• Yevheniia (10/5): - Апартаменты состоят из двух этажей, на первом кухня и душевая, на втором спальня. Нас было трое и было удобно. Выходя на улицу сразу встречаешься с рыбной лавкой, а дальше много магазинчиков с едой и небольшой рынок. Добираться до центра не доставило труда, 10 минут ходьбы находится станция метро.

• Simona (10/5): Amazing stay - Clean, comfortable and got everything you need for your stay. 5 mins walk from Barra stations and only short train ride to the centre. Owner replied promptly to the messages and was very accommodating. Noises outside until late, however it just gave character to our stay at Naples and feel of locals’ life.

• Patrick (8/5): Für diesen Preis top - Gut aufgeteilt. Küche / Bad unten, Schlafzimmer oben inkl. Kleinen Balkon. Vermieter zwar nie getroffen, ist aber ein richtig netter Kerl und sofort per WhatsApp erreichbar:) Direkt direkt an der strasse. Und ich meine richtig direkt. War am Anfang ungewohnt (lebe in einem haus) man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran

• Seda (7/5): Clean and good house - Very clean house, hot water and clean towels , bed. Beds are comfortable. İt has a balcony, kitchen stuff, shampoos. Modern, and new kitchen. Washing and drying machine is good for long term staying. Netflix is an option. You can use Barra urban station (very close) or regional station of s.giovani Barra (that one a little bit far) till the evening there is market at the same street, fresh fruits and vegetables you can find even fish shop. Very firstly it smells moist inside, but when you open the windows it's okey. Shower cabin door has a problem, it doesn't close enough and bathroom floor being wet quickly. İt needs a hanging stuff for bathroom towel near to cabin.

The owner was extremely helpful and always available.The house was nicely clean, the beds were super comfy. the train station is 10 mins away from the house. Over all the house was situated on the outskirts of Napoli, 10 mins away by train. So suitable for people who like a bit of a peace rather than a buzzing city. Recommended!
• Nikola (7/5): Good - Very interesting location, literally right on a market street, so there are plenty of grocery stores around (fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, bakeries...). The train station (NOT metro) to the Napoli central station is located 8 minutes by foot. At the central station you can take the metro or any other train, just be careful because trains are not that frequent and the last ones leave at around 21:00 - check the timetables, take a photo of them and keep in mind that they are not too precise. Parking on the street is free and can be found nearby with some effort, but be careful not to park in front of (some) stores. The host is very communicative, helpful and responds quickly. The apartment is okay, but it needs a little bit more care, although nothing too serious - the iron is in a really bad shape, the dish washer needs some attention and there is no cutting board - all easy fixes. Also, it is really humid in the apartment because of the location I guess, but the provided dehumidifier fixes that, you just need to empty it from time to time.

• Gerhard (10/5): Very pleasant stay. - The owner was very helpful and professional, meeting us at the property. The property itself was clean, newly renovated and fully equiped, including with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric hobs (2), electric kettle, microwave/oven, a dehumidifier, and A/C in each of the 2 main rooms. When we asked for an iron and an ironing board, the owner immediately brought these. The property is 2 minutes walk from a Post Office which has 2 ATM cash machines and 10 minutes walk from Barra railway station, with easy access to Naples city centre and surrounding towns. There are many grocery shops, including fresh meat, fish, fruit and veg, within seconds' walk in the same street as the property. The street itself, Corso Sirena, is a relatively broad medieval street paved with basalt and marble stone slabs, with mostly 15-18th Century 2 to 3 storey buildings, i.e. it is NOT a dark narrow alleyway between tall buildings as found in Naples historical centre. As such, it is relatively light, and relatively quiter, although still "bustling". The street is lit all night. The property benefits from a 1st floor balcony and doubleglazing to the French windows overlooking the street, so allowing for relatively quiet sleep. The wifi at the property was strong and reliable. This is a great base for exploring Naples and the surrounding area, with all the benefits of an authentic and friendly neighbourhood.
