• Maria Fernanda (10/5): Excelente - Un apartamento muy acogedor, amplio, muy bien ubicado con tiendas, restaurantes cercanos, cafés y metro, al coliseo puedes ir caminando, atención del anfitrión excelente, nos recibió, nos dio recoemndaciones, nos dejaron muchos detalles especiales , café, condimentos, aceite, muchos utensilios de cocina, útiles de aseo, muchas toallas, dos baños, decoración antigua pero en muy buen estado. Super recomendado..
• Colallilo-Miguel (10/5): - Our stay here was very comfortable and convenient. There were enough rooms to accommodate five people with two bathrooms a kitchen and dining room. The elevator was very convenient for our luggage and my accessibility travel. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location was not too far from all the tourists attractions.
• Gerarda (10/5): A very pleasant and comfortable stay. - Plenty of space for my family. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies-one facing street, other facing garden, sitting room, kitchen. Great location-close to bus stops, metro, grocery stores, pharmacies, clothing stores, restaurants. Owner was very kind. Wish it was closer to city centre but it’s not the property’s fault.
• Demir (10/5): - It is near to the metro line. There are lots of shopping places around. The house is big. And householder is a really nice man, he explains everything in a very friendly manner. Bedrooms are big and has AC. The house is historical. Everything was perfect

• Sue (10/5): Excellent value! - An amazing place. The owner is wonderful! Beautiful antiques everywhere, beds are super comfortable, air-conditioning works very well in the two bedrooms. The third bedroom has just a fan. Would not hesitate to stay there again!
• Nerea (10/5): - This was a fantastic place! The location is great, on walking distance to the Colisseum and next to several metro stations. There is also a direct train to/from the airport. The area is fantastic, not busy like the city center but still lively, with restaurants and cafed around. The flat was big, very convenient to stay with family and close to several supermarkets. It is an old flat but that is part of the charm. It felt very cozy. The cleanliness was okay, it could be better on the details but overall, good and clean. Massimiliano was really helpful and accommodating. We will definitely recommend this place and would stay again, 100%!!

• Sarah (9/5): Quirky and characteristic apartment - Good location - we felt safe even at night. It's an easy walk to the metro. The property itself was like staying at your great-aunt's house...the decoration was charming. Max was very approachable and friendly. There are a couple of small but lovely balconies and the house was furnished with everything we might need. The keys could be a little tricky to use.
• Buttermann (8/5): - Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gute Lage, um mit ÖPNV ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Restaurants, kleiner Markt und einige Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist abends mit Lampen nur unzureichend beleuchtbar (wir waren drei ältere Damen und hätten mehr Licht benötigt). Die Badezimmer sind gut nutzbar, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Ebenso die Küchenausstattung. Die Türschlösser und das Eingangstor waren etwas schwierig zu bedienen, aber nach Aussage des Vermieters sei dieses Problem bekannt und würde behoben werden. Unklar blieb es, warum zum Schluss noch 150€ Endreinigung erhoben wurden (die waren zuvor bei booking.com nicht genannt worden). Wir haben bezahlt und nicht weiter bei booking.com nachgefragt.

• Alberto Calderon (5/5): Only good location to stay - Very good Location with street market on the corner and a supermarket steps ahead. Restaurants and food to go very near. Pharmacy at 200 meters. A lot of historical objets all over the apartament. Too many things to be carefull. The bathroom door do not close. One bathroom was ok, the other very, very small. Two good rooms and the third very small. Light was very litle in all rooms. Dark rooms. Wifi do not work in all the rooms.

• mats (6/5): Charmigt boende nära Metro, buss o Bra restauranger. Lugnt område. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd. - Området var absolut toppen, balkongen i minsta laget, men vi kunde sitta fyra personer om än trångt den femte fick sitta halvvägs in i köket. sängarna hårda men sköna. Bra kvalitet på lakan/handdukar. Det fanns ingen soffa utan bara nedsuttna fåtöljer. de flesta glödlamporna var urskruvade så det var ganska mörkt. I minsta rummet fanns ingen AC utan bara fläkt. det mesta var slitet men då behövde man inte vara rädd om sakerna..
• Jensen (9/5): Fantastisk ophold - ANBEFALES - Fantastisk lejlighed og den mest fantastiske vært. Værten Max tog i mod os, da vi ankom til stedet og udleverede nøgler til lejligheden. Herefter fik vi en intro til de forskellige faciliteter i lejligheden, en udarbejdet liste hvor vi kunne finde de nærmeste (gode) restauranter, indkøbsmuligheder og transportmuligheder. Virkelig en fantastisk vært og en super dejlig lejlighed med rigtig gode senge og plads til en større familie. Der er ovenikøbet 2 toiletter med bad. Vi hentede morgenbrød hos den nærmeste butik og sad hver morgen og fik vores morgenkaffe ude på den tilhørende balkon med udsigt ud til en fælles aflukket have. Gå ikke glip af denne utrolige smukke og velplacerede lejlighed, som ligger tæt på alt.

• Agnieszka (10/5): - The place is located very well, very close to metro, walking distance to Colosseum. Very beautiful yard with blooming trees and parrots. It is a kind you are visiting your grandmother in Roma:) - with all the furniture and style inside. The host is very nice and helpful. Very close to supermarket, rosticeria, gelateria, bistro and so on. We actually love the place, but - there is a little but;). I think if the place took a little renovation and a bit more of cleaning it would be exclusive, now it is just old. We didn't mind, it was a nice stay, but some of other guests might pay a bit more attention to the details and be a bit dissapointed.
• Zlatkes (9/5): Overall it was excellent!! - Location, space, kitchen and bath facilities (with a few specific exceptions), decor and ambiance all were super! The blender did not have a bottom seal causing everything to spill and need to be cleaned up. The smaller bathroom’s toilet was extremely temperamental and we thought it was broken several times.

• Miljan Janketic (10/5): - Stan je na prelijepoj i mirnoj lokaciji. Sve je blizu, apoteka, marketi, piceije, restorani. Koloseum je na nekih 15m hoda, a na tom putu ima dosta toga da se vidi. Domaćini su bili preljubazni, sve pohvale i za njih.

• Anna (4/5): disappointed ( extra charges on arrival and kitchen is dirty) - 30 min walk to coliseum -we were billed extra 100€ for a child, and were warned the last minute - we had no choice but pay - many glasses were with lipstick - frying pans were greasy and dirty , the same for the plates - kettle is working one out of 2 times - everything was super old - it was coldish, the heating works only in the evening and night, - it is very cold in the bathroom

• Arturas (10/5): Memorable stay - It is not a rental flat, it is a living place of the gone XX century in terms of arrangement of rooms, interior, furniture, books, little art here and there as if the residents just left. A real gem for anybody looking for to get at least a bit of sense of how was it to lead a daily life in 60 - 80 years ago. The flat was perfectly clean, all facilities working, the owners very friendly, flexible and helpful. I would love to spend a month or two in this flat not just a few nights. Probably the most interesting short stay property I ever stayed. Massimiliano, please keep the place without changes as long as you can, it is so special :) and thank you for your tip about Dar Bruttone restaurant, it was excellent! it is almost impossible to book a table the same day though, the place is always full house. The location of the flat is very strategic: a few tube stops from Termini and the centre.

• Renate (2/5): Die Wohnung war unerträglich! Rom auf jeden Fall eine dreiwöchige Reise wert. - gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, ein super guter Straßenmarkt um die Ecke, eine gepflegte Innenhofanlage und eine günstige Parkmöglichkeit in der unmittelbaren Nähe Die gesamte Wohnung bedarf der dringen und seit Jahren notwendigen Renovierung und Neuausstattung inklusive der Sanitär- und Klimaanlagen. Ein antiker Sessel vermittelt auf einem Foto reichlich italienischen Charme, wenn er aber in der Realität durchgesessen, schmutzig und zerlöchert ist, dann mit einem Tuch verhüllt vorgefunden wird, ist das unerträglich. Das trifft fast auf die ganze Wohnung zu. Diese ist mit vielen privaten Dingen vollgestopft und es bleibt in der großen Flache kaum Raum. Wir hatten uns auf die gezeigten Bilder verlassen und uns auf einen entspannten Urlaub in einer großen, antik eingerichteten Wohnung gefreut. In der Küche gab es kein! warmes Wasser. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter haben uns beim "Check in" mehrere Zettel mit Empfehlungen übergeben. Als wir alles gelesen hatten, fanden wir auf einem der Zettel die sogenannte Hausordnung. Dort stand dann auch der Satz, dass wir die Anmietung ohne warmes Wasser in der Küche akzeptieren. Das Quartier hat nicht im mindesten unseren berechtigten Erwartungen entsprochen.

• Kate (3/5): stedet fremstår ret slidt, og det kan være meget charmerende men det kom til at fremstå nusset. - det var charmerende at det var en gammel lejlighed med højt til loftet og den ligger centralt i forhold til seværdigheder 3 dårlige senge ud af 5. koldt og utæt kun 1 toiletrulle kun 1 opvasketabs meget lidt kaffe vi bad om flere lagner og tæpper, det fik vi ikke. gardinstang faldt af, da vi skulle rulle gardin væk. det kom til at lyde som om vi havde ødelagt det med vilje.

• Andre (10/5): - A localização é excelente, tem tudo com fácil acesso proximo ao apartamento. O apartamento é muito aconchegante, temperatura ótima, quartos amplos e camas muito gostosas. A vantagem é ter dois banheiros, o que facilita muito com a familia. A cozinha é ótima, a sala de jantar é excelente. O predio tem elevador o que facilita muito o acesso ainda mais com idosos. A arrumação do apartamento, os enfeites de Natal, o wi-fi, as indicações de locais do anfitrião, são todos pontos positivos e o que nos deixa muito felizes com a acomodação. Não temos nada do que reclamar. Voltaremos com certeza. Indico a todos.
• Sylvia (8/5): Top Aufenthalt, gerne wieder! - Die Lage und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis (wir waren 5 Erwachsene) war top! Die Metro ist nicht weit und der Bus fährt quasi vor der Haustür. Über die Straße ist eine wirklich tolle Trattoria. Aber auch die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Allerdings ist der Vermieter Massimiliano der wahre Schatz dieses Appartements! Vielen Dank nochmal für Alles! Das Appartement könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle (z.B. im Bad) eine renovierende Hand gebrauchen.
