• Deise (9/5): Atendeu nossas espectativas e o custo benéfico foi muito bom. - Acomodação muito boa, acomodou todos nós de forma confortável pois estávamos em 5 adultos e um bebê, a cozinha nos atendeu muito bem durante os 15 dias de estadia, as camas confortáveis e o condomínio maravilhoso. Os banheiros tanto superiores quanto inferiores estão com vazamento na descarga sendo necessário manutenção e a cozinha necessita de mais panelas.

• Dreama (1/5): Bait-and-switch—wrong house, bugs, broken amenities, and terrible host; total waste of money. - THAT IT WAS EASY TO GET IN. OTHER THAN THAT I FEEL LIKE I WAS CATFISHED. This stay was beyond disappointing and completely ruined my husband’s 50th birthday. The property was a bait-and-switch—it was not the house advertised, and the main reason we booked it (the Disney-themed home with a pool table) was not even there. The host’s response was dismissive, saying not all homes have a pool table, which is unacceptable when that’s exactly what was shown in the listing. On top of that, the house had roaches everywhere, a loud and malfunctioning master bathroom fan that sounded like it could break at any moment, and a huge hole in the patio screen that let flies and mosquitoes inside. The WiFi didn’t work, forcing us to run an Ethernet cable just to use the TV, and the master shower barely had lukewarm water. Communication from the host was extremely slow and unhelpful throughout the stay. Overall, this was a terrible experience, a complete waste of money, and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

• Tiffany (8/5): Even with the issues, we liked the place and would consider a stay there again if we returned to the area. - Spacious and away from the busiest parts of Orlando. Access to the community water park. Pool was smaller than expected and not heated. That was an extra fee I was unaware of. Not well stocked, asked us to start laundry before we left but didn’t leave any soap. Asked us to take trash out regularly left one replacement bag. Less than one whole toilet papers roll in each bathroom, no back ups. Dirty dishes in cupboard, crumbs in the silverware drawer, trash can broken, tub clogged and didn’t drain.

• Ashley-Rae (10/5): Great value, spacious, pretty, comfortable. Stay for Disney & Universal - It was a very safe and friendly gated resort/community. The heated pool was lovely to have, especially in Feb. The house was massive, and we loved having an en suite in the master bedroom and a walk in closet. Lake in the resort/community was very peaceful to walk around and watch the wildlife. We booked this as we were going to Disney everyday, we used Ubers to get in and out and that worked great. Well stocked and comfortable. Host very quick to respond and seemed lovely. Would happily stay again! The mattress in the master bedroom is extremely squeaky. I was sleeping in it alone and it creaked every since time I shifted. Could do with an update. Comfortable but the noise disturbed my sleeping. The red bowls in the kitchen said they were microwaveable underneath, but I would not recommend this as two of our party burned themselves on them. The food inside was reflectively cold, whereas the bowl was blistering. The white bowls were absolutely fine so we used those after the first few days. Would recommend either replacing the red ones or leaving a note. Everything else was perfect!

Casa confortável com louças completas, máquina deslave e secadora dentro da unidade. - A localização é excelente: fica próximo a um boulevard com mercado e tem farmácia próxima. As informações do check in enviadas são objetivas e práticas, o que facilita o processo de chegada. Quando chegamos a noite, foi difícil achar o número da casa no condomínio porque a rua é bem escura e os números não ficam destacados. Apenas isso.

Por sacar algún defecto la piscina privada olía bastante a cloro y mientras que la comunitaria no. Y la ducha del baño general emitía un pitido que te despertaba si dormías. There was a dirty towel and it was sent to the owner, but he did not respond to change it. There were completely empty hand washing liquid containers, and this situation was not responded to either.

• John (8/5): Relaxing orlando holiday villa - Very comfortable holiday rental in a lovely, clean, quiet development. The pool was great, so nice to come home to after a day visiting theme parks. The pool table was also a nice suprise. A tv in every room, but surprisingly none were smart tv's. I'd definitely prefer if the tv in the main living area was upgraded to a smart tv so guests could sign into their own netflicks or other streaming accounts.

The facilities are great. Comfortable stay. The property is very central and close to amenities. The unit could be cleaned a little better. There were tiles still in the dryer, papers and dust on the window sill. The bathrooms upstairs were not very clean. The bath was slimy. The WiFi/fiber worked but it kept dropping. The unit could be kitted out with more glasses as there were only 3 glasses but there were 5 of us. There were no salad bowls of over dishes.

We had to walk with shoes on when walking on the carpet or we would get poked by the carpet tacks that stuck out because of holes in the carpet. Carpet was also very stained and dirty. When we arrived, dishes were caked with old food and counters had old crumbs under all appliances. When the a/c stopped working one evening, we couldn’t even open 2 of the guest bedroom windows for cool air because screens were missing or broken. We have stayed at many other rentals in the area that were the same price for much better accommodations- so we will stick with those next time.

Its location was conveniently located within 30 minutes of Disney, sea world, etc. even on the heavier traffic days. Also, located within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, pharmacy, shopping. The recreation area was enjoyable and clean. There was nothing I didn’t like about it.

The house space and inviting. I didn’t like the WiFi in the property. It didn’t work well at all made it difficult for online assignments to be completed by both myself and another of my family. Additionally, I didn’t like the attitude of one specific security guard (male) he was rude and treated me like a criminal when I tried asking him for assistance.

• Jerjinder (10/5): Nothing short of perfect - It was clean, well presented and plenty of space with all the necessary comforts we needed. I loved that we were in a gated area which made me feel extra secure. The communal pool area was lovely. My experience renting a holiday home through Sasha in Disney was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment i began planning my trip, Sasha guidance was invaluable. She not only assisted in selecting the perfect home but also alleviated any concerns i had. Throughout my stay, Sasha was a constant source of support, always, just a message away, promptly addressing any questions or concerns. Her responsiveness made me feel as through she was right there beside me, providing reassurance as i navigated Florida solo with my four children for the first time. Moreover, Sasha's dedication shone through when i accidentally left a case behind. She went above and beyond to ensure its safe return, exemplifying her exceptional level of care and professionalism. Thanks to Sasha's outstanding assistance, my vacation was not only tress free but truly memorable. I cannot recommend her services highly enough and look forward to booking with her again soon. I have no negatives
• Ranning (4/5): The house is nice but not clean enough. - Location is good, close to shops and restaurants. The place is spacious and the pool is nice. Bed bugs! I got a lot of bug bites on my back and legs.

• Sarah (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable beds and sofa! Plenty of room. Very clean. Unfortunate incidents with neighbours arguing in the middle of the night. Location suffers from heavy traffic to and from the property seemingly at all times of the day and night.

• Eric (9/5): We will be back 100%!!!! Beautiful, clean, & relaxing. - The location was amazing to all attractions and activities! The condo was clean and for our family of 4 very comfortably and also have us still have room to move around. The rules/instructions were laid out and labeled very clearly. The dumpsters were quite away from the condo and we were next to a family that we think worked third shift so they were “loud” and stomping around 1130pm a little bit. The gate was also closed and we were never given a working code

Was aweful. - The location was fine The bath didn’t work, we didn’t have a patio like it said, trying to get ahold of someone for information was crazy; they knew nothing about the property, security when just entering the building was rude sometimes, nothing at all how the pictures looked on booking.
• Jaclynn (2/5): Nightmare. - It was quiet The pool was broken. The jets didn’t work. Garage was inaccessible but had water leaking out of it the whole time. The house is infested with ants. Woke up a couple of days and our toothbrushes were covered. Ants are in the beds as well. Furniture is dated and the beds are like rocks. This was our third year with this company and have never been disappointed but this year the home was awful. Will be letting the friends and family that I’ve gotten to book w them over the last 3 years that they’ve made changes and it’s not worth the stay. Very upset.

• Lyndsay (7/5): Our vacation was very nice, the pool was amazing to come home to every night and we all just had a wonderful time! Thank - The house was beautiful, the landscaping was very nice and all the rooms were very clean when we got there. The outlets in the master bathroom didn’t work, the outlets in the other bathroom didn’t work, and the Apple TV wouldn’t work in the bedroom with the full size bed.

• Christi (8/5): The place was very nice and a good value for the money. My entire family thought it was nice. Full kitchen available. A - The place was beautiful and very spacious. My place was at the very end so with lots of families staying in the same area, it wasn’t overly crowded. The place offers lots to do in the community and the neighborhood isn’t too far away from a grocery store. The construction. Every day at 7:20am they started hammering. Every day except the last day when we didn’t get to sleep in of course. They are building houses in the area - one directly behind this property. They are at it all day. None of that is on the owners but knowing ahead of time would have been helpful. New pillows and new pans would also be a plus.. And there are no fans in the bedrooms so knowing that, I would have brought a table side one. The freezer seemed like it wasn’t working properly, couldn’t keep my stuff frozen.
• Erica (8/5): Very good - This house was very nice spacious and clean but could use a little remodeling.... There wasn't any air-conditioning in the master bedroom and the bed in one of the rooms was broken as well as the blinds keep falling.
• Chris (8/5): Very nice place. - It was a very nice place. It's always nice having a private home to enjoy versus a hotel. We stayed in another one of your properties in September 2021. The other one was more well kept. This was very nice, but the other one was far superior.
• Sandra (7/5): Nice enough - Nice property in a quiet location. Beautiful grounds and a warm pool! Unit was clean and roomy. Beds are really uncomfortable and mattresses are in dire need of replacement. Minimal supplies. Washer did not work but was replaced 2 days before departure. Small outside patio but no chairs provided.
• Nathan (9/5): Awesome spot! Safe, clean, and very reasonably priced! - Loved the house and the location. The owner was wonderful and very helpful and extremely responsive. No complaints at all. Would do it again! Guests absolutely need to buy supplies. The rental provides the bare minimum understandably, keep that in mind. There's a Walmart 5 min away which was convenient.

• Colin (7/5): Good - Location was good and parking. Safe environment within gated comples Decor was very dated. Not very clean and could do with a deep clean. Floors when walking very sticky. Pool area very small and again needed a good clean. Wasnt very private as path ran alongside pool When in pool area path runs alongside which is used very often with people looking in as passing Unfortunately hadn't picked up all bedrooms were upstairs and I have a disability which meant with help I could get to room at night and the helped down again in morning and couldn't go up any other time.
