Guest Reviews
- Slawomir (10/5): We will be back - Very nice and clean small house
- Tautvydas (7/5): Good and bad - Very good location for traveling to Rome . Shops and food places near by too. Good private parking near the property. There was no cattle and sponge for clean up.
We have booked this property for 4 nights and we were arriving around 3-4am at night and the day before they told us ,that they won't be able to open the doors for us or leave us alternative way. In this case we end up getting different hotel for that night. They let us in on next day 2pm even when we already paid for that night. What was most disappointing they had remote system to open the 2 gates from the property and had a coded door opener to get into the flat.
- Deirdre (10/5): Exceptional - very convenient for metro station and Bus station Anagnina. Took the metro line into Rome city centre and also bus to places outside of Rome.
car park was very usefu liked everything
- Attila (8/5): Very good -
- Morteza.y (7/5): Good -
- Ana (8/5): Very good - No microwave, no shower gel or soap. We had to walk 20mins in the rain at 9pm to the closest supermarket to buy some. Also very uncomfortable with the keys as you need to open one door and 2 gates and then go back to leave the keys inside when you check out?! Very poorly organised. Also we had to pay city tax in cash and the man was happy not giving us change but wouldn't accept us leaving the correct money the following day.
- Vangelis76 (10/5): Good value for money. - The rooms were spacious and clean. There was plenty of room in the free parking that is provided with the apartment.
The apartment is located close to metro. The location is a bit far from the city center and the area close to the apartment has a small "camping" space and lots of trash bins that smell really bad. I was not sure whether it is very safe as an area at night.
- Valentina (8/5): Very good - Close to the metro, host was nice No soap to wash your hands or wash the dishes or any amenities like that but not a big problem
- Rihab (7/5): Good -
- Katarina (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment, with all essentials. Big plus is secure parking and closness to the metro. Furniture and equipment could be refreshed. And could be cleaner.
- Pedro (8/5): Good choice, would probably stay there again. Must improve communication. - We got a bit earlier and this was accommodated by the hosts. The property is a very short walk from the Line A (Orange) end station. Depending of where you want to go it make take between 30-40 minutes but it gives you direct access to central Rome and most of the important landmarks of the City. The flat is relatively new and well kept. It was clean. The bathroom was good and the shower nice. There is basic kitchen ware and cutlery for cooking simple meals. Communication after we checked in was very poor. In particular, two days before the departure I asked details about the return of keys and if they could help booking a taxi. The message was read but they ignored it and did not reply. Only the next day on the evening of departure I got a reply after messaging again. The area between the station and the property is odd. Although there are some nice houses it looks a bit dodgy and is very filthy with trash. That said, I have not seen or was subject to any uncomfortable situation. There is a minimarket near the station but I did not have the chance to use it. It was always closed by the time we got back from the city centre 1800-1900. It did look to be on the lower end of quality from the outside. So I would suggest to buy what you need before going home. The kitchen is very basic but then the property is very small. There was no complimentary tea, coffee or water.
- Javad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pogodina (9/5): Great apartment for visiting Rome! - Modern apartment on the outskirts of Rome, 5 minutes from the metro station Anagnina. Located in a closed condominium with its own parking. Comfortable, warm, stylish. The area is unattractive, but it is convenient to get to the center and attractions There was no microwave
- Ali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cross (9/5): Superb - We were pleased with the location from the motorway and public transport links for our road trip.
The communication from the host was superb despite the language barrier, very welcoming and helpful.
The accommodation was superb, extremely clean, spacious and catered for all our needs including a much needed washing machine.
Light airy and cool with a very modern sleek feel with security and modern technology. There was absolutely NOTHING to dislike about this property!!!
Personal improvements, a kettle, second bedroom and a pool - however we were fully aware this was not included!
💯 best stay!
- Chris (9/5): Superb - very close to the subway station the area around properties not very nice: pretty dirty around streets
