As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a nonrefundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a nonrefundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Refunds are determined by cancelation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancelation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. mauro (10/5): Quiet One Bedroom Apartment - Condo is very clean. Big balcony right in front of the pool (but with privacy due to the beautiful palms). Bed very comfortable, bathroom very spacious. All necessary amenities are there. I wish I had more days to spend here

Anonymous (5/5): Really good place, for 2 people no more than that. - Really good location at “Playas del Coco”, supermarkets and restaurants really close. Pacifico is a really good place to relax, have a good time and get a touch of nature too. Property was well equipped. Good and easy communication with property administrator. This place is not for 4 people as it says, there is no space to fit 4 persons. The sofa cama is really really small and uncomfortable, it can fit one person but 2 not at all. There is only 1 restroom, for a group trip is so difficult. No elevator, people with some disadvantage there is no access. General A/C, not individual and a limit of 23 C is place by the administrators.
