- JacobDux (5/5): - The house itself is so nice, it is near my apartment so it was perfect for my family visiting me. It's enough space for 2 or 3 people to live comfortably during their stay, so I wish I could give this place a good review. It was dirty. It clearly hadn't been cleaned at all before we arrived.
There were stains on the floor that would have easily came off with a clean, so clearly no one had even tried to clean it. There was stuff all over the carpet, so it hadn't been vacuumed either, and stains on the wall and dust everywhere.
The bathroom wasn't very clean and the drains also smelled terrible.
I really liked the house itself, so if the place was clean I would give it a good review, but they need a new cleaner or something.
- Reside (5/5): Would not stay here again - It’s in a nice location Stayed for 4 nights with family. House was dirty when we checked in. Dust and hair on floors and stairs. Bedrooms had human hair from previous visitors. Fridge was unclean. No iron was available despite being advertised. Be careful with the hairdryer as it overheats and stops working every few minutes.

- Francesca (9/5): Super nice flat in Nakano - It's a very cozy apartment in Nakano. Not far from different metro stations. It's located in a residential area, not too busy. A few supermarkets and combinis are just around the corner. Part of the kitchen was not working
- Nur Najihah (9/5): - The staff was very helpful
- Meriem (10/5): Perfect Stay. Perfect House in a Perfect Location. - Fantastic location in a more traditional neighborhood but an easy subway ride to Shinjuku. 7-Eleven close by. Subway station less than 10mn walk. Easy to reach from Haneda Airport (around 60mn), a bit longer from Narita Airport (90mn).
The house was perfect for our family of 4. Two western beds and two comfortable futons on a tatami floor upstairs (separated by a curtain). Small kitchen with everything you need + a large dining table. The washing machine was very handy. FYI, the staircase to the bedrooms is very steep. It was not a problem for us at all, but it might be for young kids.
- Seyi (10/5): The perfect vacation rental for an immersive and authentic Tokyo visit. - Negau House is the perfect vacation rental for visiting Tokyo. It's in an excellent location that is walking distance to the train station, while also super quiet and serene. You truly get an authentic experience staying in a traditional Japanese house in a residential neighborhood. The house itself is nicely appointed with thoughtful decor and amenities. We truly felt at home during our stay. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances; there are nearby grocery and convenience stores, so we were able to cook our own meals. There are also several restaurant options in the neighborhood, so we enjoyed eating out nearby as well. The tatami room was a really a nice space that we used for quiet time and meditation. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo. N/A - The house is a gold standard for a vacation rental experience.

- Sara-jane (10/5): Perfect family home. - This was a lovely home to settle into for a short part of our time in Japan. It really is within the neighbourhood and you see a more day to day side of Tokyo (which we loved).
The neighbourhood is gorgeous- so many beautiful homes - and Negau House itself is beautifully set up with everything you need.
