• Дмитро Нікітін (10/5): - The apartment is clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nearby there is a restaurant, a café, a supermarket, and a pizzeria. The host is very welcoming, and the check-in process was convenient. The apartment is not located in the city center, but there were no difficulties with transportation. Thank you for your hospitality!
• Irina (7/5): - I liked the apartment overall, it is quite spacious and comfortable. The host provided clear and easy-to-follow check-in instructions, which made arrival very smooth. The apartment was clean and had almost everything needed for a short stay. There is also a large supermarket and a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. There was no kettle, which was inconvenient as I prefer tea. The apartment is on a basement level, although there are windows, they face concrete walls, so there is no natural sunlight. Because of this, the apartment feels quite dark and cools down quickly. The air conditioning/heating units were quite noisy and made it difficult to sleep. The mattress was also not very comfortable. The location is quite far from the city centre. The bus is inexpensive, but it takes around 50 minutes to get there. A taxi takes about 25 minutes, but costs around €20 one way.

• Carle (10/5): Gastón - El lugar hermoso. 15 minutos del Vaticano. 2 paradas de transporte publico a 20 metros. Supermercado a 100 mtrs Bar en el edificio, lugares de comida en el barrio. Barrio seguro . Fui con mí hija de 14 años y la pasamos de 10!!! Todo bien
• Simona (10/5): Very good - Even though the location was a bit further out, public transportation was easily accessible. In the mornings, there was a nearby café with delicious pastries. The facilities were very clean and well-prepared for my arrival. Communication with the host was excellent, and all relevant information was thoroughly provided.

• Irene (10/5): Eccellente! - La struttura è eccezionale, comoda, accogliente, fornita di tutto, con numerosi servizi nelle vicinanze (pizzeria, bar, supermercato, ecc). Inoltre Francesca è una proprietaria incredibile: sempre disponibile a rispondere alle esigenze e alle domande con simpatia e velocità. Posso solo consigliarla al 100%!
• ZIHAN (9/5): Very good value for money. - Great location and good café downstairs. The host is very responsive and tried to help as much as she can. The room is large and clean and has a modern decoration. The room is kind of a semi basement. It will be slightly damp but I lived in a basement before so not a problem for me. The air conditioner in the living room is a bit hard to control.
• LadyRhose (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Struttura ben pulita e accogliente, compresa di tutti i comfort necessari, per quanto riguarda il parcheggio ho seguito le indicazioni fornite e non ho trovato alcun problema a trovare il posto auto appena fuori dalla struttura. La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. È stato davvero piacevole soggiornarci, lo consiglio vivamente.

It is outside Rome, but it's fairly easy to get to the city using public transport. Also, just outside the building, there's a café that is an ideal option for breakfast.

• Szabina (10/5): Szuper szállás, egy nappal kicsit forgalmas környékén - Minden tökéletes volt. Ugyanolyan, mint a fotókon. Francesca nagyon kedves volt, részletesen elmagyarázott mindent. Szuperül felszerelt. Bolt pár perc sétára, mellette kávézó és étterem. Buszmegálló, ami bevisz a látványosságokhoz, szintén pár percre. Éjszaka csendes a környék. Forgalmas út mellett van, így a kintről beszűrődő jármű zajok kicsit zavaróak napközben, illetve az ablak mellett található egy ajtó, amit a ház más lakói gyakran használnak, aminek a hangos becsapodása, nyitott ablaknál kifejezetten zavaró.

• Ranadip (9/5): Can be recommended if your main focus is to explore the beautiful city - Value for money. Nice Italian restaurant next door. Bus stop and shops very close by. A basic kitchen is also included. The entrance is a bit difficult to locate. Entry id not easy especially as the apartment door is in the basement which is usually dark (but there are decent windows in the apartment). Not a problem once you locate the entrance and the light switch.

• Mendoza (10/5): We enjoyed our stay here! - It was very clean, which is #1 on our list. The house also has an A.C., which was very nice. The Air bnb was not in a walkable distance from major attractions, everything was over an hour walking but if taxis are in your budget, that’s an easy fix.

• Anca (10/5): Great time in Rome - Very comfy apartment, is perfect for group of friends or couples, near the transportation to the city center, good pastry shop downstair the apartment, mini markets very well supplied. We have nothing to complain, for the 4 days we had great weather and great time. We definitely will recommend it and we will come back. The host is great and very helpful and very easy to communicate with. We had nothing that we didn't like.

The facilities for guests were sufficient, even above average. The only thing that I personally did not like was the bed - too soft for me. Francesca was very helpful and available. • Marcela (10/5): Exceptional - the accommodation was great. the equipment is exactly what is in the offer. communication with the owner is also great. breakfast can be bought in the cafe next door. and transportation from the center was not difficult.
• Ketly (10/5): Exceptional - The accomodation exceeded my expectaions! The apartment was clean, ecupted with everything you could need (there was even hairdryer). Bed and the pillows were comfy. Even tho it was quite far away from the center of the city, there was good connection with public transport. Within 25minutes you could drive to Vatican. Also the local bus station was 1min walk from our apartment! Outside of our accomodation was a bakery-delicous coffee and croissants with very affordable price. Big supermarket was about 5min walk away. Since the apartment was on the basement floor the sun didnt heat up the apartment. Also there were 2 air conditioners. Only bad thing was the parking. On the streets there was absolutely no room for parking, so be aware.

• Chetan (10/5): All in all, amazing property! - Very comfortable and soft bed, slept well. Clean, good sized apartment with all necessary amenities. Soft warm lighting in bedroom which is pleasant to the eyes. ACs in room are great, seems to be fairly new, blows fresh, cool air. Host easily reachable and promptly responsive on booking.com chat, and is very friendly. Also provided good restaurant recommendations. Don't have to think, just go for it, you won't regret it. I was afraid the property is a little far from the tourist destinations but it is not so. Bus easily available to Vatican- can be reached in half hour. Others things like colloseum, can take metro after a short bus ride.
