• Ladonna (1/5): Locked out of pursue to arriving at 950pm - Was not able to stay we arrived late and they were notified but the fates were locked we had to find a hotel to stay. Continue to call and no answers until noon the next day. By then had to book a second night. Request money back but all I get are these surveys Locked out

• Sharon (10/5): Peaceful and relaxing - Beautful holiday home, really well equipped kitchen and BBQ, indoor and outdoor dining seating, so we were able to self cater, which was nice as had already eaten out a lot during the previous 10 days. Clean and comfortable, accomodation, lovely big soft fluffy towels. Beautiful pool with nice sun-beds, which we had to ourselves. Owners advised to help ourselves to freshly fallen mangoes, and left several for us to sample. We were provided with own remote for security gates so we could come and go as we pleased. We really enjoyed the peaceful location after a busy start to our holiday exploring the Everglades and The Keys. No instructions on how to enter property, arrived to locked gates and unable to attract owners attention. With no mobile phone (Cell) service in the USA we had to find free wifi in local supermarket to contact agents to be able to gain access. Also the property was advertised as having a machine machine, in reality it was access to a washing machine once during your stay and only on a Friday!

• CINDY (10/5): Un séjour reposant dans un petit coin de paradis - Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! La piscine était parfaite, et le fait de pouvoir en profiter seuls a rendu l’expérience vraiment unique. La maison est située dans un endroit paisible, avec quelques lézards pour compagnons — un vrai moment de détente. L’accueil était chaleureux, et l’accès très simple. Petit bonheur en plus : les manguiers dans le jardin nous ont permis de savourer des mangues fraîchement cueillies. Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! Très peu de points négatifs à signaler. Peut-être seulement les plaques de cuisson, un peu vieillissantes, qui mettent un certain temps à chauffer. Mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour !
• Tyler (1/5): found a ton of termites, asked for refund. they said they would give one and ended up still charging - It was cute if it wasn't for the enormous amount of termites and the fact the owner is a liar the fact the owner lied and said I could get a refund for the termites being everywhere but then waited till after I left the area to decide they didn't want to give me a refund. and now when you try to call the property their phone is off.
• Sabrina (9/5): Superb - Very cute, and comfy little spot. Equipped with everything I needed for my birthday get away. The hosts were readily available, super friendly and provided the upmost privacy. I enjoyed my stay. Looking forward to booking again.

• Naessens (1/5): Too much money for its value - Friendly owner who met us on arrival. The appartment is worn out. The bathroom needs urgent refurbishment. The shower has mold on the sealing. The toilet broke down. Thankfully I was able to fix it myself. The matress feels old and is uncomfortable. The floor tiles have cracks in them. As for the cleanliness, this is done as minimum as possible. Dust on top of the cupboards has been collected for some time now. The garden chairs are dirty and the patio roof is ready to collapse. The nice picture of the stables on Booking seems to be taken some time ago. Now it’s full of clutter as with the garage next to the appartment. The worn-down corvette with the flat tires, parked in front of the garage underlines the fact that 293$/night is way too expensive. If it wasn’t for the nice reception by the owner, I would’ve given it a 0 rather then a 1.

• Sandor (7/5): It is nice but the termites are ruining it. and the mouldy bathroom - The location was amazing, electric remote controlled gate so very good security. The property is nice with garden and trees. The apartment is nice from the outside and nicely wooden cladded on the inside. Tv/Media?wifi was all exceptional Bathroom was mouldy in the corners. there was all sorts of anti-termite solutions under the sink, we didnt understand it the first day. second or third day we understood. on the white ceramic floor there was a massive trail of termite end product. they were eating the cladding nighttime and we found this in the morning. in 2 different part of the bedroom.

• Julia (10/5): Retreat Close to Campus Comfort - Great location with its own private access gate, although the alternative entrance is also available. It’s conveniently situated near UM, and the pool area was truly impressive.
• Michał (10/5): Perfect stay in Miami! - Extremely nice property with everything you need. Clean, comfy and well located. You can also use the pool. The owners are super nice and friendly. I'll definitely stay again. Thank you for making my vacation in Miami so great! Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

• Christine (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed here for a week with our 16 yr old daughter and cannot rate the property highly enough. We were met by the owners who are lovely and provided us with plenty of local knowledge with regards to our planned trips. We did hire a car for the week which I think is needed as it's a little out of the main city but the property is near to the freeway. The property itself has everything you need for your stay, its clean, has all the amenities you need and you can use the washing machine and dryer (for a small charge) which was a godsend to us after the previous week being spent in hotels!. We had the pool pretty much to ourselves which our daughter (and I) loved. Thank you for making our stay in Miami such a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back! 😀 Nothing

• Denise (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our stay in the studio apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We loved the big heated pool, as well as the vast, well-kept grounds.

• Carolina (10/5): Perfect stay - Our stay was perfect, the host welcomed us very well, the place was very quiet, safe, very close to everything, the apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable, we would definitely go again.
• Munoz. (10/5): Great place to stay - Everything about this place was amazing, it's away from some major things but only about 20 to 30 min. It's close to freeway access to go anywhere.. A quiet neighborhood that feels very safe and comfortable to stay in. The avacoados, WOW they are amazing. We missed mango season but next time for sure. We will definitely be back again. The land owners were great and made sure that everything was great for us from arriving to departure. Thank you so much for the great stay. Nothing to not like.
