The pool and water park side for the children was nice and clean. The bar by the pool is pretty cool. I loved the location and the security of the property. I most definitely will be booking with them again. 10 out of 10 I do recommend! I loved everything!

Fomos em 7 pessoas e a casa atendeu plenamente, com muito conforto. Tem toalhas extras para uso na piscina. A localização é ótima, a 5 minutos do Epic Universal, 15 minutos dos outros parques da Universal e do Sea Word. Condomínio seguro e tranquilo. Voltaria com certeza. Por ficarmos 15 dias, achei que teria uma limpeza no período, mas nos foi avisado que seria pago a parte caso quiséssemos. Acabamos nós mesmos limpando. Mas na unidade tem itens de limpeza (aspirador, vassoura, rodo e afins). Nada que tenha atrapalhado.

I would say that whoever was cleaning the apartment didn’t clean the floor because my little one was running around with bare feet and the floor was dirty and the mirror the lamps all had dust on them like no one had dusted. Also the beds in the last room, the full-size beds they had a dip in the mattress. It was pretty uncomfortable and in the single room with the queen size mattress it was a pretty firm mattress, which made me have to switch out where people were sleeping. The shower in the main master bathroom water was everywhere so we definitely had to make sure we washed the extra towel every day because the amount of water everywhere. We had a broken toilet seat for 2 days and Internet not working the first day.

The apartment was spacious and clean and had all necessary appliances The maintenance of the furniture - Chair collapsed and dad broke his foot and badly hurt his knee. We had to take him home in a wheelchair. No one bothered to follow up to see if he was ok or offer any help.

- Thursa (8/5): overall good value for price, great location with ample parking - super easy check-in, great location with ample parking, convenient access to amenities and shops for supplies, nicely equipped unit, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious enough for short term stay. communication from host prior to check-in was very good. I did not find the beds or pillows that comfortable, so I had difficulty getting good sleep, but I suppose that is personal preference. I did not like the extra wide bedframe as I bumped my shin several times during the week. Upstairs neighbors were super noisy several nights - sounded like a herd of elephants running one night! I was traveling for work and found myself with a few extra free hours on check-out day so I had requested a late check-out through the app night before & never rcvd any confirmation; I sent the request again for late check-out and finally heard back that it was not available. I was also a bit surprised as I was grabbing my bags to vacate, at 10:59am (for 11am check-out) a knock at the door that the cleaning team was there to changeover unit. I host short-term rental units myself & would never knock to enter 1min prior to check-out, but to each his own. Overall I was happy with the unit for a business stay (attending a work convention at OCCC) and would return again for those purposes.

Recomendados!!!!!! Nada que decir, no nos podemos quejar, hasta se nos quedaron unas cosas, y cuando regresamos, ya nos las tenian apartadas, lista para la entrega.

The pool area is really nice and the cocktails at the pool bar are highly recommended. Everything was as described and met our expectations - only thing that would help future guests is somewhere to store luggage on departure day as you cannot use the front desk facilities (as that is provided by another company)

The mattress and pillows were heaven The pool and kids splash area was smaller that what appeared on the videos. I would recommend to have at least USB connections in the living room and bedrooms. It would be nice have more than just a day of essentials like garbage bags and toilet paper, it was a bit inconvenient.

Wish there was an elevator so we didn’t have to bring our luggage up 3 flights but we were aware of that. Could have used a couple extra towels in the bathrooms because we had to do laundry daily just to have towels for the next day. There were no instructions on what to do with dirty linen/towels when we left so hoping it was ok to leave them in the bathroom. Overall very pleased.
