• Chris (2/5): Will not go back - It was big enough for our family 3 out of 6 chairs were broke, the carpet tacks kept poking us in our feet, there wasn't enough towels for everyone, the towels were damp when we arrived, the couch was hard as a rock and there were stains on the couch as well, the beds creeked whenever you moved, and the freezer was leaking water.

• Terri (2/5): Very poor - The location was great and the setup for rooms was good too. But it wasn’t cleaned and my 2 yr old granddaughter found several small glass bottles of liquor under a bed. !!!!! I immediately went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies to do the counters and floors and the bathroom, since I couldn’t rely on them being wiped clean. A shame I pay for cleaning fee in my booking and it’s not done. I reported it to manager and sent pictures Other than it not being cleaned properly and enough towels for everyone (6 for 3 days)

• Hollings (6/5): Love the area after some minor repairs I would love to vacation with you again. - Perfect location ,quiet ,friendly clean area. The refrigerator was making a thumping noise, the carpet needed cleaning especially on the stairway ,there's an open hole in seating area around the sprinkler and the bathroom shower. Sofa extremely low for seniors ( not the sofa in the picture). Furniture had several scratches the walls as well. Closet door was not attached. All clean and smell clean except carpet in area mentioned above.
• Laura (7/5): Good value for money. With a couple little improvements it would be much better. - The location is great for Disney World. A little far from Universal given the traffic. Very clean. Good value for the money. Beds are comfortable but squeaky. Plenty of towels. Kitchen is poorly equipped. Dishes were fine but cooking pans were minimal. No can opener or corkscrew. No plug for kitchen sink.

• Larae (7/5): Worked for what we needed at a great price, would stay again. - Good location, clean and safe. Beds were uncomfortable, one of the upstairs bedroom doors handle was broken and you would get stuck inside the room if you shut the door all the way. No seasonings or condiments like typical air bnb or booking.
• Hoogstraten (5/5): Passable - It was a fairly convenient location and easy to access. We had to wash the towels because they smelled. The mattresses were horribly uncomfortable and made loud noises everytime you moved. We were downstairs and could hear when the people upstairs moved in bed.
