio para compartir en familia. Los anfitriones muy amables y siempre disponibles para contestar preguntas. Alejado incluso de Trastevere, ojo muchas escaleras para personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad. El sistema de aire acondicionado hace que no lo puedas dejar prendido cuando te vas lo que hace un infierno la temperatura en verano al llegar de vuelta y cuesta mucho bajarla (nos tocó 36 grados C todos los días)

• Maria Fernanda (9/5): Recomendable - El apartamento era muy cómodo dentro, tenía todo lo que pudieras necesitar para unos días, el aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección y tenían suficiente menaje y utencilios. El dueño fue muy amable y disponible cuando se necesitó. Las instrucciones fueron claras y precisas. Es verdad que como sale en las fotos, son muchas escaleras para entrar en la urbanización. Fuimos con mis hijos pequeños de 6 y 9, y una persona mayor. La ubicación la recomiendo si vas a estar muchos días en roma, porque es agradable y con muchos restaurantes pero no es para ir andando al coliseo o vaticano, en transporte público si se puede. El alojamiento queda en una especie de “cuesta” que para llegar a la zona comercial de trastevere hay que caminar un poco.

• Anna-stina (9/5): Perfect for a family stay - Perfect location, close to the lively neighborhood of Trastevere, yet calm and cosy. We especially liked the out-door place. Well equipped and good size for a family of four. We loved our stay but the information from the owner could be improved. We got the wrong entrace code (but it was easily solved with a phone-call!) It could also be useful with some info in the apartment about where how to pay the city tax, where to throw garbage, numbers to taxi etc and things good-to-know!

• Barbara (10/5): Great place in Rome - Everything. The house is clean, beds are comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. Wifi works well. The location is great. We had a great time. I recommend this place. The host responds nicely and quickly. Nothing.
• Donna (9/5): The neighbors were quite helpful as we never met the owner. - The neighborhood was quiet. It was quite a walking distance from Rome. 40 minutes to the River. The only negative with the property was it was 60 steps down to the apartment, which means it was 60 steps up every time we left. If you’re carrying luggage up and down it was quite challenging. Also, if you have any walking challenges, it was difficult.

• James (8/5): Loved it! Location was great. - The size and location. Nothing important. Generally it was great !! Would be good to have 2 single beds in the second bedroom plus the foldout sofa. Will be more functional for families of more than 3 or 4.
• Nicola (7/5): Ok but be aware neighbours will affect your sleep. - Loved the separate kitchen downstairs and especially the coffee machine The neighbours were extremely noisy and we were unable to sleep the last two nights. The information says it’s a quiet zone from 10-6am that IS NOT the case. It spoilt our last two days. No toilet paper at all! Not even one to get us started!
