Refunds are determined by cancelation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancelation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. Debbie (9/5): Fabulous location, beautiful surroundings and comfortable apartment. - Comfortable apartment, nicely furnished with mostly everything you could need for a relaxing stay. A few Maintenance issues. The master bedroom shower didn't have hot water. The 2nd bathroom sink taps only ran at a trickle and the waste disposal in the kitchen didn't work, the drain backed up into the sink when the dishwasher ran. A kettle would be a useful addition to the kitchen equipment.

Monica (6/5): C103 Minimalist modern design - Parking spot is nice and close to unit. The unit was initially clean looking but the floors were dirty, making the shoes of our feet dirty that you needed to wash them before bed each night. Armed security guards were a surprise. They said the area can be dangerous. We felt very safe. Nice to see birds and the iguanas around the property. This unit is not in the buildings with the pools. That was not mentioned in the description of the unit. It is not a far walk to the pools 5 minutes. Most full time or longterm rents use golf carts to get around. Adding a map of the property and shuttle schedule would be helpful. There was no hot water, and it was never fixed during our stay. The air conditioner broke but was speedy fixed. Kevin did a great job getting it fixed asap. Hot water was never fixed during our stay. There should be coffee & tea, some basic condiments like garlic or chili powder available. We were charged $20 plus taxes USD to get in 2 hours early, when you could enter for free 1 hour early. We were told there would be somewhere to drop luggage if we came early. On-site staff Kevin was great and very helpful with restaurant suggestions and supplied us with a map and schedule. If we had not met him, we would have been in the dark for lots of these issues. The pass code to the pedestrian gates was wrong, and the security guard gave us the new one.
