- Rana (5/5): Passable - The location is great, but there are no designated parking spots beside the residence, so you need to quickly get out of the car to avoid causing traffic. The staff are really nice and helpful. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Additionally, the residence only has one bathroom, which can be inconvenient for larger groups.
- Sorina (10/5): Exceptional - The aparthotel has 24/7 reception and it is close to metro and bus. The personnel is kind and helpful. They helped us with reservations for parking, it's private, not owned by the hotel. Next to the location there's a Migros (a store with basically anything you need). The rooms were nice and big enough, comfortable bedsheets. There is heating and hot water all the time, a plus for us, having our stay at the beginning of January. The kitchen had all the utensils you might need. Our apartment didn't have a microwave, but there was an electric oven that we used instead.

- Sara (6/5): Okay for short period of time - Location was great for me. I asked the staff for a knife and water and it was given. The flat has very old furniture. If you want to use the dishwasher or the washing machine you have to buy your own detergent and cloth (for manual washing). The kitchen utensils are very limited. I only had one pan and no mugs available. No microwave or freezer. Only has one mini fridge. The room was not clean for the 7 days I was there, though that did not bothered me. The mosque near made me awake every day at 6:30am.

- Heather (5/5): Good size room, lacking in basics - The room was a good size and in a reasonably central location for getting around with good transport links. WiFi worked well, as did the air conditioning. The staff were friendly, but did not give enough information at check in for us to make the most of our stay. The “well equipped “ kitchen was lacking in many respects, which made it almost impossible to make even a simple breakfast. There was no housekeeping (not even a bin emptied, bearing in mind that toilet paper has to be out in the bin, not the toilet) for our whole stay despite being on the listing and praised highly in reviews)When we mentioned it on our last day, we were told that we had to expressly ask for housekeeping services . If that is the case, it should be stated at check in. The card machine was not working for most of our stay, so at one point they asked me whether I could pay the bill in cash! Many of the amenities listed were not in the room. We asked for a toaster, but it was never given, when we queried it, we were told that they didn’t have one.

Our room was far from ideal. The sunlight was insufficient, the internet was unstable, and it wasn’t comfortable enough to work in. There was no suitable desk or chairs. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and the fridge was too small and weak.

This was the most cleanest apartment and very specious. The location is the best if you like to stay in Nişantaşı. The cleaners deserve a pay rise! The cleanest and the best location

Traveling alone as a woman in some countries can be challenging. At first, I hesitated about booking this place, but it turned out to be very comfortable and safe.

- William (8/5): Good as displayed but lack of amenity - Straight forward and easy process, quite spacious. Lack of facilities such as small lift, no washing equipment for dishes, no automatic towel/ amenity top ups. Had to go and ask. But they provided this speedily so not the worst. Also tv was in arabic and hard to navigate, no bluetooth etc.

AC good and functioning. It was not clean. The unit was dusty with shoe footprints, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and cabinets. They cleaned the unit twice during our stay but except for the changed towels (some bed liners were randomly changed too) we didn’t see any difference and there were no mops or vacuum cleaners there for us to at least clean it properly ourselves. Black mold in the bathroom showing it’s obviously not been cleaned properly for a long time. I spent a lot of time cleaning the microwave. I checked three different units during my stay each had a couple of broken or damaged stuff, not a big deal but annoying, for example the broken holder for handheld shower head, window not closing tightly, etc.

- Annа (7/5): Normally - Very friendly staff. 24 hours ready to solve any of your problem. The apartments have new furniture. Very very clean. Excellent location. Supermarket and gym within 2 minutes walk. As well as the famous shopping area. From the metro 5-7 minutes on foot. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. Because of this, the smell of dampness and moisture. Very old towels and bed linen. At 5am the cleaners stuff start cleaning the rooms very loudly! There is no sugar, salt, tea or coffee in the kitchen, even the minimum set.

- Maria (9/5): Great value for price in Nisantasi, an upscale neighbourhood in Istanbul - The property was very clean, and had everything one needed for a short stay in Istanbul. I personally really like the area, called Nisantasi, within walking distance there were nice cafes, supermarket, mall, park, restaurants, tekel shop and more. The bed is a bit hard and the lighting in the bedroom is more or less dimmed, but it was not a big issue as I spent most of my time in the huge living room area.

Near to markets The main issues are the location which is difficult for residents picking up and dropping as it is located on a steep road. It is also mentioned in Booking that the apartment is equipped with many things but when arrived we surprised that a number of listed stuff is not available, so we have to ask the reception for every missed thing like microwave, toaster and safety box. We were complaining of leaking of kitchen sink and dishwasher which was solved by putting towels until the new one arrives.
