• Karina (9/5): Una hermosa estadía en Roma - La ubicación del lugar muy buena, muy cerca del coliseo, a 8 o 10 minutos caminando. El propietario se puso en contacto unos días antes y me aclaró todas las dudas con respecto al departamento, nos dió ubicación, lugares para comer, en qué llegar, y hasta que tuviéramos cuidado con las pertenencias por los carteristas Un sólo día por la tarde no salía el agua caliente, por lo.que le envié mensaje al dueño y dijo que no estaba en Roma, por suerte cuando llegó el momento de bañarnos volvió el agua, así que no pasó a ser un tema de importancia

The location was within 10 minutes from the Termini train station and it was on a quiet street. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!

• Luca (10/5): A compact but cozy apartment, fully equipped with all the essentials. Located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the - Even though we only spoke over the phone, he/she was very kind and helpful, explaining everything needed before my arrival.
• Stevieann (10/5): - The property was well maintained, comfortable and clean. Thoughtful considerations were made for the number of guests staying and the host provided a wealth of valuable information prior to our arrival. The stand out part of this property though is the location. We absolutely loved the surrounding neighbourhood and all that it had to offer! There were lots of lovely cobbled streets, great little places to eat scattered all around and the colosseum is practically on your doorstep. From this property we also walked to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps, the Pantheon and to Vatican City and back with our children in tow.
• somaloma (8/5): Bien, es fiel a lo que se ve en las fotos - Estaba todo muy limpio y la ubicación está genial: el metro al lado, bares y restaurantes muy buenos alrededor. El propietario estuvo muy pendiente de que estuviéramos bien y fue muy atento, además de que era muy rápido y fácil hablar con él por Whatsapp. El apartamento es bastante antiguo pero es verdad que las fotos son fieles a cómo es, así que te haces una idea de lo que vas a encontrar. En definitiva para lo que buscábamos cumplió con lo que esperamos: céntrico y limpio. Éramos una familia de dos adultos y dos niños y nos quedamos 5 noches. No había espacio suficiente para colocar la ropa (el armario tenía 6 perchas pero la parte de abajo estaba ocupada con mantas y edredones). Muchos de los cajones tanto del armario como de la cómoda estaban ocupados con cosas. El sofá cama es muy incómodo y el colchón muy blando y fino y te clavas los hierros de abajo. En la cocina no había sitio para poner lo que fregabas. Personalmente, por el precio creo que deberían invertir algo en reformarlo y que haya más almacenaje.

• Alberigi (10/5): Se vuoi stare tranquillo prenota questo appartamento - Appartamento adatto a famiglie, molto disponibile e super preciso il titolare. Ottima posizione a 2 passi dalla metro e 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. 1 fermata di metro per arrivare davanti al Colosseo. Nella vicinanza ci sono ottimi locali per fare colazione, cenare pizza o piatti tipici e anche un Pub Irlandese. Davvero un ottimo soggiorno, ci torneremo senza esitazioni. Niente da segnalare

Lots of good options for Gelato and Paninis close by. I liked everything on our stay. Sofa bad could've been a bit more comfortable, but it was OK!

• sabahat (8/5): This is where you are looking for! - very central to everything. very cozy place. restaurants nearby. walking distance to the colosseum. staff is nice. i am very happy to stay here and absolutlly choose here again when i come to Rome.
• Dawn (8/5): Very good - Easy walking from train station. Close to metro stop. Variety of restaurants and shopping all within close distance. Two children sleeping in sofa bed did have multiple itchy bug bites upon waking one morning. No pests visibly seen on bed so possible mosquito in the room?
• Sinué (1/5): Bad - The property is be well situated in Monti, very close to the Coliseo area. The staff was nice. It looks way way worse than the pictures. The second “bed” was a sofa with a beaten up mattress that it’s a torture to sleep in. It really needs some new furniture and at least the walls painted. We feel like we overpaid a lot given the state of the accommodation. Also check in at 15.00 and check out at 10.00 is way too much
