À refaire 🫶🫶🫶🫶 - Giacomo est une personne incroyable, serviable et amoureux de son pays, disponible et on sent son grand cœur, il a décoré l’appartement avec goût et raffinements, je suis artiste et j’ai eut le sentiment d’être chez un décorateur d’intérieur, je recommande vivement cette adresse surtout après la cohue de Rome un peu de repos à l’extérieur ça fait du bien, merci mille fois ! Rien tout était parfait 👌 ❤️❤️❤️🤗
• Elke (10/5): We hadden een fantastische tijd in Mid House en raden het zeker aan. - Het appartement van Giacomo was onberispelijk schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is mogelijk om te voet naar het centrum van Rome te wandelen maar na een paar keer hebben we toch het openbaar vervoer genomen. Giacomo is een heel vriendelijke man die snel antwoordt op vragen.

• Anna (10/5): Z przyjemnością wrócę - Wszystkie dużo podróżujemy, ale z taką gościnnością i troską o gościa jeszcze się nie spotkałyśmy. Nasz Gospodarz pomagał nam począwszy od dojazdu do apartamentu, poprzez dodatkowe udogodnienia w wyposażeniu i zaopatrzeniu, zarezerwowanie nam wspaniałej restauracji, mimo że było już późno, zawiezienie nas do niej i wprowadzenie, dostarczanie wskazówek dotyczących zwiedzania, po bezpłatne wydłużenie możliwości zatrzymania się w mieszkaniu (miałyśmy późny lot). Rzym zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie, ale nasz Gospodarz jeszcze większe dzięki swojej serdeczności i chęci pomocy. Na pewno będę polecać to miejsce wszystkim znajomym. Lokalizacja na Zatybrzu też świetna. -
• Phuong Dai (9/5): Wunderbar! Wir lieben Rom! - Giacomo war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit, er hat trotz unserer Verspätung bei der Ankunft sich darum gekümmert dass wir noch ein Restaurant finden, und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Etwas Lärm im Haus und der Nachbarschaft.
• Mihnea (10/5): Great! - The place was very cool, clean and located in a very nice area. The host was extremely accommodating and really made all efforts to make us feel like home. There is nothing to say here. Everything was top-notch.
• Tom (10/5): Great apartment, lovely host and great value for money. All rentals should be like this! - The apartment was spotless and very beautifully decorated. Clearly the host went to great effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and everything smelt like it was freshly laundered. We are a family of five and our three children had their own bed. All the facilities (toilet, kitchen) looked like they had been recently refurbished. The location is well serviced with public transport. We got taxis most of time which worked out at about 20 euro each way. This was still cheaper than staying more centrally which would have been about 50-100 euro per night more expensive. Shops and deli were within 5 minutes walk. The host gave us some great tips in that regard. Also the communications with the host were excellent -prompt, reliable and useful. Everything was great. The apartment being on the 5th floor meant we had to wait for the lift/elevator or walk the stairs. The location is a little off the centre but the public transport and taxis service make up for this.
• Gisle (10/5): A beautifully designed apartment, and an outstanding host who made our experience unforgettable. - Wonderful Stay in Rome – Mid House in Monte Verde We spent 6 days and 5 nights at the lovely Mid House apartment in Monte Verde during the autumn break, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The location is perfect – Monte Verde is right next to the vibrant Trastevere district but has its own peaceful charm. It offers easy access to the entire city and is full of cozy cafés, restaurants, and breakfast spots – without being overrun by tourists. This gives you a unique chance to experience authentic Roman daily life. One of those locals is the apartment host, Giacomo, who made our stay truly special. He welcomed us personally upon arrival and gave us a tour of the neighborhood in his own car, showing us beautiful viewpoints and sharing his best recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and breakfast places. We stayed in touch with him throughout our visit via WhatsApp, and following his suggestions was a huge bonus – they led us to classic Italian kitchens with high-quality food and a truly authentic atmosphere. Among our favorites were Focolare in Monte Verde, Ditta Trenchetti, and Bobo in Trastevere. The apartment is decorated with great care and love for Italian design, full of charming and playful details – and topped off with fresh flowers. It’s clear that Giacomo has poured his heart into the place. All my best recommendations go to Mid House – and especially to Giacomo. Hope to see you again! The apartment is beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your visit to Rome. Giacomo is an exceptional host!! He gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the neighborhood, and was always available to help with any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend — 10/10! We only wish we could have stayed longer! Nothing

Чувствуется гостеприимство, хозяин Джакомо продумал каждую мелочь, нас ждали даже приветственные живые цветы в вазах, бутылка вина, лучший кофе. Джакомо нас встретил, дал рекомендации и устроил небольшую экскурсию.Кроме того, поразило, что есть абсолютно все для проживания, нам не пришлось ничего покупать: стиральный порошок, мыло, шампуни, таблетки для посудомоечной машины, даже средство для снятия макияжа, аптечка, на кухне-специи, масло и тд. Оценили премиум качество техники, постельного белья и полотенец Zara. Было всё как новое! Клининг на 100500 Баллов! удобная кровать, вкусно пахла постель👍 Очень красивый район Trastevere(самые вкусные ужины),мы ходили пешком до него, а потом до центра, но есть и удобная станция рядом, проезд 1 евро. Рядом есть магазины с продуктами, вкусная пиццерия Все понравилось, есть пожелания: одноразовые тапочки (на полу плитка)

The location is great as we do not like those crowds in a city center. A lot of good restaurants around and a super garden bar, just next to the corner!

Incredibly spacious, tastefully decorated, and filled with designer pieces and thoughtful details. Honestly, I don’t know how Giacomo dares to rent it out—it’s that beautiful! The apartment is also extremely comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more!). Impeccably clean, cozy, and stylish—it felt like home from the moment we walked in. But the real treasure? The host, Giacomo. Warm, welcoming, and wonderfully supportive—he greeted us personally and shared great tips about where to go and what to do around Rome. His hospitality made our stay even more special. Parking on the street can be tricky, but with a bit of patience, you’ll find spots on nearby streets. Plus, you’re just minutes away from restaurants, cafés, and a big supermarket. We’re already dreaming of our next stay. Mid House is a rare find, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable Roman experience.

• Jaroslaw (10/5): Exceptional - Very caring personal which took very care of us by recomending restaurants, organasing an Taxi, brought food and a drink for our arrival, many books about rome to read for inspiration for activities. Very helpful about all questions we had, we were even stunned of how nice and helpful the owner was. Clean and fresh apartament and everything working smoothly (air conditioning, shower, dishwasher, every lamp, and an elevator to take). The lacation is somewhere futher fron the center, which makes the Streets rather calm, there is a great park nearby for a walk, but also not that far away a supermarket and a local pizzaria which we can both recommend! We would always come back. Nothing.
• Xuejing (9/5): Superb - Super nice host and exquisite apartment. Ciacomo has really trying to perfect each detail to better the living experience. When we arrive the AC was on, the room temperature is just right and each room is sprayed fragrance, there’s even low music playing in the main bedroom. Location is easy to find, just 200m away from the train station. Kitchen was well equipped and the bedding are really nice

We loved the natural flowers and the whole feeling of a welcoming home in Rome, that Giacomo, the host prepared. There are many interior design objects that give a nice experience of staying in an Italian home. It’s been a pleasure to meet and chat wirh Giacomo, to receive all the necessary advice and details on how to explore the city.

• Emma (10/5): Exceptional - I traveled with my two children aged 19&21. We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was absolutely perfect, clean, trendy, unique, stylish - stunning. I adored the style. There was space for us to sit and read quietly and also be together. My son figured out the buses and trams. We did walk into Rome City centre one day, about 40 minutes with ice cream on the way. Locally there are restaurants, cafes, bars and shops - We sampled a few. The host/owner of Mid House was a genuine friendly chap. He was very helpful and wanted us to have an enjoyable time. I hope to go back with my partner in the future. 5 BIG STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us. We are missing Rome already.
• Migle (10/5): The most pretty, cosy and overall the best apartment in Rome - The apartment is incredible - very clean, very pretty, cosy and with all necessary equipment for cooking and living. All details are considered in this apartment for a perfect stay. And yes - the host is very friendly and very helpful as well! The neighbourhood is very quiet and all needed transportation is nearby to reach all important sights. You can even walk to the Rome centre and it is in doable distance. Would recommend this apartment for everyone!! Not a single thing!

He was very helpful and even recommended an awesome restaurant close by in the neighborhood for our first night's dinner. It was a lovely family-owned place and we had the most wonderful first Italian meal there. Throughout our stay, Giacomo was helpful and quick to respond to messages. He had a lot of helpful tips and guidance. Everything was perfect!

• Sylwia.com (10/5): Exceptional - Mid House one of the best place I have ever stayed. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The house is in the art deco style, everything suits perfectly. The apartment is close to the railway station and bus stop so it easy to reach the city centre. And I have to underline one of the most important thing of our stay there: it is a host of the apartment Giacomo. He is one of the most helpful host I have ever met. When we arrived in the morning he was waiting for in front of the building. In the apartment a bottel of red wine and toast bread with some jam were waiting for us. He explained how to reach to different places like shops, bus station etc. He recommended the restaurants nearby and even booked the table for every evening. All the restaurant were very good and not expensive. The communication with him was excellent. He reacted very quickly when we had a problem. So it is worth staying in Mid House, I highly recommend this płace 👍😊

Giacomo greeted us outside the apartment building and gave us a little tour to let us know where everything was and how to work everything. In addition, which really impressed us was that he had booked us a table in a local restaurant which was amazing as we arrived at 8.30pm! Could not be a better host. The apartment is so great; I love the style (Very Italian Art Deco) and all the facilities needed (and above) are there for a perfect city break. In a residential area, 4 mins walk from Quattro Venti train station makes it a perfect spot to experience Rome. The Vatican is one stop away and Trastevere one stop the other way. One word; Perfect! Nothing!
• Farah (10/5): We regularly book properties and this was exceptionally. - The property has its own unique identity. There is attention to detail to every aspect of the property. There is Art and Italian culture throughout the property which we loved. Very clean/ and comfortable. We did not have to worry about buying anything - there was washing up liquid/kitchen towel and even cotton buds. And like us if your travelling from abroad - there is no need to worry about liquids. Even shampoo/shower gel is provided. When you arrive you have everything you need. Nothing.

• Maria (10/5): Perfect Apartment in Rome - Our visit to Rome would not have been the same experience if we hadn’t stayed at MID House. Our host, Giacomo, provided exceptional service and was very kind. He was readily available to give helpful advice and even assisted in picking us up at the train station. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need. It’s in a very cute neighborhood, where transportation is accessible to several points of interest. I highly recommend staying here for anyone. Our next time visiting Rome, we will stay at MID House. We LOVED everything. 😀
