• Andrea (9/5): Een heerlijk ontspannen, maar ook luxe verblijf voor de hele familie. - Het was een geweldig, mooi ingericht huis met een heerlijke tuin rondom. De ruime eetkamer, de biljartkamer en het heerlijke terras waren favoriet. De badruimte miste een deur, waardoor het minder besloten voelde en eigenlijk niemand er gebruik van heeft gemaakt.

• RL (10/5): Wij komen graag terug! - Een fantastische villa van alles voorzien met ruime, prachtig ingerichte kamers. We werden vriendelijk onthaald bij aankomst en ook de communicatie voor het verblijf verliep heel vlot. De accommodatie is vlakbij het centrum van Spa, op enkele meters wandelen zit je in het bruisende centrum of kan je gaan baden in de Thermen. Je zit in het centrum, dus je hebt wat geluid van een café in de buurt. Maar dat heeft onze pret zeker niet bederfd.

• Florian (10/5): Gatsby wäre hier glücklich! - Das Haus ist einfach großartig! Eine tolle alte Stadtvilla die perfekt renoviert und modernisiert wurde. Die Schlafzimmer (alle mit eigenem Bad in Top-Zustand) sind alle sehr sehr schön, man kann sich gar nicht entscheiden welches Zimmer man nimmt und auch der Salon, das Esszimmer und die Küche sind sehr stylisch und schön. Man ist wirklich erstmal überwältigt. Der Billardraum ist natürlich ein Highlight, geanu wie der Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Whirlpoolwanne und Dusche. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls super. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, wurde bei uns aber leider schnell grün... Die Küche ist sehr modern und mit guten Geräten ausgestattet, ein überbreiter Backofen, zwei Spülmaschinen, zwei Kühlschränke, wow! Zusätzlich steht ein Weber-Gasgrill bereit (Ersatz-Gasflasche war vorhanden, perfekt!). Das Haus liegt fußläufig nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum von Spa, trotzdem schaut man rundherum fast nur ins Grüne. Der Garten ist gut gepflegt. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.
• Walter (8/5): Hele fijne accommodatie en ligging - Groot, schoon. Van alle gemakken voorzien Er is onterecht geld van de borg ingehouden waarover we contact proberen te krijgen. Helaas reageert de verhuurster hier niet op. Tip voor nieuwe huurders: vraag bij uitchecken ter plekke je borg terug!
