- Ronak (1/5): The stay did not match the original listing or expectations. - The property was closed to the Universal Studios. We were informed shortly before arrival that the originally booked property was unavailable and were placed in a different unit at another address. The replacement was not equivalent to what we booked. During our stay, we experienced plumbing issues, a dishwasher that did not work despite being listed, and cleanliness concerns. Communication was difficult once these issues were raised.
