• Michelle (9/5): Booked for the bath. Was happy. - Bed was very comfortable and great location. Has a fridge too! Good size room. Shower was broken (leaking) and dangerously small with no rail to hold getting in or out. Tiles are slippery. Some of the bath tub functions don’t work but most ok.

• Marie-Christine (5/5): Très décevant! - L'emplacement est la qualité première de cette chambre. A part ça, très décevant et trop cher pour une absence totale de présence et des prestations limite.Le code n'a pas marché 3 fois! J'avais changé par 2 fois mon heure d'arrivée de 15H30 à 9H30. PAs de réponse par mail, aucune présence sur place et impossibilité de rentrer. J'ai du repartir avec mes bagages à mon ancien hotel pour les y déposer pendant que je visitais Rome. Il faut monter un étage à pied sans avoir été prévenu. La fenêtre donne sur un espace sordide, peu éclairé.Le ménage n'est pas fait entre les 2 nuits réservées. La salle de bains est très mal équipée: rien pour suspendre serviettes, plomberie branlante, carrelage mural de la douche pas net. Pas de table pour écrire ou poser ses affaires, ni de chaises, un seul fauteuil. Rangement minimal. En revanche des miroirs partout et une énorme baignoire à jets multiples dans l'entrée, sans mode d'emploi! Pas non plus de mode d'emploi du coffre fort. Bref l'endroit semble fait pour des parties de baise rapides et non pour un séjour touristique! L'accueil, la salle de bains, l'ameublement, le ménage.
• Herman (9/5): Excellent option in the center town of Rome - Very good option for Rome, in the middle of the center town, good facilities, easy check in, nice host and really big and enjoyable jaccuzi.
• Jade (4/5): Could be great with some TLC & adaptation - How central it was great food places around!! Well located for exploring, the jacuzzi bath was perfect after a whole day of exploring, perfect way to end the night ! The unlocking of the door was not great.. it took 15 minutes resulting in the host doing it remotely, and then every time we had to re log in to get on the website to gain access it was a worry of what happens if out phones run out of battery as we would be able to get in at all or call them. Although the jacuzzi bath was amazing we had a complete power cut when contacting the host said it can happen if there's too many electrics used at one time ( we had the jacuzzi bath, TV and lights on) so then my partner having to go and find the mains box to get the electricity back on.

• safaa (8/5): Magnifique séjour - j'ai apprecié l'emplacement, c'est à proximité des resto et cafés at aussi des attractions touristiques, la propreté de la chambre, le jacuzzi, les petites lumières dans la chambres. Tout était top! l'enregistrement en ligne était difficile avec toutes les photos à prendre, difficulté à allumer la plaque pour se préparer un thé, il n'y avait pas de bouilloire éléctrique. La vidéo envoyée par le hote pour faire fonctionner le jacuzzi était en italien, il serait appreciable qu'elle soit dans une autre langue pour comprendre comment cela fonctionne. Dommage que le poster était un peu abimé, meme si le hote ne l'a communiqué la veille de notre départ.

• Donald (8/5): - Location was great for access to sites. Shower was very small and tile on floor was very slick, should have a non slip shower mat. Elevator was not working and would have only taken you part way and still have to carry luggage up 2 sets of stairs.
• Piotr (10/5): - Booking zaoferował nam ten pokój, ponieważ wcześniejszy hotel w dniu wylotu odwołał nam rezerwacje. Sporą sumę dopłacili za nas, abyśmy spędzili ten czas bez stresu i komfortowo. Było rewelacyjnie, czysto, świetna lokalizacja, klimatyzacja, jacuzzi itd.- ten wyjazd z moim synem na pewno zapamiętamy na bardzo długo, polecam firmę Booking, oraz Deluxe Suite Welness
• PLINIO (8/5): - Posizione ottima, pantheon e altare della patria a 2 passi. Idem fermata tram. appartamento bello grande, molto luminoso. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerei. Intanto metterei il bidet. Poi toglierei la mega vasca dell'idromassaggio e ci metterei un bel tavolo da pranzo con 2/3 sedie. Non mi è piaciuto ciò che si vede aprendo le finestre ma, purtroppo credo sia per il 100% degli appartamenti che non danno sulla strada.

• Lauren (8/5): Great apartment, great location and very responsive host - Apartment was lovely. Bed was very comfortable and the area felt very safe. Air conditioning was the highlight kept the room really cool. Hot tub was also a bonus after a long day walking round in the heat. I would stay here again. There was an issue with the toilet when we arrived, which went on for a couple of days, but the host was fantastic she got this fixed in end. The host was very responsive to any issues we had.

• Marek (10/5): Best place for holiday or business use. Safety 100% - All is fresh and clean. Great Bed and Internet, nice room with large jacuzzi. Safe place, 1 gate, security man and great electric door lock. No need keys!

• Malirk (8/5): Very good - The jacuzzi was great, very big. The location was very close to everything. The bed is uncomfortable and the shower also. You can't open the windows because it leads to nowhere and there's a very bad smell over there and it's awful. At the shower there's a smell of mold.

The shower was broken The air conditioning didn't work And we weren't given notice for the construction work that happened right outside our window for 3 mornings. Not alot of wardrobe space either we lived out of our suitcases for the week
• Mollie (7/5): Enjoyed our time here, would recommend the stay to others. - The location was great, the bed was really comfy and the spa pool was a lovely treat. The bathroom shares a vent with a neighbour who constantly smoked cigarettes so the entire bathroom and bedroom area stunk of cigarette smoke. At some points the bathroom was unbearable to be in - we had to cover our mouths to go into the space.

• J (6/5): Nine weeks road trip in Europe - The location was everything we expected. Very central with lots of restaurants and souvenir shops around. The Jacuzzi was very relaxing after driving for seven hours from Milan. The decor was really nice. Beautiful place for holiday accommodation. The available lift didn't access this floor. Lots of stairs were difficult to concour since I'm disabled. Loose toilet seat that were sliding from side to side. Broken kitchen window prevented cross ventilation.

It was so clean, and the facilities were fantastic, it was great to have nice air conditioning and a TV - we particularly enjoyed the hot tub which was perfect after a day of touring the city. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend here and would come back. Nothing.
• Alice (4/5): This is great for young people desiring not much more than jacuzzi and location. - Location There were very few necessary amenities available. Paper towels , tissue, towels , no closets used for clothing.

• Sydney (10/5): Exceptional - Could not recommend the Deluxe Suite Wellness more. Incredible location that was close to everything we were hoping to see and the staff was so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We had a little trouble with our shower when we first arrived, and the time it took for the staff to get back to us and have the issue addressed was unparalleled. I don’t think I’ve ever received more speedy service. The front door man was also extremely helpful and pleasant :). They truly live up to their, “best b&b” name! Know that you are guaranteed a fantastic stay when you book your trip with them!!

Messaged the owner and was told it did work but despite trying to get to to work it didn’t. Also the walls were mouldy paint falling off and generally run down

• Fay (10/5): I would highly recommend this place, it is beautiful. - Communication for the codes for entering were provided and it was easy to get inside. Once inside the property we were so impressed by the decor, comfortable and the location. I can’t believe I forgot to take photos we were so busy enjoying the place. The hot tub was perfect after a day of walking and exploring. We liked everything. The only problem is we would have liked to stay longer.

There was champagne in de fridge. The double size jacuzzi was a definite bonus! The shower could use a little update, but nothing dramatic.

The shower wasn't great, very small, but the bath is a good alternative. Kitchen is minimal but we didn't need it much. Safe didn't work

• Tania (7/5): fabulous location! perfect for 2-3 nights - excellent location!! comfortable. easy to find. very helpful Host. description suggested there would tea and coffee- there was no tea. Also free toiletries- but this in this case as only soap- nothing else such as shampoo/lotion etc. The only other thing I would add - it was clear the sheets etc were all clean and fresh but the actually bed frame looks quite grubby.
• Pana (8/5): Great location - The location is exceptional, the room was clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. Overall, was a nice experience. What disappointed me a little is the quality of the materials and the technique with which this apartment was furnished, which looks much nicer in the pictures. On the other hand, there was the heating system for which I could not find instructions and that is why I used the air conditioner, which is not the best for heating. The communication with the owner was very good and, most probably, the problem with the heating would have been solved, but a small hint for him would be to provide a page with the instructions for heating the apartment.

• Zoe (4/5): Disappointing - Location We were not informed there were building works happening in the building this caused noise in the early hours. The information stated it was sound proof however it definitely is not you can hear everything. The window had no blind and looked right through the apparentment where you would get in and out of the bath. When booking we seen there was a lift however this wasn't available for where our room was located. We had to contact the owner because there was what looked liked dried blood on the bed it had not been washed. She came out and changed the bed while we were out but once we arrived back we seen that she only changed the top sheet and not the entire bed. The new sheet had stains on it and the bottom sheet had pubic hair on it. At this point it was late and we were upset so we just took the sheet of ourselves and made do.

• Connie (8/5): Excellent - location was fantastic. Highly recommend! - The location was excellent & the property was nice and clean with great facilities. The hot tub style bath was a bonus! Easy check in & out and having the key boxes was great as it was nice not to have to take our keys out with us. The location was the best part as it was in walking distance of everything. The shower wasn’t great, there were too many shower heads and none of them were particularly great to use. It was hard work to wash my hair!
• Helene (9/5): Great stay - Great location. The apartment was exactly as on the photos. Easy check-in with a very reactive host. Good recommendations for the restaurants. The bed is really comfortable and the spa was nice. A bit dark, but as we spent our time outside visiting, it was no big deal.

• Fran (8/5): Very good - the double tub was romantic and beautiful and the champagne a nice touch. location was ideal for all our excursions and there was lots of coffee pods which we loved! it was a little hard to basically get in because we were not given full instructions but I called Julia and she helped out
• Carol (5/5): Great location. Disappointing due to curtains not closing properly/things not working - The location is brilliant. All the main sites are within walking distance. Bed soft and comfortable. Curtains didn't close properly and the bed overlooked a shared back yard and rooms where people were sitting directly across from you. You felt people would be able to look in and you lacked privacy. No key for the safety deposit box Bathroom has a sliding door next to bed and is very small. No electric kettle and the one for the hob had no whistle. So you had to sit and watch it boil and the escaped steam made the handle hot and dangerous. Only one gas hob on the stove would light which could also present a safety concern due to unlit gas being able to emit unseen from one hob. Lack of bin space for stay of several nights A little frugal with the toilet roll Bedside table/ shelf sloping and unstable meaning you were worried to put a drink on it
