• Sjur En Ron (8/5): - De grootte van het appartement en de parkeerplek waren super fijn. Ook de smart tv was leuk en locatie ten op zichte van het centrum was prima te belopen. Wasmachine was voor ons ook handig gezien de lange reis. Alles was aanwezig. De afscheiding tussen de woon- en slaapkamer. Alle gordijnen hingen er slecht bij.

Die Ausstattung war schon sehr abgewohnt (Balkontür kaputt, Loch in Terassenwand) und der Boden war nicht richtig sauber. Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber nicht im besten Viertel der Stadt.

• Georgios (1/5): - Nichts Die Unterkunft antwortet auf die SMS nicht. Die Telefonnummer funktioniert nicht. Man kann mit der Unterkunft nicht kontaktieren… Außerdem es existiert die Kaution(200€). Wenn die Kaution nicht bezahlt wird, dann kann man dort nicht bleiben. Es it Wahnsinn!!! Hände weg von dieser Unterkunft!!!!

Найдут какой то предлог, так как, заселяешься ты сам, и по факту могут сказать что угодно. например: ты приехал, а унитаз не смывается, а при выселении тебе говорят это ты забил, или мусор не правильно поссортировал, или окно сломал и т.д. Оплату требовали не через Booking, а на отдельную карту.
• Rasmus (1/5): Finger Weg! - - Ich buche seit sehr vielen Jahren über Booking meine Reisen zum ersten mal wollte man, dass ich zusätzlich eine Kaution von 200€ hinterlege...nachdem ich meine Reservierung gemacht hatte! Das hat mich sehr stutzig gemacht, vor allem, nachdem ich mehrere Kundenkommentare gelesen habe und über den extrem schlechten Zustand des Appartements informiert wurde. Für mich hat das sehr unseriös gewirkt, am Ende muss man noch für irgendetwas aufkommen was man selber nicht verursacht hat. Bei mir haben auf jedenfalls die Alarmglocken geläutet und ich habe, obwohl ich es nicht stornieren konnte, eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Bei Booking habe ich auch angerufen und nachgefragt, doch leider spricht man ja inzwischen mit so einer furchtbar nervigen AI anstatt mit einem Menschen, dass man irgendwann frustriert auflegt Zudem hat der Gastgeber nicht auf meine Anrufe bzw. meine Fragen geantwortet sondern nur ständig wiederholend die zusätzliche Kaution verlangt. vielleicht muss man bald eine Alternative zu Booking suchen(??!!)

• Nemanja (10/5): Jeftina opcija sa besplatnim parkingom - Zaista odlična cena. Stan je lepo opremljen, u kuhinji ima apsolutno sve što može da zatreba, komunikacija je bila brza, ulazak lak. Besplatan parking u okviru smeštaja što je najveća pogodnost. Na 10 minuta hoda od centra, u blizini se nalaze 2 supermarketa.

• Olga (10/5): - Останавливались в этих апартаментах на одну ночь. Самые положительные впечатления! Бунгало нашли сразу, хозяин заранее дал инструкции, как заселиться - это оказалось очень просто. Паркинг очень удобный, прямо возле бунгало. На улице было холодно, а в бунгало очень тепло и уютно, что приятно удивило. Здание стоит отдельно, никаких соседней рядом, поэтому очень тихо. Центр в 10 минутах пешком. Нашли потрясающий китайский ресторан. Было неожиданно, что надо оплатить городской налог. При бронировании было написано, что в е налоги входит в стоимость. Но это мелочи ))

• Alexandru-Gabriel (8/5): Tranzit prin Graz - Ok, pentru tranzit. Parcare gratuită. Compartimentarea apartamentului nu lasă loc de intimitatea dacă nu calatoaresti cu familia apropiată. Comunicarea cu gazdele destul de deficitară, răspund greu la mesaje, se cere un avans, la care nu-i văd rostul, se deblochează după vreo 7 zile de la check-out………
• Lukáš (8/5): Celkom super ubytovanie za rozumnu cenu. - Ubytovanie ma super lokalitu cca. 15 minut peso do stareho centra mesta. Vyhodou je bezplatne parkovacie miesto vedla ubytovania. Tak isto je dobry samoobsluzny Check-in. Ubytovanie je celkom slusne vybavene. Ubytovanie odporucam skor na kratkodobejsie prenocovanie. Doska na zachode uz je opravena 😁. Nefunkcna roleta na balkone, niekto pretrhol lano. Nefungovalo tlacitko ,,OK” na dialkovom ovladaci od TV, co znemoznovalo spustenie YouTube a Netflix aplikacie. Z vnutornej strany dveri chybalo tlacitko na zamknutie zamku dveri, islo to trochu tazsie s prstami.

Без да има такива,сумата не е възстановена.Липсва каквато и да е комуникация със собственика.Случая в момента(19.11)се разглежда от банката и днес отново от сметката ни се вземат още 100 евро!!!ВНИМАВАЙТЕ И НЕ АНГАЖИРАЙТЕ ПРЕЗ ТОЗИ ТЪРГОВЕЦ!!!

• Sabine (6/5): Etwas enttäuschend - Lage des Bungalow war gut, ruhig obwohl an einer Straße. War alles vorhanden was man brauchte für einen Kurztrip. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider war es nicht so sauber. An der ein oder anderen Ecke bräuchte es eine Renovierung. Schade war auch das nur 4 Betten vorbeireitet waren obwohl der Gastgeber wusste das wir 5 Personen sind. Bad war leider auch nicht so sauber...Handtücher hatten Flecken und der Duschkopf gehört ausgetauscht. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht weil es laut Booking sehr gute Bewertungen hatte. Wir würden es nicht mehr buchen.

• Anna (7/5): - Apartament przestronny i całkiem jasny. Na wyposażeniu było co potrzeba. Zameldowanie samodzielne. Duży plus za miejsce postojowe w cenie. Jest to niski budynek przerobiony na mieszkanie. Spędziliśmy tam jedną noc i upału nie było. Ale nie jest to apartament na dłużej i przy upale. Okna przy samej ulicy. Generalnie jednak apartament ładnie urządzony i całkiem przyjemny. Czytałam w opiniach o zepsutej desce sedesowej chyba od dwóch lat i niestety nadal nikt jej nie wymienił co jest dla mnie nie do przyjęcia. Telewizor nie działał. W zmywarce były naczynia a w pralce mokra pościel. Nie ma możliwości zasłonienia okna balkonowego. W dniu rezerwacji dla personelu najważniejsze była kaucja w wysokości 100 euro. Po przyjeździe na stole karteczka o zapłacie podatku miejskiego w gotówce, mimo, że był już wliczony w cenę. Napisałam maila w tej sprawie i zero odpowiedzi. W mieszkaniu widać uszkodzenia, które powinny być naprawione na bieżąco.

They advertise laundry (washer and dryer) but left the dryer behind a locked door and full of previous laundry. Parking lot is extremely loud hosting car meet ups and the apartment does not have blackout curtains or AC so the car headlights shine in all night.
• Kovacs (10/5): the best accommodation in the train station area - An excellent location near Graz train station. It is an independent building, easily recognizable by its shape and color. Access inside is simple, following the instructions received in advance. The interior is large, bright, spacious, equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. In 2 words, like home!

• Keir (7/5): Good - Good parking, easy check-in, main bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer were a plus Apartment was very hot - stayed at 30 degrees C even when outside dropped to 22. Using the fan provided only dropped the temp to about 27 - the air conditioner part of the fan did not seem to be working as the water tanks stayed full. Toilet seat was broken off and tv did not work. Two extra beds were very small and uncomfortable. Dryer was full and running on arrival with an overflowing lint filter.

Did not receive check in details until well over check in time. When entered tumble dryer and washer were full and going, dishwasher was full and going. Blind missing in bedroom section and there was a sheer curtain on window overlooking bed so at night the people attending gym next door stood and stared into us. The toilet seat was broken right off.

• Amr (8/5): Very good - There was plenty of room for sleeping, all the facilities available, parking avay It was too hot and the toilet seat was broken, house as if it is part of the garage.
• Lea (8/5): Overnight stay for a group of friends - The location and concept of apartment were great. Everything was clean and ready even though we came a bit early. The only minus were extremely uncomfortable beds - the real bed, couch and futons were all pretty bad for sleeping.

• Stjepko (8/5): Pretty, very clean, well-located apartment with good free parking has a few non-operational issues. - Very pretty and clean, well-located, easy to find, ok parking. Didn't receive instructions to get key from lockbox on opposite side of building from door. Had to call. Now cant find phone to get lockbox number again to put back key. Toilet seat was loose and fell off. Two of 3 coffee pods fell through DeLinghi espresso machine into "abfall" without making espresso. Netflix had no guest setting and all users were set to Polish language.

• Nicole (6/5): Fine for 4 people who are staying 1 night. - We liked that the old city center was only about a 10 minute walk. We also liked that the wifi worked well. The instructions to get in and the self service was nice. For a one night stay it is fine for 4 people, not 6! I think the description should be changed. It had 2 chairs that fold out to a very small short hard bed that isn’t even nice for a child. We are not very big people so I can’t even imagine what taller people would do! Also not ideal in the summer. Too warm for my liking.
