• parrotta (10/5): - Gentilezza e disponibilità per l'accoglienza e le informazioni necessarie. Struttura accogliente e pulita, dotata dei giusti confort ed in zona comoda per raggiungere il centro città.
• Andreea Claudia (10/5): Excelent - Apartamentul foarte mare, doua bai imense, un balcon mare si inca unul mai mic. Totul a fost placut. Locatia cam la 7-8 minute de metrou. Supemarket cam la 5 minute distanta. Am găsit furnici la cosul de gunoi..
• Slavica (10/5): - Fukncionalan smeštaj sa dve odvojene sobe sa zasebnim kupatilima i dnevna soba sa trpezarijom daju komfor za boravak vise osoba. Brza i precizna komunikacija sa zakupodavcem. Autobuska stanica je odmah ispred zgrade a najbliza metro stanica Basilica S.Paolo je udaljena samo nekoliko minuta hoda od apartmana tako da je veza sa centrom grada odlična (4 metro stanice do Coleseuma).
• Beatriz Carrasco Ariza (10/5): Excelente apartamento y ubicación - El apartamento está genial. Tiene dos habitaciones con baños independientes y un salón con cocina. Aunque parezca que se encuentra a las afueras, cogimos metro y en tan solo 4 paradas estabas en el Coliseo (unos 10-15 minutos), eso hace que te puedas mover con mucha facilidad. Debajo del alojamiento hay cafetería, heladería, trattoria, etc. Excelente todo, apartamento y ubicación. Lo recomiendo 100%. El propietario te informa de todo y te resuelve cualquier duda. Si vuelvo a Roma, sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este apartamento. El check out es muy temprano, a las 10:00.

• Hana Libosvarová (10/5): - Dobrá lokalita, výborná komunikace s ubytovatelem. Byt byl čistý a vybavení plně odpovídalo našim potřebám. Postele byly pohodlné, koupelna ke každému pokoji potěšila.

• Filondra (10/5): Gentilezza e disponibilità indescrivibile - La proprietaria è stata di una gentilezza unica e indescrivibile ,nonostante i disguidi che le abbiamo provocato ,appartamento pulito accogliente e funzionale ,la terrò presente per il futuro ,sperando di non riportare da parte nostra di nuovo problemi, perché eravamo un gruppo di donne che ci siamo accomodate in occasione di un congresso internazionale tenutosi al Nuvola ...un grazie infinito da parte di tutte noi Mena,Rossella,Anna e Stefania ❤️ Nulla da esprimere

• Suzanne (10/5): Casa Vacanze Shivon is great. - The location is very good, you have all you need close by. The metro station S.Paolo is a 8 minute easy walk , it's line B Or you can take the bus 170 just downstairs it takes you to Termini metro station. At the apartment, you use the lift, you have 2 large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, lots of storage. Balconies and a patio. The beds are comfortable and it's a quiet place. There's a gas stove, oven, fridge microwave and coffee machine, all the dishes and utensils, pots and pans you need. Gelato store next door and a pharmacy and a very good Italian restaurant 3 stores to the left, Trattoria Dell'Omo family restaurant, not expensive and delicious. We highly recommend this rbnb.

• Poncza (10/5): Zdecydowanie polecam - Generalnie mieszkanie bardzo przestronne i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Do metra zaledwie 5 minut spacerkiem a do centrum tylko kilka stacji metrem. Bardzo duży taras na którym wieczorami jest bardzo miło posiedzieć. Ogromny plus za że w każdym pokoju jest osobna łazienka. Przemiły kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo duże i wygodne łóżka co sprawiało że bardzo dobrze spaliśmy. Zdecydowanie wrócę to tego mieszkania W jednym pokoju klimatyzacja trochę za głośno chodziła.

• Ula (10/5): - Mieszkanie nieopodal bazyliki św.Pawła za murami (zdecydowanie warto ją zobaczyć). Klimat "zwyczajnego życia" w mieście. Fantastyczna lodziarnia na dole, bar 24h, pizzeria i reaturacja na wieczorną kolację. Można korzystać zamiast stołować się w turystycznym centrum. Ceny tutaj są dużo niższe np. maritozzo kosztuje €2,5, espresso al bar €1,2, cornetto €1,3. Samo mieszkanie jest bardzo przestronne, wysokie, z dużymi sypialniami; wyposażone w klimatyzację; czyste, z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami. 6 przystanków metrem od Termini. Nie ma zmywarki. Odpływ w łazience mniejszej sypialni można by udrożnić. Ale to są drobiazgi w stosunku do całości. Poza tym same superlatywy 🙂
• Sonia (9/5): - Struttura accogliente, pulita, climatizzata; letti comodissimi e sistemati come da richiesta. Due bagni funzionali completi di tutto, asciugacapelli compresi. Unica pecca: la distanza dal centro ... è vero, però, che giusto sotto casa c'è la fermata di un autobus, il 170, che abbiamo battezzato "il nostro taxi", che ci portava direttamente a Termini e viceversa, anche se in ben 40/45 minuti! La prima fermata metro utile è San Paolo che però dista circa 15 minuti
• Mihaela (10/5): Exceptional - Very big apartment, clean, nice aria, with restaurants and shops near by. Metro and bus station at 5-9 minutes walk. Little far from the main attractions. You will need around 30 min with the bus or metro to be in the center. And we noticed that the buses have delays in schedule, especially after 8pm.
• Maksymilian (10/5): Had a great time. - Very good contact with the host. 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a few useful buses right next to the building’s gate. Make sure to check the trattoria next door, great food.
• Rui (7/5): Nice house to stay for a couple of days with nice balconies that can be used if weather is fine. - House had all the main utilities that are needed on a daily basis. walking distance to supermarket and subway stations. Too noisy due to Ambulances and emergency vehicles since it's close to Hospitals. There were some annoying bips all night every 30 minutes, probably a temperature probe or something similar. The checkout at 10AM. I would prefer if it was at 11AM for sure.
• Giorgos (10/5): Wonderful stay in Rome! - Very nice appartment close to the center of Rome with a bus station just outside of the building and a metro station 10 minutes of walking from the appartment. The host is friendly and communicative and the house was perfectly clean. He also allowed us to check in earlier and check out later than the supposed timelines. Would definetely recommend a stay.

• Adrian (10/5): Spacious, modern, clean apartment - Modern facilities, very clean. Location is good, a bit far from the center, but bus station is very close. The big terrace was a nice surprise. It would be nice to have some water and an espresso machine. On the bright side, there is a non-stop coffee shop in front of the building. Avoid at all costs the recommended restaurant by the entrance in the building, Trattoria dell’Omo: worst service and food we’ve had in all Italy.

• John (8/5): We had a wonderful time with our son and grandson and would recommend it to others - The location was perfect not so far from the city center, only 8 minutes walk to the Basilica San Paolo Metro station and 18 minutes taxi to the Acqua Parco Hydromania. The local people were very friendly and helpful. The spare bedroom AC was noisy and not effective to cool the room. We found it difficult to sleep the first day since it was very humid and there were some mosquitoes, probably because the apartment windows were open during cleaning before we arrived. In fact we would have preferred to have a spare set of sheets to replace them after our first 3 nights. There was some noise coming from the apartment above even during the night and early in the morning
