• Constance (8/5): - Easy access and good communication with the host. Very quiet neighbourhood and comfortable, clean beds. Very nice large space! Lots of room in the living area and large bedrooms.

• Nicole (7/5): Adequate but needs some care. - Great bathroom, comfy beds, spacious. The kitchen wasn’t very clean and was lacking basic supplies. We cooked while we were there and had a hard time with such limited kitchen supplies. A set of knives is needed, a can opener, salt snd pepper.

• Sean (8/5): Great stay overall. - It was really close to our venue. The home was spacious and welcoming. It was comfortable and did its job. The owner had messaged me with a new code to enter but i didn't see it. He was very understanding and walked me through finding the new code. It could've been cleaner. The shower needed some attention and there was grease stains on the cupboards around the stove. Also, the way the archway is built around and over the driveway makes it difficult to squeeze by the vehicle and you cannot use your rear passenger doors, Its very constraint. Make sure to unload any passengers or gear from the rear seats before parking. Make sure to reverse park. Not the owners fault, the builder didn't think that one through.

• Mark (1/5): Never again - Didnt like anything about this place bad smells , loud noises at all hours, black mold in the bathroom shower, not swept or vacuumed. I was so disgusted i went out to buy bedding and also covered the couch . I used my on towels for showering and bought a face cloth aswell. They dont even have paper towel in the kitchen. top of the fridge is disgusting and hasnt been cleaned in years. Host lives there and was banging plates and having kids royal rumbles at every hour midnight 5 am all hours. This place is a last resort DO NOT BOOK IT !!! HORRIBLE !!! NOT CLEAN AT ALL !!!! BAD SMELLS IN THE HOUSE AND THEY MAKE NOISE ALL NIGHT AND MORNING !!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

• Kimberly (7/5): - The beds were comfy, place was clean There could be a few warmer sheets, or at least an extra blanket or two as we had no access to heat and it was a bit chilly. Or we couldn't find the heat.

For future stays, it might be helpful to add tissue boxes to the dining area and bedrooms. This is just a small amenity that would enhance the convenience for guests.

We ended up getting locked at after midnight and had to wake the host but he was super nice and apologized about the situation Ad states u get access to private garden but backyard we blocked off and didn't feel comfortable going back there

In the dark it looked less welcoming as it did in the daylight. I'm not sure if it was clear from the description that it is a basement suite in a suburban house.

Zimmer erhalten hätten Großer Küchenbereich Wir bekamen trotz Buchung kein 2. Schlafzimmer Kontaktaufnahme mit Vermieter war trotz mehrmaligem Versuch nicht möglich, auch nicht um die Klimaanlage abzuschalten Beide Söhne mussten somit am Boden schlafen, harter Fliesenboden bei laufender Klimaanlage - sehr kalt Nur ein Handtuch und ein Badetuch Vermieter Sparte sich einen Raum und die Handtücher, falls Absicht dann sehr schlimm … In der Nacht hätten wir dann den Code zum 2. Schlafzimmer erhalten .. mit Entschuldigung, die jedoch nichts nützt und diese Nacht zur schlimmsten aller Übernachtungen unseres Kanadaurlaubs mit vielen Nächtigungen in Hotels, Motels, Lodges und privaten führte, die sonst immer wie gebucht ausgezeichnet, freundlich und bemüht waren.Hier ein großes Kompliment an Kanada, das bewerte ich auch immer bei den anderen Nächtigungen. Nur bei diesem Anbieter: Vorsicht!

• Kelsey (8/5): Great price, great location and property. Comfortable and reliable. - Had everything we needed. Equipped kitchen and full bathroom, as well as two private rooms and parking. The shower was a bit dirty/moldy.
• Mellissa (7/5): Comfortable enough - Instructions to get in & communication before the rental were good. Unfortunately, there were many small instances of poor cleaning. There was long black hair in the shower drain, the back of the front door was very dirty with handprints, and the first cup I took from the cupboard had a piece of cereal stuck on the wall of the cup, along with coffee stains. I counted 4 flies and I saw more dead ones. I don't know how they entered the unit, because no windows were open. The place was clean enough to stay (not as bad as others I have walked away from) and no odours. It well equipped with everything I needed for an overnight stay.

• Roshan (3/5): Disappointed - Good location. We booked for two nights but checked-out after staying just one night. Two big concerns. 1- This property is a basement space and lots of noise from upstairs throughout the night like constant dragging/moving furniture, jumping and running around. We couldn't sleep at all. 2- There is no separate thermostat/climate control for the basement. It was freezing cold and only thing we could do is close the vent but it didn't really help. We paid for 2 nights but left right after one night and found a different place to stay. Not a good stay for family or anyone sensitive to noise.

• Debby (7/5): Very comfortable beds. Good location - The bed was very comfortable and pillows. No supplies - paper towel, coffee pods, cream, sugar, water. Shampoo and body wash has water added to the bottom. There was a used bar of soap. Dishes are dirty, stove and oven dirty.

• Bernard (7/5): It was okay but could have been better - Most things There was a washer and dryer but no detergent And they had body wash but no shampoo or conditioner It was supposed to be a 2bedroom but there was one the other two were locked And i had to log into my personal Netflix to watch something

Check in time is 5pm - way late than others Pillows - only 2 very flimsy ones were given even though there are 2 of us staying Bedroom where we were given access to has no lamp or even a night light TV was too slow to respond to remote control, we gave up on using it Its a basement apartment - this must be listed clearly on the listing so guests can expect footsteps noise and chairs being dragged across the floors even late at night. Guests can also smell the food that is being cooked in the main floor.

• Cassey (1/5): Do not stay here! - Seemed as though was not cleaned prior to us arriving there was a used bar of soap in the bathroom, toothpaste and water sprayed all over the mirror, hair in the bathroom/toliet seat, moldy smell coming from washer/dryer area, asked for wifi password which was advertised as being Included and host ignored my messages! Also sounded like the host was moving furniture as we tried to sleep ultimately we ended up leaving and didn't even spend the night!

• Anton (1/5): Bad - Nothing The owner provides only the 1room and the other room locked he is charging extra25$its full scam I booked for 2 Days but I left within 1day.very disappointed
• Raghavendra (2/5): Avoid at all costs! - Nothing really. Don't know where to start! I messaged the host the night before of our stay that we will be checking in around midnight so to have clear instructions so we dont disturb neighbours as well as not to have any issues during checking in. He sent us the code but when we went, the door code didn't work. Thankfully the owner was awake when I called and he gave me the new code. It didn't stop there! The second room was locked and the owner himself was shocked it was locked. Took about 20 mins to sort that out (remember this is around 12:30am). So he didn't even ensure everything was alright for the next guests. I put the clothes to wash and slept off. In the morning I transferred the clothes to dryer and here comes the message from the owner saying the machine was running all night so not to use anymore. I dont know when the washer stopped but if it was running all night then he should get that checked as well. We also saw spiders in the living area and in bathroom, it was terrible stay. oh wait ..... there's more! When checking out the door locked automatically when it was open so was unable to close. I used the door code from previous night (that early morning) but it didn't work so I had to message the owner to get that sorted and have the door closed. It was a nightmare, one of the worst accommodation we stayed in the last 15+ years.
• Lynn (1/5): We never stayed. We had to leave. Place too dirty. - We did not stay at the property as it was to not clean at all. Fridge was dirty (left over food from previous) rag for the dishes was never washed, inside the kitchen cabinets was full of crumbs and oily. Shower was not clean. The host Firmin Achille offered a full credit if we decide not to stay. We took that option as it was too dirty. We had to look for a place last minute. one hour after we left if mentioned not to forget to cancel in 30 minutes or you wont get the refund. That was never mentioned when we left his property. His intention was not to credit us at all. I would strongly not recommend this place. I have pictures to prove how dirty it was.

The host was incredibly responsive and even accommodated my request for an early check-in, which was much appreciated as I needed to rest before heading out. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and stores conveniently close by. • Sydney (7/5): Would stay again as it was good value for money, but would expect owner to properly supply kitchen. - The apartment was very clean and it met our needs well as we slept in 2 rooms so as not to wake each other. The parking is right on driveway, always accessible. We made use on the washing machines which was great as we had not be able to get everything done in our previous location. Beds and mattresses very comfortable and had great sleep except for no noise insulation to dampen people living above, who may have had shiftwork coming home at 2 am one night and cooking and walking around, kept my wife awake in room next to kitchen, I was in the double bedroom and also heard the commotion, but still was able to get sleep. The kitchen was poorly furnished. There were only a few beat up old frying pans with the teflon all damaged which are not safe for cooking an on proper spatula. We bought a small ceramic frying pan and a small pot because there was no pot to cook vegetables or potatoes. Fridge and stove are great and newer. We also bought a sharp knife for cutting cheese and vegetables as there was 2 cheap steak knives, one of which was broken. There was only one bowl to eat from and 3 small plates one of which was chipped and a few large plates. There was a small handful of knives forks and spoons but not enough if there were more than 2 people staying there. There was no extra blankets for any of the beds. There was a non washable floor mat in bathroom that was dirty, so we bought our own bath mat. Towels and washcloths were great. Only was supplied with 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and no kleenex so we bought our own.
