• Nannan (3/5): Many memories were made, just didn’t want termite poop to be one of them - The house is in a great location and well laid out for a large group. The pool though not huge was big enough to have fun with the kids. View is amazing and it is close to a choice of restaurants. We had a few little hiccups upon arrival that were handled promptly and efficiently. But we had a major issue with what we were told was bamboo dust falling on as as we slept. Cleaner came and addressed the situation apparently. Woke up the next morning with the same “dust” landing on us during the night, groused out, contacted Ricardo again. Did some research and our conclusion was that it was termite faeces that was falling on us from the bamboo above the master bed, some of the bamboo was fake, no holes or poop below those, the real bamboo was full of holes and above the concentrated poop areas. They were prompt and came that after noon and marine varnished the real bamboo. The room smelt a bit but we were reassured by Ricardo that they had solved the problem. Slept so much better. Saw no dust the next morning, sent a message thanking Ricardo and put the issue behind us, or thought we had. The next morning we woke and I was totally disgusted to wake up and realize that again we had inhaled termite poop all night. We were a group of 9, we had picked this house for the fact that everyone would have their own space, now we were doubling up because I refused to sleep in this room again. Ricardo was responsive and came with a worker and removed the bamboo. The anxiety caused by worrying about what we had breathed in caused us to seek out a Dr to check our lungs. Breathing was fine but warned to watch for future issues. Not a lasting memory we wanted to have.

• Claudiusm (8/5): Great stay! - Location was perfect. Property was amazing. Enjoyed the private beach & pool. Richardo was attentive & Eduardo was responsive. City water would randomly turn off, making it hard to get ready in the mornings (Not the hosts fault)
• Katherine (9/5): Perfect house and a great value! Would do it again when in Cancun. - Quiet, safe location not in the hotel zone (which is what we wanted) with all the amenities with an amazing view! Cleaning staff was still there when we arrived but that’s not a deal breaker at all.
