• Ivy (7/5): The stay was OK! - The residence was as expected for size, number or rooms etc. Good location to the things we wanted to do. The pool and hot tub never heated as expected. There is some wear and tear on the inside of the residence that we didn't expect to see. I have photos of some of it if needed. Pool was not clean upon arrival. Pool person was there trying to get the skimmer cleaned when we arrived. I asked about heating the pool and he never responded. He place a watering hose in the pool and left it running everyday. There was water all over the ground near the pool equipment. There were just several issues for the pool and heating the pool that we were not satisfied with.
• Amelia (9/5): It was a nice getaway with the family. We would love to go back someday. - The location was good. near the freeway and close to grocery stores. The dream house was large enough for our family. We never felt crowded . The kids loved the pool.

• teressa (10/5): EXCEPTIONAL STAY - THE LOCATION WAS GREAT AND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY.THE HOUSE WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND WELL MAINTAINED. OUR HOST WAS GREAT HER INSTRUCTIONS WERE SIMPLE AND EASY TO FOLLOW FOR OUR ENTRY INTO THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ACCESS INTO THE HOUSE. OUR STAY WAS LIKE BEING AT HOME AWAY FROM HOME. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. EVRYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL
• Houston (9/5): - The beds were super cozy. The house was very spacious. The pool has no lights around it for night time swimming. The hot water heater to heat the hot tub was broken.
• Michelle (6/5): Awaiting Compensation for My Families Inconvenience - Location, size, and convenience. The fact that upon arrival door entry code did not work, and I had to reach out to the owner to correct it. In addition, I contacted Jeeves management to inform them that the Direct tv was not working on any of the 10 televisions within an hour after check-in time on. June 8th, and a technician wasn't sent out to repair the issue until June 10th, Day 3 of 5 days which was unacceptable and a huge inconvenience for my entire family, which flew in from all over the country to spend time together. When I asked about being compensated for the inconvenience, I was offered $50, which was unacceptable, and therefore, I declined. The total amount of nearly $1,700 was paid in full on April 7th, and I expect a more reasonable compensation. Michelle

• Caitlin (7/5): A/C needs work or a bigger unit, also needs ceiling fans! - Size, number of bedrooms, facilities within the home and location are great for big family vacations. The air conditioner couldn’t keep the house cool even when following the directions posted above the thermostat and the maintenance person said they fixed it but it was still uncomfortable to try to go to sleep in. There are no ceiling fans anywhere in the house even though it seemed to have the extra light switches wired for them. We also couldn’t open the windows to let cooler air in without the pool alarm going off. The carpets also desperately need to be cleaned, they made our feet dirty even when we had just bathed.

• Heavenle (7/5): Nice neighborhood, nice facility, waterpark was nice. - Location was nice, and neighborhood felt safe! Also that it came with a baby crib. Pool was a huge hit! Cleaning wasn’t the best. Trash was under areas that seemed to be looked over, like a rushed job. Closet door in upstairs bedroom was broke.
• Bonita (6/5): the kids had a blast - Beds were comfortable, kids had a blast in the pool. Carpets need to be cleaned, there a couple of large chunks out of flooring in dining room, the hot tub did not hold water finally just stop using it and could not shut off. Got A WELCOME PACKET but from the e-mail, welcome packet and instruction in book in entry way had a few inconsistant instructions

• Barbara (10/5): Overall, nice property and a great stay, thank you. - See below reply. The dryer door was broke, we had to shut it hard to work it, two of the showers in the rooms had little pressure, when we first arrived at the home the door lock would not work, we called and they had to reset the door code. Gate to the swimming pool did not latch on top, the timer for the hot tub needs fixed, the jet in the hot tub needs adjusted. Just a few things you might want to fix.

The house was excellent and pool was great. We had 3 families staying in the house, with 14 of us in the total. There was plenty of room and the bedrooms very comfortable. The pool and outside space was lovely and the facilities onsite were also excellent. Finns restaurant and the waterpark were great. Wouldn't hesitate to make the same booking. Nothing

• Darian (5/5): Passable - the home was nice, and all the rooms had their own bathroom which was a plus - especially at times when we were all getting ready at once. well, there was supposed to be a game room, but there wasn’t one. the hot tub was cold our entire stay (one of the main reasons for us choosing this home) .. we tried multiple times to heat it up by following the instructions provided and it still did not work. there wasn’t a skimmer or any kind of net to get any debris out of the pool.. and from the looks of it, our home was the only one without a grill in the backyard so we couldn’t cookout in the backyard as planned.
• Rosangela (8/5): Wonderful - I loved everything about the house and it was wonderful, excellent cleanliness, very comfortable. I recommend The internet is very bad, and there was not enough cutlery for 16 people.
