The private pool and garden were perfect for relaxing with family. The rooms were spacious, and all amenities were well provided. The location was peaceful and convenient. Nothing major to highlight—overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

• Syazana (9/5): Cozy vibes and perfect for making memories. - Loved how spacious the place is. Everyone had their own spot to chill without feeling left out. So many nice corners for photos! The kids had a blast upstairs and in the pool, the guys took over the pool table and karaoke, and of course, the ladies had their fun in the kitchen or just relaxing at the family area. It’s the kind of place where every age group has something to enjoy, but you still get to hang out together. Super cozy and perfect for making memories! The karaoke system had a limited song selection, we had to search for songs on YouTube. There were some issues with one of the toilets and the air conditioner, but we’ve already informed the owner. Hopefully, everything will be resolved for the next guest to have an even better stay

• Fatin (8/5): Very good - Overall, my stay was pleasant. The house was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with essential amenities like a water filter and cooking supplies. However, I was disappointed with the check-in/check-out times. Being asked to check in at 3 PM and check out by 11 AM the next day felt restrictive, especially as a paying guest. Additionally, I was surprised to be asked for an RM800 deposit upon arrival, as this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the online listing. Adding to the pressure, the cleaner arrived at 10:45 AM, making the morning feel rushed and uncomfortable.
• Jurianna (7/5): Good - The space in the house was very spacious. A lot of rooms. It is unfortunate that we experienced black out due to the area power shortage for few hours and also the mosquitoes. However, we were already pre empt abt the mosquitoes frm the reviews so ya it was manageable.

Manage your expectations of the facilities but it is definitely - It was big, and the 6 rooms were great for accommodating 6 families. There was a pool table, a small pool for kids’ water play, karaoke etc. Having an en-suite bathroom is a great plus point! Basic cooking utensils were available, along with a fridge and water filter that can dispense hot, room and cold water. Really helpful! Some of the things are falling apart, due to wear and tear. The toys were not very suitable for young kids as they were not the cleanest and some were broken. There was a lizard in one of the rooms and they some friends wasn’t able to sleep well.

Place near to many amenities and a Villa complete with your family needs. We have 6 families of 20 pax staying over. Highly recommend. 2 monkeys intruded our villa in the morning.

• Sonia (8/5): Thank you, Rich Ling and Yvonne for an enjoyable stay! :) - As it has 6 bedrooms, our entire family of 15 pax could stay there comfortably. The pool was great for the kids, while some others enjoyed the pool table. The karaoke set was also excellent family entertainment. Clothes took a long time to dry when we were there, maybe because it doesn’t get direct sunlight. Some beds were more comfortable than others.

• Nurul (9/5): Overall stay was fun - All of it, the villa, the facilities... Wasn't inform in advance that we need to pay deposit even after booking was made. Only a day before check-in we were told of this.
• Karen (9/5): A pleasant and enjoyable stay for our group of 13 ladies. - The rooms were spacious and clean. Toilets were clean. Water dispenser was useful to make drinks easily. The living room was spacious for us to gather in the evening and we enjoyed the karaoke, pool table and mahjong. The swimming pool was a bit small.

• Khor (10/5): An excellent place to stay for friends, families and for teambuilding - Rooms very nicely decorated, pool table is excellent condition, Karaoke set is a great addition, towels, water dispenser & washing machine useful. Can park 3 cars inside, and 1-2 more cars outside the gate. Getting the keys while checking in, using the guide from host's whatsapp video was very exciting. Neighbourhood is nice. None.
