• Giulia (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend di 2 notti in questo B&B, ci siamo trovate davvero bene dall’accoglienza alla partenza ci hanno dato una mano su tutto, dall’arrivo facilitando il check-in in maniera autonoma senza disturbare nessuno, e al ritorno tenendoci anche i bagagli che sennò sarebbero stati un problema per girare per tutta Napoli. Soprattutto la cosa più comoda in una posizione strategica è molto centrale in meno di 10 minuti a piedi vi trovate nella zona più centrale di Napoli e ben collegata con tutti i mezzi !! L’appartamento era bellissimo curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, molto pulito, e letti comodissimi quello più comodo è stato quello rialzato , poi con una vista stupenda su Napoli dove potrete fare dei meravigliosi scatti! Nella zona sono disponibili anche dei parcheggi quindi nessun problema se avete un auto, in tal caso abbiate necessità c’è anche il portiere tranne che nei weekend o loro per qualsiasi esigenza !!

I loved that the accommodation felt like a little home, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, which gave us the convenience of making our own coffee in the morning. It had everything one might need for a comfortable stay. We received very clear instructions, and the host was incredibly friendly. The location was also excellent—right in the city center. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

• Reut (8/5): - הקשר עם הבעלים היה מצוין. ענו מהר לכל שאלה ובקשה. כאשר היתה תקלה באינטרנט היא תוקנה מהר. בדקו איתנו אם אנחנו צריכים משהו נוסף. בדירה יש מכונת כביסה קטנה שהיתה שימושית. המיטות נוחות והנוף מקסים. יש מעט מדי נקודות חשמל תקינות בדירה. התריס בחדר השינה מקולקל ולכן אי אפשר להחשיך את החדר - התעוררנו עם הזריחה מוקדם בבוקר.

La vajilla tampoco estaba limpia. La funda nórdica daba grima, estaba marrón. Hay que mejorar la limpieza, porque lo único limpio que había en el alojamiento eran las toallas.

• Marco (10/5): Il Gabbiano, a great place to stay - Perfect location for visiting Naples and surrounding beauty spots. Great views over the city skyline. Very helpful hosts: we reported a couple of minor issues, which were sorted out straight away. They even offered us a free breakfast as a gesture of gratitude for alerting them to what needed fixing. We'll definitely recommend Il Gabbiano to friends and family. No dislikes!

• Antonio (7/5): Bene ma potrebbe essere molto meglio - La posizione e’ molto centrale e comoda per raggiungere diversi posti , essendoci vicino la metro; inoltre la camera è spaziosa e luminosa con ampie finestre C’è un senso di “incertezza” come di non finito e l’impressione è di un monolocale destinato a lunghi periodi riadattato a bb; inoltre il Wi-Fi indicato come presente in realtà non c’è e il letto è un divano letto, esiste una macchina per il caffè ma le capsule presenti non sono compatibili; per finire suggerisco di controllare bene il bagno dove rubinetterie e sanitari sono un po’ traballanti

Dicono che Napoli è sporca ma sono sporchi certi turisti che imbrattano la città anche se vedono un cestino. Certo se ce ne fossero di più non ci sarebbero scuse.

• morena (8/5): Un bel soggiorno a Napoli - L'appartamento si trova all'undicesimo piano di quello che è stato il primo grattacielo costruito a Napoli; non è di recente costruzione, ma pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Strategica la sua posizione per raggiungere il centro storico della città a piedi senza dover utilizzare l'auto o i mezzi pubblici. La zona dà l'impressione di essere molto sicura sia di giorno che in tarda serata. Nonostante non avessimo conosciuto personalmente i gestori della struttura, loro si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili e raggiungibili sia telefonicamente e che via Whattsapp. Comodo il check in. Il divano letto! Molto datato e davvero scomodo al contrario di quello situato nella camera da letto principale! Lo abbiamo segnalato al gestore che si era premurato di chiederci come ci fossimo trovati durante il soggiorno; ci è stato garantito che sarebbe stato sostituito a breve.

Localization is great, close to city old center, port, metro and bus stops. Nearby is also great supermarket Sole365 and restaurant Signora Bettola - Napoli (Medina). Air conditioning in the apartment was really appreciated. Small kitchen fulfilled our expectations. We had to buy some things like soap, dishwashing liquid, kitchen sponges on our own. • Rui (8/5): Would definitely recommend! - Apartment is perfectly located and there is a security guard at the main entrance during the day, at night the main door is locked. The kitchen was very well equipped (coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove, dishes, fridge) and so was the rest of the apartment (towels, washing machine, wi-fi, AC and heater). Host was very helpful and attentive. Wi-fi signal was not very strong at our apartment (only near the entrance door). The heater was working the first night, but not the other 2 (but there is an AC and we used that instead). When we got the check-in instructions we didn't get the entrance number (A or B) and the floor right away, which was a bit confusing at first and not practical (we were walking around with our luggage and asking the security guard at the entrance - who didn't speak english - for instructions), but then, after some time and contacting someone else, the situation was resolved.
