This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Esmeralda (2/5): No apto para tele- trabajar - Alojamiento muy antiguo y además no es apto para las personas que vamos de trabajo ya que no cuenta con asientos que tengan respaldar para poder trabajar una jornada completa. Además no dan factura electrónica el día del check Out y al final le toca uno esperarse cuatro días para poderla recibir, no es apto para los que andamos trabajando para empresas. A ciento incómodos para trabajar, las almohadas no son confortables, falló demasiado la televisión por cable, y además los asientos no tienen respaldar para trabajar .
