• Yi (10/5): - 一切都很完美。房屋非常漂亮，很干净一尘不染。床和枕头都很舒适。所有设施都齐全，还有咖啡和小点心。我们住得非常开心。离最近的地铁站走路要近10分钟，但门口就有公交站，去市区也比较方便。
• Roberta (10/5): soggiorno impeccabile a Roma.Un gioiello di ospitalità! - Soggiornare in questo appartamento è stata un'esperienza che ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Raramente si incontra una tale cura nei dettagli e un'attenzione così genuina verso l'ospite. La casa è arredata in modo stupendo e risulta estremamente confortevole. È un ambiente luminosissimo grazie ai due balconi e ci ha colpito subito per la pulizia impeccabile: la biancheria dei letti (comodissimi!) era fresca e profumata, proprio come a casa propria.La proprietaria ha pensato davvero a tutto: al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua fresca in frigorifero (un gesto molto apprezzato!) e una vastissima scelta di prodotti per la colazione. Il set di cortesia in bagno era completo di ogni necessità, segno di una gestione attenta e premurosa. La posizione è strategica: si trova a circa 650 metri dalla fermata Basilica San Paolo (Metro B), il che permette di raggiungere il centro di Roma in pochi minuti. La zona è una classica area popolare romana, vivace e autentica, lontana dal caos turistico ma servitissima da supermercati, negozi e ottimi ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze.

• Lucie (10/5): Vřele doporučuji - Vše naprosto perfektní ! Čisto , voňavo, perfektní lokalita, příjemná majitelka , vřele nás přivítala . Cestovali jsme s dcerkou ( 3 roky) vše super. Pračka k dispozici, komplet vybavení kuchyně , dva balkony. Top❤️
• peggy (10/5): Petit oasis à Rome - Un petit paradis 🏡 Ma fille et moi même avons adoré ce logement décoré et aménagé avec soin et beaucoup de goût. 3eme etage avec ascenseur. L immeuble est très propre et calme. Check in très simple et facile. La propreté de l appartement. Une grande entrée avec porte manteaux et rangement chaussure. Une cuisine avec frigo, congelateur, four, lave vaisselle et petit balcon donnant sur la cour interieure. Tout pour le petit déjeuner : cafe, thé, tisane, biscuits, confitures, Nutella, biscuits salés, sucre. Il ne manque rien. Sel. Poivre , huile... Une grande chambre avec un grand lit et télé. Moustiquaire . Un grand salon avec petite terrasse et un canapé lit et télé. Salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire. Lessive pour la machine à laver. Maddelena a rénové les meubles de ses grands parents ainsi que l appartement. C est un bel hommage. Il y a des conseils pour les restaurants, des sorties. Une belle carte du centre de Rome offerte ainsi qu un sac en tissu. Des livres touristiques à disposition. Quelques jeux pour les enfants. Climatisation dans chaque pièce. Le metro B est à 8 mn à pied. Il y a tous les magasins à côté : café, supermarché, coiffeur, pharmacie, pizzeria, boulangerie.... L appartement se trouve à une vingtaine de minutes de l aéroport de Fiumicino en taxi. Maddalena est toujours disponible pour vous répondre. Le jour de notre depart, Maddalena nous a donné la possibilité de laisser nos bagages à l entrée et de quitter l appartement dans l apres midi car nous avions notre vol en début de soirée. Encore un grand merci.🙏 Apres une longue journée de marche, il est vraiment tres agréable de revenir se reposer à Maison Madeine. 💚🤍❤️
• Zanuttini (10/5): Bello - La pulizia, la gentilezza della proprietaria, la tranquillità, il fatto che è a 15’ dalla BASILICA DI SAN PAOLO FUORI LE MURA e a 10’ minuti dalla metropolitana e in poco tempo si raggiunge il Colosseo
• Ana-Maria (10/5): O vacanta foarte reusita si relaxanta. - Un apartament minunat, deosebit, cochet, curat, spatios, calduros. Am avut parte de o primire calduroasa si o grija deosebita asupra confortului nostru. De asemenea, cartierul este foarte placut, cu tot ce este nevoie in imprejurimi.
• Adriana (10/5): Minunat!!!! - Recomand tuturor acest apartament, nu va lipseate absolut nimic inclusiv apa, cafea, dulciuri. De asemenea bucătăria este foarte bine dotata! Totul este perfect: curatenie, atenție la detalii. Maddalena este o gazda extraordinar de draguta si amabila, ne a pus la dispoziție o mulțime de informatii. Cartierul este aerisit si plin de verdeață. Nu puteam face o alegere mai buna! Un apartament in care revii cu tot dragul si il recomanzi oricui! Top!!

Maddalena è fantastica e spiega tutto in maniera semplice; la casa è super pulita mai vista una così. cucina super attrezzata e bagno molto bello con una super doccia. tornerò sicuramente. NIENTE...è tutto perfetto!

Llevaba de vacaciones sorpresa a mi madre y el alojamiento de Maddalena cumplió con creces las expectativas. Limpieza, confort, comunicación, servicios, ubicación... Todo perfecto.

• Lars (10/5): - Ciao Maddalena. Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in Deiner Wohnung. Wir lieben Ostiense mit der ganzen Lebensart und der perfekten Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Diese Wohnung lässt für uns keine Wünsche übrig. Wer kochen mag, kann das auf höchstem Niveau. Super Bad, schöner Balkon für den Wein danach. Man ist halt im Viertel der Lebenden. Du als Gastgeberin denkst mit so viel Liebe an alles. Ob die ersten Kaffeekapseln für den Kaffee am Morgen, oder auch Salz, Pfeffer , Öl…. Nochmal vielen Dank Maddalena auch für liebevolle Infos, die wir als Dauer-Römer, nicht brauchten. Wir kommen wieder. A presto, con i migliori e più cari saluti, Lars e Martina. Mille grazie

Thank you so much Madeleine. - The whole apartment was spotlessly clean , beautifully decorated, it had everything you needed including thoughtful toiletries and a selection of teas and provisions . Absolutely perfect . We loved the apartment . The only point the owner may need to consider is to highlight the step down into the hallway as a safety perspective although there are lights at night .

• Kirsten (10/5): Exceptional - Three words: BEST APARTMENT EVER! Never booked an apartment that clean with everything you need for daily life provided by the host. Comfortable not too soft huge mattress in the bedroom, as well as a really comfortable couch to relax after hours of walking in Rome in the living room. Equipped kitchen with everything you need for self-catering, big balcony and just the most beautiful bathroom I've ever seen in an apartment I booked so far. Quiet neighborhood garantying deep sleep. Everything you need for daily life is just around the corner: supermarket/grocery store, public transportation, restaurants where the locals eat (most delicious food for low price we had within our stay in Rome) and a little "Späti", how we call shops in Berlin, where you can buy snacks and drinks, in this case opened till 1 AM. We highly recommend this apartment! You won't get disappointed! Shout out to Maddalena, the host: thanks for everything, we will book again for sure!
