• Tsuyoshi (8/5): とても良かったです。 - 清掃が行き届いており、清潔感がありとても良かったです。 階段に手すりがあると良かったです。 （高齢者対応として） もしくは、1階を寝室にする（=トイレと同階を寝室にする）などのアレンジも選択肢に入れられるとよかったです。 ゴミをまとめて、玄関外のゴミ箱にまとめるべきか分からなかったので、説明書きがあると嬉しかったです。 良くない点ではないですが、駅周辺に飲食店が豊富にあったので、お店と提携してクーポンなどがあると、より宿泊が魅力的になるかと思いました。

• Wen-Hua (10/5): 下次再來大阪的話還會想住！ - - 地點很好，就在大正站不遠處，要搭環狀線、搭綠線、搭公車，都很方便，離京瓷巨蛋也不遠，看棒球賽也方便喔 - 雖然沒有超市，但有全家商店，買點小東西還是可以的，附近很多沖繩風格的餐廳與居酒屋 - 算住宅區，晚上很寧靜，即使到了午夜也沒有奇怪的醉漢之類的出沒，是住起來很安心的地方 - 住宿內部的一切都很乾淨整潔，這次由於只有2人入住（看平面圖，似乎最多可以容納7人！），覺得空間非常寬敞充足，行李箱隨便攤開放平都沒問題！ 但7人的話就不太確定了，而且通往二樓的樓梯有點陡，又沒有扶手，搬太重的行李可能會有點恐怖 - 客服回覆訊息速度超級快！非常友善的解決每個疑問，很周到～ - 本來想放照片，但其實拍起來都跟官方放的長得差不多，就算了，總之我很喜歡🥰 整體來說都很滿意，硬要雞蛋裡挑骨頭的話，除了樓梯有些陡峭以外，鑰匙只有一副是有點不方便，但也可能是因為我們人數較少，多人入住的話不知道會不會給多幾副
• WEN TZU (9/5): 地理位置優越，居住環境又安靜 - 整體環境乾淨明亮，氣氛溫馨，且設備給的很齊全 樓梯陡峭狹窄，行李搬上樓要特別小心
• Keika (10/5): 子連れに絶対オススメ！！ - 家族で初めての大阪旅行のために滞在しました！ 今回はプチ観光と万博がメインでしたが、とにかく立地最高です！ どこに行くにも主要駅の乗り換えまでがすぐですし、コンビニも近く子連れには助かりました。 宿泊施設内も写真通り、期待通りの清潔さと過ごしやすさで、ベッド以外にお布団も用意していただけたのが本当に有り難かったです！ 必要なアメニティも全てありましたし、食器などが使えるのも助かりました。 シティホテルと違いリビングと寝室がしっかり分かれていると、子連れには絶対使い勝手がいいので本当にオススメです。 今度はユニバに行きたいので、その際は是非また利用したいです！

• Maogeng (1/5): Poor customer service and management -  Good location, very close to the subway Anyone thinking of booking should make sure they are okay with poor customer service Customer service is very unfriendly and scolds customers. We are a couple and three friends, a total of five people, but he gave us a four-bed room and a single-bed room I told him that we need a room for three people or and room for two people. The reply we got was that we have to pay extra to do this. The room did not match the actual photos. After questioning, we were told that it was for reference only.
