• Anna (10/5): A wonderful stay at a great place! - The apartment is centrally located, within a short walking distance from the Coliseum, the Pantheon, and other major attractions. The place is spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the water heater runs on gas, so there is constantly hot water. The host Eleonora is incredible - warm, friendly, and helpful. I will gladly return to the apartment, given the chance to visit Rome again. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

• Claire (9/5): Beautiful, quiet, unique apartment wonderfully located - Beautiful, unique property fabulously located with plenty of space. Communication with Ele was great and I’m hoping to return next year as well. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of extra bedding (I like to sleep cold with lots of blankets - easily accomplished). Good shower water pressure, comfortable and easily controlled climate via either mini split or furnace boiler. Loved the roof tiles, views from the living room, and location on the same block as the Tempio delle Ninfe! Exceptionally convenient location . A few more supplies would have been nice - additional toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and some basic kitchen staples. Everything was very comfortable but spare.

• Astrid (9/5): The place is incredibly well located. Elle was incredibly kind. When I arrived, the internet wasn't working, and it - The location in the middle of all the places of interest, very close, walking distance to everything The drains, both in the shower and the sink, were clogged.
• Mariq (10/5): Exceptional - The place was really beautiful and the location was just perfect- all important sights were in 10-15 minutes walk. The host was really friendly and we enjoyed our stay at the apparentment. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.
• Valentina (7/5): Great location - Excellent location and spacious family area. The bedroom was extremely small so we had to leave our luggage in the hallway. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water upon arrival. No soap or shower gel provided in the bathroom. It was raining the day we were leaving and there was the water leak near the sofa in the family room area. check-in was from 6pm onwards which was extremely inconvenient.

We could walk to so many lovely places, to eat, drink, the bar next door was amazing as were the staff, very easy to navigate from once you got to know your surroundings. Local nformation; local bars and restaurants, shops best way to get about, taxi numbers, from fellow guests would have been very helpful
• Behnam (10/5): We really enjoyed our time there and had no issues at all - The best location in Rome, close to everything you need to see, We just walked everywhere and didn’t have to get a bus or taxi Very clean and friendly people. Everything was excellent. Washing machine and even dishwasher were great. Supermarket just a few minutes away. Bus station is few hundred meters away
• Timo (8/5): Very good - Top location, clean appartement. Very close to restaurants and walking distance to famous sights. Kitchen equipment could have been more comprehensive.
• Kel (7/5): Nice place if all suggestions are taken and fixed. Need to fix the hot water! Needs attention to kitchen for function. - The location was fantastic. It was downtown and close to everything. It was very spacious with one bedroom and the bath upstairs and the pullout sofa downstairs in a large room with high ceilings. 1. Check-in was late at 6 o’clock. So we had to put our luggage in storage and we got it out and came for check in 6 o’clock. We got there and they told us they were not done cleaning the room and there was a problem with the boiler for the hot water heater and they needed more time. We could not get in the room until 6:30 but there was no hot water. They said they had to call someone to come back to Rome to fix it at 9:15. They did not fix it because we only had warm water for a few minutes when I was washing dishes but that’s probably because the kitchen was so hot. We did not get one warm shower our entire stay. 2. Kitchen. Overall it was clean. But the Glasses were dirty. There were no cooking condiments—only a drop of olive oil and salt. No sugar or anything else. It was in a dirty container. Refrigerator only had one small ice tray. Need more ice trays. 3. Need instructions for the washing machine. Which one is detergent, where to put it and settings to use. And there was only enough detergent for one wash. 3. There was no lighter or matches to light the stove so we were unable to cook so now we have to carry our refrigerated items to our next place. 4. Bathroom. Shower door really hard to close. You have to lift it to roll it over to close. There was no soap or shampoo. Just random leftovers from previous people. No washcloths. 5. Bedroom. Bed firm but ok and the sheets were clean. 6. Need more hooks for towels, etc.

• Sobolik (4/5): We wouldn’t stay here again. - The location was the best thing about the property. The beds were hard, the main bed was difficult to get around as there wasn’t much room to move, the hot water for the shower was unstable, the shower door was hard to close, the towels had a musty smell, there were no toiletries, the front door was difficult to secure, the Wi-Fi didn’t work and we called for assistance twice and we didn’t get helped which means the TV didn’t work either, hodgepodge linens for unmade sofa bed, apartment entry is between third and fourth floor elevator stops so stairs are involved.
• Marnie (6/5): Great locations, and very good host. Place is workable but needs some maintenance & not value $ - Location Great. Not really many items in the pantry like dishwasher tablets, coffee, tea, salt, pepper etc. The everyday items required for cooking to be stocked.
• Wai (9/5): Okay - Location. Functional kitchen. Great host ❤️. Quiet slept well. No doors so conversations and snoring travels about the apartment. No self checkin. Checkin after 1800hrs.
• Favorite (9/5): Walkable to many tourist sights. It was a nice place to live like a native… spacious and clean. - Having an entire apartment made us feel like native Romans. It was a pleasant and spacious place, and the owner was kind enough to let us leave bags on our final day as there was not a new tenant coming in right away. Arrival time was late in the day, although understandable due to rush hour traffic limitations. We found a good Irish pub, Scholar’s Lounge, nearby to pass the time until we could get in.

• Amy (9/5): Superb - Best thing about Parceval was the location! Just so central and a walk away from all the major sites. Eleonora was really nice too and always available for any help or problems.
• Barry (7/5): Great location, comfortable apartment, just very disappointed about the check in policy. - The location is amazing. Beware of the check in policy - you can only check in between 5pm-7pm. Outside this time will incur an extra charge of 45 euros to be paid in cash. We have not encountered anything like this anywhere else in Italy.
