Guest Reviews

- Rene' Van Zyl (9/5): Fantastic! In Center of Rome. - Right on the Piazza Campo di Fiore! Could walk everywhere. Bed really comfy. Small stuff - only one pillow per person - also maybe a bit old? Drains of shower and kitchen basin were really slow to drain but eventually drained.

- Carolina (3/5): - The bed was very comfortable The building door wouldn't open with the app; then, when we finally got in, we found a dirty, dusty apartment with a lot of dust and spider webs everywhere. The sheets and towels were clean, fortunately. The A/C didn't work the whole time. First, it was completely shut off but after the management sent a person to fix it, it was on but not heating anything and Rome is freezing right now. There were no extra blankets or other source of heating in the apartment as well. I have to say the management was very communicative, yet, it doesn't compensate the amount of discomfort from being in a dirty, malfunctioning place

- Angela (7/5): Beatufifull location, accommodation average, suspiicious hygiene,bad.equipment. - Exellent locatiom. Some devices in.appartment did not work( tv,- remote battery empty, air condition-when it finally turns on it spills wather)Induction.plate compliicated to.turn.on. No.coffe in appartment. Bath and shampoos inssufficient-one small package per person for five days. The towel smell unpleasant. Equipment inside the appartment.

Wszystko czego potrzeba jest w zasięgu kilku kroków a do najważniejszych atrakcji Rzymu też spokojnie można dojść pieszo (Watykan 20 minut, Koloseum, 25 minut, Panteon 7 minut, Piazza Navona 5 minut, Fontanna di'Trevi 12 minut, Zatybrze 15 minut).
- Gianluca (10/5): - La posizione centrale
- Charlene (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at this perfectly located apartment on the Piazza di Fiori. - You could not ask for a better location. It was within walking distance to literally everything. The bathroom was large and had great water pressure. The room was clean and the bed firm and comfortable. The virtual key was challenging and if you are not tech savvy you may have difficulty using it. The air conditioner dripped water that needed to be wiped up daily.
- Savienok (8/5): I'm unlikely to choose this option again. - I really liked the location - the very heart of Rome, all the sights within walking distance.
The apartment had everything you need, the refrigerator and air conditioner work perfectly.
Good soundproofing - despite the fact that there is a market under the windows from the very morning, and cafes and restaurants are open in the afternoon and evening, nothing in the apartment interfered with rest. To be honest, it was dirty. Dust on all surfaces. Frying pans and pots had to be washed before use - they stuck to your hands from grease. The hood does not work.
- Olivier (1/5): Absolutely awful. - Location is great. Filthy toilet. Sink clogged. No batteries in remote control. Air conditioning not working. Door locking system is in Chinese. No staff at location to help.
- Derek (8/5): Very good -
- Andrea (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing. The online check-in is not great.
- Johnathon (9/5): Superb -
- Carolyn (5/5): The location is perfect. With a little more attention the apartment could be a lot more appealing. - Location Kitchen facilities were very inadequate. There was no kettle to boil water. Staff were unhelpful regarding this.
The Vikey Virtual Access was a problem as we couldn’t get internet access. Eventually a staff member gave us a code to a lock box, and there were keys inside the flat. However, it is concerning that one needs a key to the internal gate to actually exit the property. This could be a potential fire hazard.
I stayed there for two weeks last year, and while there had been problems with the plumbing and the lighting these had been fixed reasonably quickly.
This time I asked for a second set of sheets and the staff member was extremely unhelpful.
- Maija (7/5): I would ckange the exit sustem. The appartment door looks like it will be stopping working any time soon. Also, after a - Location Old basic furniture. Front Door did not open from the link for 15 min trying…
- Iako (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in a very good location, the apartment has a very attentive owner
- Renee (10/5): Incredible stay, amazing location and lovely hosts. - The location is incredible, super convenient and super lively area! Property is located inside Campo de’ Fiori, the square is quite noisy until 2am with music. Absolutely not the fault of the property, but can impact your ability to sleep.
- Sahrud (9/5): Superb -
- Mirko (7/5): Good - Location and overall amenities
- Skybluecatworm (9/5): Lovely old apartment in an historical lively square in the centre of Rome. - The location, very convenient for attractions. Nightlife, market. Air-conditioning, comfortable bed,
Ambience. View of the busy square, but with the window shut very quiet. Felt like home. Lovely old building in the heart of Rome. Nothing really once we got used to the entry system!
- Onur (7/5): First of all its not a Hotel, its a small flat in a building. So you shouldn’t expect a hotel service or a hotel comfort - The location is phenomenal. Its a small italian style flat which we pretty liked. Also we had misunderstood the check in time which is 16:00 but the host helped us and was very friendly. Unfortunately the Bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. On the days we stayed, there was a construction work in the building i think. We had to listen the drill sounds in the morning which was not so nice. I think we were unlucky..
- Bojana (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect, everything is as in pictures! We really enjoyed, so nothing to add.
- William (8/5): Beware, music is loud until about 2am… which we actually enjoyed - Fantastic location to visit all of Rome’s key attractions. The air conditioning unit was in operable during our stay. The best the owners representative could offer following many text exchanges… is that “the unit is easy to operate. Turn the on off button on and off!
Insulting 🙃…. However, this was only a very minor inconvenience. The large window facing the square opened to an amazing view and sounds of Rome.
- Diana (9/5): Fun and funky. - Such a cool, funky apartment with charming original features (wooden beams in the living/bedroom area, the amazing window shutters). Were impressed with the modern special touches too, e.g. the fleur de lis stenciling to match the large golden sun mirror in the bathroom. Comfy bed, great shower, and nice compact galley kitchen, which we didn't use. 😊 Micaela was an absolute gem helping two old jetlagged people sorted out - patient, practical and good-humoured. She really made our stay. The market is on in the Piazza outside the building all day, and the restaurants and cafés until late - you need to be aware of that if you have any issues with happy noise.
- Natasha (9/5): Fantastic apartment and great value 😀 - By far the best thing about this apartment is the fantastic location. Step out of the door into Campo De Fiori with a bustling market in the daytime and plenty of restaurants and bars for the evening. The apartment itself was great, really comfortable bed and everything you need for a pleasant stay. I liked the security of the building too it made me feel very safe. Special mention to Michaela who helped us out when we were struggling to follow the instructions to unlock the door via the app. Once we had worked it out it we were able to use it with no problems. 🙂 We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome. Check-out at 10am is a bit early 🙃 It didn't bother us at all but the square is a bit noisy so the apartment might not be suitable for light sleepers.
- Māris (9/5): Superb - Location in the heart of the city. There were no normal kitchen utensils, including a knife. And most importantly, there was no wine glass.
- Ayaz (2/5): Very poor -
- Rosaria (10/5): Loved our stay very much, it was exactly what we hoped for. Loved the location - The location was fantastic, we were expecting a busy piazza and it didn’t disappoint. We loved both the market set up and the restaurants and nightlife. We got exactly what we wanted from our stay. We highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to visit all the landmarks, enjoy the action of the market and enjoy wonderful Italian food and gelati. The pillows were not comfortable and a tea towel in the kitchen and handsoap for the bathroom would have been appreciated.
- Camilla (8/5): Very good -
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Crystal (9/5): This place was perfect for a party of two. We were in a great location and the staff was very communicative. - The location! We were within good walking distance from everything. The closet had cleaning products that smelled like mildew, but we made sure to keep the door closed at all times.
- K (9/5): Superb -
- Alekséi (5/5): Passable - Our stay at the apartments in Rome's Campo di Fiori neighborhood had some positive aspects that made our trip enjoyable. The prime highlight was undoubtedly the fantastic location. Situated in the heart of the historical center of Rome, it was incredibly convenient to explore the city's major attractions. Being close to all the iconic landmarks allowed us to make the most of our time and immerse ourselves in the rich history and culture of Rome. Additionally, the lively atmosphere of Campo di Fiori itself added a vibrant touch to our experience, making us feel right in the heart of the city's nightlife and local charm. However, despite the great location, our overall experience at the apartments had some significant drawbacks. One major issue was the air conditioning system, which proved to be excessively loud. During the hot summer nights, we faced a difficult choice. Either we had to endure the intense noise of the air conditioning by keeping the windows closed, or we had to suffer from the loud nightlife of the area by opening the windows for some fresh air. Both options resulted in restless nights, making it challenging to get proper rest during our stay.
Another disappointment was the cleanliness of the apartments, especially the bed sheets. Regrettably, the cleanliness standards fell far below even the bare minimum acceptable level. This lack of hygiene left us feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the overall experience. It was evident that the apartments could benefit from improved housekeeping and more attention to detail in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment.
To be fair, the apartments might be more suitable for younger travelers who don't mind the noise and prioritize being in the heart of the action over other factors like cleanliness and comfort. For those who are in their 20s, looking to enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Rome and spending minimal time in the accommodation, this might be a passable option. Similarly, if you find yourself desperately searching for accommodation in the center of Rome during the peak season, these apartments might suffice as a last resort.
- Barbara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ellie (9/5): Superb -
- Carolyn (9/5): Superb -
- Maddison (10/5): Cozy retreat in the heart of Rome! - Amazing location, whilst also being super cozy and clear! Wanted to stay forever!
- Aleyna (9/5): Lovely Rome Home - I like the location. House ic located close to the city center. We walked almost everywhere. Also every morning, there was a bazzar in front of the bulding, it was fun for us and there were many restaurants, they were not expensive. Room was really clean and comfortable. I didn't a fan of how to get in to the house. First of all the information about bulding's location was poorly. We had tried to find the bulding almost for 30-45 min. After that, I had internet connection but it didn't work well inside the bulding. Therefore I struggled to open the door in the app. And home was a little cold, even through we never closed the air conditioner.
- Panagiotis (10/5): great place to stay, highly recommended - my daughter stayed there and she loved it, location is perfect, room is cozy and met expectations
- Lina (9/5): really good place to stay in Rome - It was clean and locates in the heart of Rome, surrounded with all must see places. The host provided cosmetics and towels, also there is a kitchen, but we haven’t use it. It was noisy outside because this room has a window right on the piazza de fiori and in the evening there are many restaurants, but during the day it’s a market.
- Giuditta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Doris (5/5): Do not recommend it. - Historic buildings in historic centre of Rome It was not really clean, toilet paper was missing, no sope to cean hands, and the bed absolutely not comfortable. Youth hostels have better beds.
If you want to cook, first you have to buy cleaning items.
- Francesco (8/5): Very good -
- Elisabetta (9/5): Cozy and charming - The apartment was located in one of the most charming squares in Rome. It was lovely, cozy and perfectly furnished for our stay. All the information provided for the stay was accurate and the check in process was really easy. We loved everything
- Louise (7/5): Good -
- Thilo (9/5): Excellent place, would love to visit again - Location is fantastic; campo is very lively which we love; window shuts out the noise very effectively Kitchen could use some utensils like cutting knifes and larger coffee mugs.
(2/5): check for other hotel - nothing to
like the bed was very uncomfortable, poor property , very difficult to open the doors with the virtual key because sometimes there isn’t reception !!! no cooperation from
the house keeper that had struggled to direct us to her house .
- Marianne (1/5): I would not recommend a stay there. th online pictures do not reflect the look of the apart - nothing. our host would not meet us to show the apartment. you go through 4 doors to get in. you must have good internet on your phone to access the doors. the studio and bedding is very worn out. it’s above a restaurant in a busy square. very noisy. the building itself was dirty with pigeon poop all over. we had a 3 night stay but left after one night and got a hotel. ate the 2 nights. see above
- Przemysław (1/5): Bad -
