• Habib (9/5): Exceptional stay with a highly attentive host, thoughtful touches, and a beautifully comfortable, sp - Diego was incredibly supportive from the start, helping coordinate our airport transportation in advance, welcoming us at the door, assisting with our luggage, and ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in process. He also kindly accommodated a one-hour late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. In addition, he shared excellent neighborhood recommendations that truly enhanced our stay. The loft was beautiful, exceptionally comfortable, and well-equipped, including high-speed internet and Netflix. Diego’s thoughtful touches—such as providing refreshments and brownies—added a very welcoming feel, and everything we needed, from appliances to detergents, was readily available. The cleanliness of the loft was outstanding, reflecting great attention to detail.

The whole experience from walking through the front gate to getting the traditional “olden day” lift, to opening the door to a unique and spacious loft and the hospitality of Diego as our host was top quality and I would recommend this place to everyone. No negative reviews. Only a comment to help guests, if you’re taking a laptop to the loft, the plug point is under the staircase and not near the table.

Serdecznie polecam pobyt u Diego. Byłam tam z rodziną i wszyscy byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z naszego pobytu. Diego jest bardzo pomocną i gościnną osobą. Bez problemu mogliśmy zameldować się wcześniej, a na miejscu czekał na nas bardzo miły gest powitalny – wino i muffinki. Mieszkanie jest świetnie wyposażone – znajdziecie tam wszystko, co potrzebne do gotowania, a także żelazko, suszarkę do ubrań i wiele innych przydatnych rzeczy. Na miejscu była nawet bardzo dobrze zaopatrzona apteczka, która przydała nam się na odcisk po intensywnym zwiedzaniu. Zdecydowanie polecam! :)

Se agradece tener una cocina completamente equipada, dos baños y hasta lavadora y plancha. Muy útil. El anfitrión estupendo, nos estaba esperando, nos recibió y nos enseño el apartamento y nos ayudó a encontrar los trenes para nuestro siguiente destino. Muy buena ubicación. Al lado del Vaticano. El barrio muy bueno y tranquilo con supermercado y tiendas cerca y muy bien comunicado para visitar la ciudad. Wifi y Netflix. Algún enchufe no funcionaba. No tiene ventanas como tal al exterior pero sí varias Velux en el techo que lo hacen luminoso y permite la ventilación.

• Nikki (10/5): Made our first family visit to Rome a special one! We would love to return! - Great size for our family of 5 and loved the layout of the apartment. Spacious and plenty of room! Great to have Netflix and Alexa available. Beds were comfy and apartment was very clean. Loved the location with a really nice cafe next door. Diego met us at the apartment to show us around and also provided some welcoming treats which was really nice. We felt very relaxed and safe here during our stay. There was nothing we didn’t like.

• Cristina (9/5): We look forward to reserving Diego’s loft soon. - Loft 60 was the perfect place for our family of 4 vacations. Diego is an incredible host. He had water, prosecco and muffins upon our arrival. He went over how to turn in and off air conditioning and showed us the place. The loft’s location in Prati is within walking distance to the Vatican and metro station. The apartment is spacious enough with two beds, a small but excellent functional kitchen, there is washer machine and you can dry your clothes outside at the roof. Both beds are comfortable, two bathrooms one with shower and the upstairs bathroom with a bath tub. We did not try the sofa bed, but the sofa itself is very comfortable. The upstairs bedroom the ceiling is not as higher, so you need to watch your head, which was not a problem for our taller teens. The location has a lot of restaurants, coffees and sweets stores nearby. We had our first gelato at the Gutilla and it was the best gelato we ever had, unique flavor non artificial and reasonable price. It is definitely a place we would come back to stay. There was really nothing that we didn’t like it. The loft itself was perfect for our family. The elevator is small, which fit two adults only or one adult and two small children or teenagers. We had to split our party going up. However, that did not impact our stay.

Diego had welcoming treats waiting for us and showed us how to work everything in the apartment. He also helped us navigate the city and arrange a car to the airport. I cannot say enough good things about his hospitality and genuine care. Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The host was extremely helpful in setting up car service for us from and to the airport. The only downfall was i did not specify beforehand that we needed sofa bed made up as well. So there were no linens for that bed.

• Adam (9/5): Perfect Experience, amazing host. - Stylish, well equipped, toiletries and towels provided. The building was very cool with a antique novel lift. The location has a market across the road and a vast amount of choices for bars and restaurants. It is also within walking distance (for the semi fit) of the Vatican, pantheon and colloseum. We comfortably slept 6 adults for 2 nights in the open space, the host even supplied earplugs to drown out the snores. The host was superb and certainly the standout feature of the stay. We were delayed a few hrs but he was adaptable and gave us a good tour of the facilities with a smile and jolly greeting. He also arranged shuttle on the fly for our arrival and departure, on a public holiday in rome. I'm sure that, had we needed anything, he would have been available to help. The truth is everything in the apartment had been prepared excellently and we did not need for anything. Highly recommend this stay, and credit to the gleaming example of the host. Everything was great. Perhaps some bigger cups for us tea drinking brits.

• Vanessa (9/5): Very Good! - The Airconditioners are working very well which was a refuge from the heat. The condo set up is nice and cozy, perfect for our family of 6 ( 4adults and 2 teenagers). The appliances are all working. There’s an elevator. The water pressure is a bit slow but not bad, it saves water. The grocery store is literally just across the street. Excellent host! There is no air ventilation in the lower bathroom.

Great air con, beds comfortable and we had everything we needed for a family of 5. People have complained about the birds before but we didn’t think they were a big problem. Water pressure for hot water was not really existent. We didn’t say anything so maybe we didn’t have something turned on. Also a pump Noise under the main bed kept us awake one night.
• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - The host, Diego, was great. AC was nice a cold even though it was close to 100F outside. Felt so good after sight seeing all day. The apartment was comfortable for a family of 5.

• Andrew (10/5): Great place and great host in a perfect location! - Our host met us at the property to give us the keys and show us around the apartment. He was also kind enough to arrange transportation for us to the airport upon our checkout. The best part about this property was the location. It was within a short walking distance to Vatican City and several other sites. Plus, there are two Metro stations within close proximity to get to popular sites a bit further away. In addition, there were multiple restaurants, shops and a market all within steps of the property.
• Carlo (10/5): We had a great stay. It was raining when we arrived so we just stayed in the apartment and we had fun. Alexa the speaker - Everything!!! Diego the host (very friendly and nice) was there to welcome us at check in. The place was really nice, very spacious and clean. Beds were supper comfortable. We had everything we needed - kitchen stuff were complete with utensils, including laundry capsules for the washing machine. He made cupcakes as a welcome surprise plus a free bottle of wine. It was a really nice touch and we all enjoyed it! ACs were running well. This place is fantastic 10/10!! Will definitely book this the next time we visit Rome again. I don’t know about others who heard the seagulls or birds on the roof but we heard it only once and just like passing by and that was it and it did not bother us at all. Just the bathroom upstairs has a low roof — given since it’s a loft type. But no biggie for us. There is a bathroom downstairs which tall people can use.

• May (5/5): Great location- Confused with owners comments in previous review - Great location, Close to shops and restaurants. In all honesty, the Loft is a great sized apartment that sleeps 6 comfortably. The location is great and I would return if the owner had not accused us of being "too drunk to find the large pillows" and that we had left the place dirty. What we did not add in our previous comment was that prior to our arrival, the cleaning lady had asked us to wait 30 minutes past our check in time because the previous guests had left it in such a mess that she still needed time to clean. No problem. Taking that into consideration, we did tidy up as reasonably possible at 5:30 am when we had to leave for our flight. We did all the dishes, place the used towels in a corner and all trash went into the trash. We left one unopened package of Italian sausage in the refrigerator as we could not take that on our flight. Regardless, we did pay for cleaning, so this issue is null. In regards to the comment made about us being "so drunk, that we couldn't find the pillows"- We were not. However, we were very tired from the traveling and pulling our suitcases everywhere. And really, all you needed to say was that there were extra pillows. As for your presumptions based off the empty bottles you saw, I don't think your guests would appreciate you judging them. Guests staying at any business of hospitality should not feel afraid to throw things in the trash and be judged. And for your information, they were half empty and thrown out in your waste basket because we could not throw them out in our previous place due to the "select trash days" rule in southern Italy. We will give you the benefit of the doubt that you've mistaken us up with the previous guests.
