- Amy (5/5): Passable - The property was lovely and clean, good location in Mornington Peninsula. Owner of property very responsive and helpful. I had booked the property for myself and my parents, specifically as it is advertised twice on the booking.com advert as having 2 bedrooms. However, this is not the case and both beds are in one bedroom not like shown in the photos - double bed with a single bed right beside it. A third party company is used which sends multiple messages, and a message informing that this is only one bedroom was lost within this. Despite telling the third party company that the property is falsely advertised on booking.com, this has not been changed or updated. Would not advise to stay if more than 2 people.
- Gail (7/5): Good - Reasonable size, had everything you would need. Not very close to amenities. Studio felt a bit clutteed.
- Renee (10/5): Absolutely perfect - Lovely place to stay. Clean, very comfortable beds, and a fantastic location. The room was fully equipped with games, DVD'S and the kids loved the beautiful garden. .
- Ignatius (9/5): Decent location, nice, clean and comfortable - Good location (quite central even though it’s a bit out of the main town area/centre), clean, well equipped, comfortable, and nice garden with toys/board games/activities for the kids as a plus Not much to dislike, maybe just the fact that it’s beside one of the main road so it can get a bit noisy (but not so much considering)

- Elspeth (7/5): Quiet space, suitable for a small family on a short visit - Clean, off street parking, good location (15 min walk to back beaches which are a bit wilder, 5 min drive to Rye pier and Blairgowrie Pier). Bathroom and kitchenette look recently renovated. Quiet For beach holidays, access to a washing line for towels and wetsuits would be useful, as would an outdoor tap for sandy feet. Only one small window has a fly screen, there is an air conditioner but I prefer fresh air. The decor and furniture are a bit dated. The driveway needs pruning of bushes so you can safely exit. The bookings are handled through a third party company- you have to provide license and credit card to a website, they then send 5 emails containing generic info (bring linen & empty bins if you have to) which then means you have to email back to get specific information. To save future bookers the hassle, YES this property has linen, bin night is Sunday or Monday. It’s only once you get into the property that you get the name and phone number of the actual host/owner. This studio is a separate dwelling on a larger block that includes a residential house and a garage and garden. The kitchenette includes a portable cooktop and two small fridges. The freezer did not work.
