A damage deposit of MYR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that barbecue, buffet and party events are prohibited within the premises.

- Shyh (8/5): Secure and good location family homestay - Guarded and gated residential property, hence security is good. Location quite near to Aeon Bukit Indah but need to go by car. Got a number of restaurants nearby but not within walking distance. This place is good to stay with family, have sufficient rooms and beds. Distance to Legoland is quite near and take about 15 min to get to 2nd link check point. Ample car parking space and house is quite well maintained. The house opposite have dogs that kept barking in very early morning, quite a nuisance.

(10/5): Kitchen utensils safety for muslim customer - Everything else than the thing I don't like The kitchen utensils isn't really safe for muslim since the house is sharing between all races of customers.. If non-muslim customer had cook non-halal food it might be inconvenient for muslim customer to use the same kitchen utensils.. Have to bring our own kitchen utensils is quite bothersome.. 🥲

- Gwee (10/5): Exceed expectation on this home stay. - I msged the host that I am leaving legoland and will reach the place in 20mins. The host arrived early and explained on the keys and the place. The door is very squeaky and my kids will wake up when I sneak out of the room
