• Aden (9/5): Great to stay to go to Rome! - Great location. Peaceful, private and comfortable. We loved to be able to have a 4 minute drive to the Metro parking station then about a 30 minute Metro to Rome. It's was all ground floor with a good sized courtyard. Very good for families and their pets. Nothing.

• Bahaa (10/5): Exceptional - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Teresa and Fabio’s apartment in Rome! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Despite arriving late at night, Teresa and Fabio met us at the train station and even arranged two cars to drive us to the apartment. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious homemade lasagna and a fresh pie that Teresa had thoughtfully prepared for us. The apartment itself was immaculate, with freshly washed bed sheets and all the amenities we could possibly need, What truly set our experience apart was Teresa and Fabio’s incredible hospitality. They were always available to answer our questions and even helped us navigate from the apartment to the bus station. Their generosity and kindness truly made our trip unforgettable. We can’t recommend this place enough and are so grateful for their warm hospitality. Thank you, Teresa and Fabio, for making our stay in Rome so special! Really nothing
• Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - The house is very spacious with fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate rooms and terrace outside. There is a washing machine as well, but we didnt need to use it for a short stay. Pictures are true to the reality, so we were very satisfied (you should not expect any new building, its kind of a ranch with private space for parking). The best part od our stay was the approach of the host and husband - they are great people, provided all the information we needed at any time, picked us up in the city center when we arrived late in the evening (it is extra service but such a great help). We had issues with our documents and they helped us a lot ! Nothing, just a reminder for those who will use metro, you need to walk 10-15 min, but you will see it on the map and for us it wasnt a problem :)
• Britt (6/5): Pleasant - The host was very friendly and helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out times. It was very easy to get access to the space via a keybox. There was a very strong scented candle smell in the living room, which for me was a bit icky, because I was also sleeping in that room. It would also be helpful if there were some extra bedlinens always in the cupborad, because in Booking it is not possible to specify whether someone will sleep on the sofabed or not.

I don’t think I have ever had such great hosts despite many different stays I have had. The apartment is perfect for visiting Rome and very comfortable to spend some time at night to relax Nothing

Villa was comfortable, newly renovated, spacious and suited all our needs. Loved the extra touches of biscuits. pods for coffee machine and condiments. Would recommend to friends or stay again. 🙂
• Lauri (10/5): Exceptional - Teresa was the best host possible, kind and caring. She gave us suggestions, what to do and was always available. The property is in a green area, but still close to the subway.
• Li (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean and just as pictured. The landlord was very nice and would help us with our travel plans. You can take the metro to the city centre and it is a good value for money option. The house comes with a small yard. All amenities are very good and security is good.
