• Johannes (4/5): Ams, dirty kitchen, disappointment - Leider gab es im Buchungsprozess verdeckte Kosten von etwa 30% für die Reinigung. Eine Reinigung fand allerdings nicht vor der Anreise statt. Ameisen, verstaubte Möbel und klebrige Kochstelle. Leider gab es keine Unterstützung vom Vermieter oder durch Booking.
• Aaron (10/5): Exceptional - the location is a little far from city centre but the stations are close , shops are close and food is good in the local are , would definitely stay again if in Tokyo
• Pete (8/5): Great location. Great value for money - Location was close to train and bus. Quite a few dining options, and a great onsen a few minutes walk. The spa. Beds comfortable. Could do with a few more kitchen utensils but have let them know. Hopefully they oblige. Kitchen needed a bit of a wipe but wasn't too bad.

• Shofwan (10/5): Will come back again! - Family friendly accomodation with nice doraemon decoration. Very strategic location! Nothing. All is great!

• Peter (10/5): Beware of the owner . - Stay was good Though I have not stayed here, I had booked this place for one of my friends relatives who are foreigners and who are visiting Japan for the first time, unaware about the customs of Japan , they checked out room for good , during that time there younger Son 4yrs old kid was sick and needed immediate medical help and in this hustle to reach out to the Hospital they forgot to inform the property owner about there checkout and being a traveler they depend upon Wifi for connectivity so late information on this lead them into threat of Police report and Immigrations etc. Sending proofs of late check out without finding reason on it they take a hell out of me who is a loyal booking.com member since very long who just tried to pay on customers behalf which is good sign for Booking.com . My membership was took on trail and I was also threatened for police report and sharing my details even for nothing I have committed . I haven't stayed in this hotel . Booking.com should think about this hotel as a member of there company . This is a genuine request to Booking.com , I m your Customer but my details cannot be shared to such hoteliers who can downgrade the level of Harassment.
• Wesley (10/5): Great simple accommodation! Highly recommend! - Served it’s purpose very well. My family and I needed a simple spacious place to stay after a full day of exploring Tokyo city. Had all the basic commodities! Nearby coin laundry, restaurants, 711 and most importantly, it was near a train station for easy transportation. Nothing negative to say. Everything was great and the owners are very informative and responsive!
