Guest Reviews
- Harrison (5/5): -
- Genny (8/5): Buena - Estaba muy bien ubicado La ropa de cama deben estar más limpias
- Rosanne Mae (10/5): Close to everything - Place was close to sites that was on our list to visit. Helpful to have a washing machine to clean our clothes. Simona was accommodating with our check in since our train arrived earlier than check in the place was ready for us. My family also was hungry and we left earlier than check out and she was able to get my deposit to me.

- Robert (10/5): Fantastic location and property -

- Annet (9/5): Excellent location and apartment! - We loved the location, the friendly owner and the size and comfort level of the apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped and the place was very spacious and well-decorated. The only downside is the noise-level from street in the larger bedroom
- Sarah (7/5): -
- Karyn (8/5): Great location to most attractions. Pantheon very close so loved the area and restaurants.. - Location and large. Shower very small.
- Lisa_C7 (9/5): - Incredible location, you cannot beat it! Even if it's a short walk to where the parking is (we used Parking Giulia), you can access the area in the evening or on Sunday for example to drop luggage and people. The location is just second to none. The Piazzas and restaurants just outside your door, and if you wake up early enough, you have Rome to yourself before the tourists arrive. Highly recommended! Would be great to have a curtain on the main bedroom side window, as my small son woke up at 5:30am when the light came in - although we then went walking around Rome and we had the town to ourselves. Note there are no soaps in the shower for anyone staying just one night and not bringing bathroom items.

- Ivanov (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (9/5): Lovely, spacious flat in ideal location for exploring Rome. - The host was at the flat as arranged to explain everything and hand over keys. The flat is very large, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. It is on the second floor of an old building but the stairs are not too steep. There is heating / air conditioning (though we did not need to use either in October)
Excellent location for exploring Rome and close to many restaurants.
- Julia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anthony (7/5): Great location and friendly host. - Location Not enough air conditioning.
- Reiter (10/5): Amazing host and location; spacious and beautiful apartment - Everything—this is the best property, incredibly spacious, location could not be better, host is attentive and helpful, everything is clean and ready to go for your next trip. We are so lucky to have stayed and could not recommend it more highly. I am surprised the great place is so affordable. Nothing
- Roberto (8/5): Very good -
- Ana (9/5): Overall, our stay was amazing as we had everything we needed for the entire duration of it. The place was huge for 2 peo - Very central to everything. Attractions, restaurants are nearby and can be reached by foot. Property was super clean and Simona also replenishes her stocks at home for the kitchen and laundry which came in quite handy. Wifi connection can be problematic especially in the main room, and noise can be heard from the streets during a busy night.
- Chris (9/5): Super apartment with a lovely host in a great central location - Super location very central. Extremely clean and spacious and a lovely host. Quite noisy in the front bedroom at night which overlooks the street. I am used to a very quiet location so was kept awake a bit
- Teresa (8/5): Very good -
- Alice (10/5): Lovely apartment in the heart of Rome - The location is unbelievably good, the property is very charming and the host is helpful! The bathroom is a bit small, but it wasn’t much of an issue for us!
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Location, host went above and beyond
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Lori (8/5): Wonderful apartment in the middle of Rome! - Simona was fantastic! She was so accommodating and welcoming. The location of this apartment is outstanding. We were close to everything. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need, including a washing machine! One of the bedrooms was not air conditioned which made it difficult in 100 degree temps :-).
- Wayne (9/5): No complaints - Location was excellent…near historic sites, restaurants, and shopping No elevator and we were on 3rd floor with a family of 4 and a lot of bags…there was a chair lift option….
- Thomas (9/5): Fantastic apart from lack of English channels - Simona the host was fantastic! Helped us settle in including with luggage. Was super nice and explained everything about the property. English channels non existent. Could only watch tennis 24/7 with Italian commentators.
Would be good for host to include English channels or have a new smart tv which can host Netflix, Disney+ etc.
- Dovile (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect, everything is a very close, nice street. Super sweet host, very nice and helpful. The apartment is very clean. Comfortable beds, air conditioning. Definitely recommended!
- Anonymous (10/5): Brilliant stay in a lovely city in more than comfortable apartment - The location is fabulous Maybe the stair when you have lots of suitcases
- Kate (8/5): Huge, well located apartment with lovely host! - Simona’s apartment is huge! It was a great start to our Italian adventure. The neighbourhood is lovely. It is full of bars, restaurants and shops but be warned this means noise late at night and early in the morning. I heeded previous reviews and packed ear plugs and had no problems sleeping. Simona is really friendly and has lots of advice on restaurants in the area. I would stay here again.
- Yulia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cristina (8/5): My son and I had a good time - The location was very good. Stairs
- Clifford (8/5): The apartment was high by U.S. standards but given the location it may have been in the ball park for Rome. - The property was located at the Rome City Center near Piazza Novora. it was a good size 2 bedroom apartment. it was very clean and the lady who managed the apartment was very nice and helpful The apartment had one very very small shower. The A/C remote in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work and we were only given one set of towels per person for 3 days. The apartment was on the 3rd floor with no elevator which is pretty typical in Rome. The apartment had a washing machine but no dryer.
- Anonymous (9/5): highly recommend, great value for the location and size! - Absolute best location if you want to walk to ALL the attractions (Panthenon is your backyard, 10 min to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, 20 min to Vatican, 25-30 to colosseum) we never needed a taxi except to go to and from the airport. Also 2 min to grocery, food and drink (highly recommend the pizzeria right below the apartment). Hostess is very responsive and helpful. There is a lot of street noise (despite being on a side street) from the main bedroom but ultimately worth the trade off for the location. Also the apartment is huge but shower in the bathroom is VERY small.
- Sarah (10/5): The host truly made the difference with a personal welcome, instructions, and local advice. - The apartment was so big and in a perfect location near many sites.
- Philip (7/5): Great location, big and suitable apartment quite typical but very noisy. - The location was superbly central The bedrooms were very noisy. Over a small court behind above the kitchen of a pizza restaurant at the back and above a very noisy street until very early hours of the morning in front. No double glazing so very difficult to sleep a good night.
- Greta (9/5): Superb -
- Maureen (9/5): Superb -
- Janelle (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a perfect location! - Fabulous apartment! The location is perfect and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Simona was a lovely host and took time to explain how everything worked. Highly recommended!
- David (9/5): A gem in the heart of Rome - This is a hidden delight in the heart of ancient Rome.
Centrally located to all the major attractions we found it easy to see the sights then grab a nap before heading out again in the evenings.
Simone is LGBTQIA+ friendly and made my husband and I feel so welcome. She even arranged a taxi to collect us from the front door on checkout so we didn't need to pull our suitcases over those cobbled roads.
We will definitely be staying again on our next visit to Rome.
👬🏳️🌈🇦🇺 The rubbish collection on the Sunday morning was more noisy than all the bells of Rome together and a bit tough with a hangover but thats Roma 🙂
- Marcus (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing huge apartment and the owner was incredible couldn't do enough for us, she was so lovely! Highly recommend it's right bang in the centre of Rome. We took our three small kids and they loved it. Would much prefer this whole massive home any day than a hotel room. Kitchen facilities were incredible she had everything anyone could need. Coffee maker was a huge hit and she suppler coffee pods. Definitely will be back here. Nothing, everything was perfect. Best place to stay in centre of Rome with families.
- Ross (9/5): Superb -
