• MORALES BALADA (5/5): - Situació. Llit cómode Les fotos pareix una cosa que en la realitat no ho es. El wc i la dutxa està tot junt, a part que, no hi estava del tot net.
• Helga (5/5): - Ein absoluter Pluspunkt der Wohnung ist die zentrale Lage. Von hier aus kann man sehr viel beziehungsweise alles gut zu Fuß machen. Die Wohnungstür ist nicht abschließbar. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr dürftig eingerichtet. für Besucher, die die Unterkunft tatsächlich als Ferienwohnung nutzen wollen und dort auch Mahlzeiten zubereiten wollen, würde ich sagen sie ist schlecht eingerichtet. Die Anordnung von Nasszelle und Waschbecken ist schon außergewöhnlich und das nicht wirklich positiv gemeint. Leider war auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr zäh da sind wir anderes gewöhnt. Wenn schon eine Mobilfunknummer angegeben wird, um WhatsApp zu nutzen, sollte das auch in kurzen Zeitintervallen möglich sein.

• Sofia (8/5): - Estuvo todo bien. Es tal cual las fotos. El baño demasiado pequeño pero no estaba más. Por el precio y la ubicación, está perfecto.
• Germán (6/5): - Lo mejor de todo era la ubicación, super céntrico pero sin bullicio. El lugar no estaba limpio, había restos de caca en la tapa del wc por ejemplo. La cama era muy incomoda. Hacia frio y el AC era insuficiente. Tuvimos que poner dos edredones nórdicos y una manta para poder dormir sin contracturarnos. Wc y ducha estaban en un espacio minúsculo, cuando te duchabas era inevitable mojar el wc y el papel y cuando ibas al wc el suelo estaba mojado. Parece rustico y acogedor en las fotos, pero cuando vas, te das cuenta que unicamente es viejo y descuidado. La contraventana no cerraba y entraba luz por la noche.
• Fazli_Shermatov (2/5): Do not ruin your experience in Rome! - Location is central The place is run akin to a scam. They were cleaning the house 2h after the supposed check-in times. Although, from the other reviews, they refuse or penalise check-ins outside their hours - double standards. We were asked for additional payments to use the sofa bed, which wasn't even communicated to booking.com. We tired, with the customer support, to reach out and clearify the situation unsuccessfully. The house itself is - as described by other reviews, a hall turned into a living space. Quite uncomfortably so. Booking a different place is definitely recommended.

• Gosia (7/5): - The apartment is very well located, in a great area with plenty of shops and restaurants, and within easy reach of the sights. The interior is a bit cramped, but it's clean and tidy. The biggest drawback is the very small bathroom, which needs renovation. If you're planning a stay in Rome for sightseeing and will only be sleeping in the room, this place is fine.

• Carla Ferrero (7/5): - La ubicación. El loft es bonito. Para el check in cobraron extra por ser fuera de horario. No encontraba el lugar ya que por fuera no hay ni un cartel y la persona nos esperaba dentro del depto en una edificio de varias plantas Me llevo media hora ubicarlo. Eso me molesto.

El anfitrión es bastante desagradable, respondía mal a las consultas. Lo peor es que la puerta del departamento no se puede cerrar, no tiene llave, eso nos pareció muy inseguro.

• Karolina (6/5): - The accommodation was clean, there was everything you needed, such as towels, hairdryer, cooking utensils, etc. It was in a perfect location, a short walk from the bus stop that will take you to all the sights. However, all were within walking distance. Right at the entrance you have a cafe with excellent coffee and an ice cream parlor with excellent Italian ice cream. The owner was helpful and responded to all our questions almost immediately. The lady who gave us the keys advised us where to go for a good meal and how to get to the sights we had chosen. She was very pleasant. I would definitely use it again on my next visit to Rome. There was a very loud refrigerator, so it took us a while to fall asleep.

• Astrid (6/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen um Rom fußläufig zu erkunden. Alle bekannten Attraktionen sind nah. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Das Apartment verfügt über eine einfache Ausstattung anders als auf den Bildern im Internet. Wichtig für die Anreise: bei Anreise nach 20 Uhr wird eine Gebühr fällig.

• Naylor (5/5): Below average - It was a good location and the host was helpful on info around Rome. The bed was fairly comfortable. The shower and toilet are in the same little cupboard of an area so when you shower it floods where you want to go to the toilet. The kitchen had no utensils but a stove, so if you want to cook buy something or stir with your fingers. A fly’s wings work better than that “aircon” ever did.

• Tajbeed (1/5): Great location but non-existent facilities - The location. And I guess the host who tried to be friendly and provided us some local recommendations. Property facilities were almost non-existent (A make-up AC, no shampoo, sink water that merely drips, sometimes smells like sewage….and I could go on). We have communicated our arrival time to the property repeatedly, yet when we arrived at 4:30 PM, we were asked to leave the property for 30 minutes upon check in so that they can clean the floor. This was utterly unprofessional since the check in time starts at 2 PM and they knew we were coming at 4:30 PM, what were you doing before?! The washroom was the poorest+smallest one I have ever seen, if I were a little bigger, I doubt I could get in! The shower is facing the loo, and there is no separation in between! To make things worse, the lightbulb in the hall went dark within an hour of checking in but I guess that was just an unfortunate incident.
• Shauna (2/5): Uncomfortable. Served it’s purpose for sleeping and showering only - The location is great We had travelled to run the half marathon in Rome. When we arrived by plan there were so many things out of our control that caused us to be late. The fear of being late and incurring a fee for late check in on top of reading a previous review that said the owner never showed and cancelled the booking leaving people with nowhere to go really soured my experience before we even arrived. We luckily had friends also staying close by so they picked up our keys after a €30 late check in fee. As we were running the half we wanted to have toast and coffee the morning of at the apartment, there were no utensils at all. Not even a spoon. Cups and plates but no utensils. Even the kettle was a little suspect, so no coffee or tea either. Just ridiculous. So we couldn’t have breakfast or anything really in the apartment. The walls are dirty, and the furniture is old and dusty. You would get more for your money at a hostel. The owner could put very little money into this place to make it a much better experience for his guests.
• Samantha (2/5): Awful, avoid! - The location, and the lovely gentleman Jesse who let us in Had to message the host on a couple of occasions to get a response but in the end I did hear back. My flight was delayed so missed the 18:00 deadline to check in, host was rude and reminded me I needed to pay 20 Euros for a 'late' check in at 19:00. The accommodation was awful, one of the worst places I've stayed. So annoyed I paid a lot of money for this s**thole!

Unreliable air - Good location, within walking distance of most of the sights. Dirty, toilet was in the shower, room was hotter than it was outside and the Aircon was horrible and leaked all over the floor - including on my phone.

• Kathleen (8/5): Awful check-in, but great budget place. - The apartment was small but had everything we could need, an impressive achievement. Very clean, comfortable, and an excellent location. The check in process was awful. I was messaged a day or two before arrival asking what time we expected to check in, I gave an hour timeframe, between 2-3pm. We arrived shortly after three, struggled to find the building (it’s not marked), and when I rang the number provided I was informed he would check is a certain person around to let us in. We were tight for time as we had a tour booked at the Vatican museums for 3:45pm. I still didn’t know what building I was meant to be at so we wondered around for 10 minutes trying to find it. Eventually someone comes out and asks if I’m so-and-so, and I say yes, and we get brought up to the apartment. When we’re up there we make it clear we have a commitment at 3:45pm. The man long windedly tells us we have to pay a city tax and I’m like yes that’s fine, here’s my card. And he says cash only, I say I don’t have cash what about Revolut, or can we pay it later we’re late for a tour, he says no, that I have to pay it now and that there’s an atm downstairs. I literally run to and from the atm, and when I get back he tells me he doesn’t have change and that I need to go downstairs to a shop and get change. I’m the type of person who avoids confrontation but at this point I did say, “you knew I was going to an ATM, everyone knows ATMs give 20s and 50s, why didn’t you tell me you needed exact change?”. So we all go downstairs to a shop I break the note and give him exact change, we rush on electric scooters to Vatican City, don’t make it in time, and are out €75. Yes we were cutting it close anyway, but having disclosed we were running late for a tour and still making me jump through all those hoops was bad form. The room also wasn’t ready yet, which was fine because we were going out, but why message and ask when we’re arriving if you’re not going to have it ready by then? Also, if you can message me to ask that question you can message me to let me know I need to bring exact change for the city charge

• Karol (10/5): Best for weekend CityBreak in Rome - Great localisation in the atmospheric tenement house. Very friendly host. I got everything I needed. The shower was small, but it was no problem for me. However, the drain sometimes gets clogged
• Carolina (4/5): Great Location, that’s it - The only thing in favor is the location, and the double bed is confortable. The Flat is extremely unprepared (especially for 3 people). Every cabinet you open to try to Store your stuff is full of stuff, being half worn candles, assorted papers and used maps, hardware tools… there is no place to Store your toiletries next to the sink. when you open the wardrobe expecting to at least Hang your jackets and Store your suitcase, there’s 5 hooks on the back of the wall. That’s it. There is no available Shelf to place your stuff so be prepared to keep everything in your suitcase and be super organized (once again, especially if there is 3 of you). Sofa bed is terribly unconfortable. The microwave was disguting full of old tomato stains. Luckily, being in Rome and being the food so amazing and affordable, the only thing we ate in the flat was grapes and bananas before we left for the day. If you try to wash your face, be careful because the sink is so badly thought out that you will have to throw water all over the floor to do it. And of course use the toilet before taking a shower, because you will have to step into a soaking wet floor to do it after. Last but not least, the amazing plumbing smell it flooded the apartment everytime you opened a sink, flushed the toilet or took a shower.
• Βασίλης (6/5): Pleasant - Very convenient location, pretty much everything in walking distance and if not there are many bus stops nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance but the host was there to help us. The bed was very comfortable, huge plus for me. The bathroom was not very comfortable and the fact that the toilet was inside the shower area and the washbasin was outside in the hallway is a bit weird, but since we needed the room only for sleep it was not that big of a deal.

The owner was really helpful and understanding. Had some problems with air conditioner, some things were broken and the bathroom is pretty small.
• Soledad (5/5): well located but I would not choose it again - The location was great and had a/c too hot, just one a/c for the whole property. They didn’t change the towels once and the bed sheets were not the cleanest. I had to drain the a/c bottle from time to time so it didn’t overflow…
