• Chiara (10/5): A due passi da tutto, un angolo di pace - Siamo stati tre giorni e due notti con il nostro bimbo di 11 mesi e siamo stati benissimo! Appartamento molto silenzioso, pulitissimo e molto confortevole: abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto di avere a disposizione due bagni, così come il trovare già disponibili in cucina olio, sale, caffè e merendine. Posizione top, a due passi dal Vaticano e dal centro cittadino, proprio sopra due supermercati. Con un po' di fortuna, si trova anche il parcheggio sotto casa (noi lo abbiamo trovato a pagamento a 8-9€ al giorno). Host molto gentile, disponibile e reattiva nelle risposte. Torneremo sicuramente!

• Grisha (10/5): Excellent stay with an exceptionally kind host, great location, and clean rooms. - Great location, very close to the Vatican Museums and nearby metro stations, which made getting around really easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was a kitchen with a coffee machine and coffee available, which was a nice touch. What I appreciated the most was the communication and kindness of our host, Valentina. She was always responsive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. She really made our stay much more comfortable. I’m very thankful for her support and truly wish all hosts were like her. I definitely recommend this place.

• Fabiola (8/5): Cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado - Apartamento cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Tenía todo lo necesario. El anfitrión respondía enseguida.
• Cozma (9/5): Estancia agradable y cercanía de puntos turísticos importantes. - Está a 5 minutos andando de los Museos de Vaticano. La Basílica de San Pedro a 10 minutos, el río cerca, y del centro a unos 45 minutos. La distancias se hacen cortas porque por el camino te entretienes viendo un montón de cosas. Hay un mercado de barrio a 5 minutos, con alimentos frescos y ricos. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas, la calefacción bien. Hay un leve olor en el apartamento por ser pisos muy antiguo, pero no es algo que te impida estar bien.

• Luis Miguel (10/5): Nos sentimos como en casa, muy acogedor - Desde antes de llegar el anfitrión estuvo en contacto con nosotros, al llegar nos dieron toda la información necesaria y en todo momento pudimos consultar cualquier duda, las habitaciones eran amplias y cómodas, todos los servicios conformes, realmente nos sentimos como en casa y sobretodo muy cerca a Ciudad del Vaticano, ya sabemos donde regresar

Contestaba al whatsapp inmediatamente, lo que nos dio mucha seguridad. Las camas limpias y confortables y toallas nuevas. La localización inmejorable, a cinco minutos a pie del Vaticano. Super recomendable. Volvería sin dudarlo. Las perchas para colgar la ropa estaban muy descuidadas y la cocina también, ya que había restos de comida de anteriores visitantes.

• Corné Henri (10/5): Een écht huis, met karakter en persoonlijkheid. - Een echt huis met alle comfort van thuis. Een huis dat ook normaal echt bewoond wordt, het is authentiek, echt. Met persoonlijkheid en karakter. Niet witte minimalistische ruimte met Ikea meubels, zoals je overal in commercieel uitgebate appartementen ziet. Ook de persoonlijke begroeting was zalig. Met een flesje wijn. Dat hoort er toch bij als je in Italië bent. Echt gastvrij en persoonlijk. Ook twee grote flessen mineraalwater in de koelkast. Het is erg rustig, schoon, en om de hoek van de Vaticaanse Musea. In de straat is een Carrefour supermarkt. Naast de entree van het gebouw is een restaurant Gli Archi, weliswaar met indiase personeel en dus een soort toeristentent, maar toch lekker en makkelijk. Dit is een voorbeeld voor hoe ík vind en grag zie dat appartmenten zouden moeten zijn. Ik kan niks bedenken. Er was een brandalarm dat niet goed werkte en zachtjes zoemde, dus heb ik de batterij eruit gehaald.

• Lucioni (10/5): Soggiorno con bambini - Location ed host assolutamente perfetti, in una perfetta posizione a due passi dal Vaticano. Area ricca di servizi di ogni genere, perfetto per famiglie. Personalmente sono stati disponibilissimi, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze familiari avendo 3 bambini di cui una che è stata poco bene per tutta la permanenza. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Assolutamente nulla da dichiarare

• Bartek (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment which is really close to the Vatican museum. It is very spacious and has all the equipment needed for the comfortable stay. It takes about 5 minutes of walk to reach the subway station and it takes 4 stops to be in the historical centre.
• Reda (10/5): Very happy with our staying there. Would definitely recommend it. - It was a very spacious apartment with a kitchenette, a coffee machine with some coffee pads were provided. We had two bedrooms with two bathrooms,one was en suite which was very handy. There was a сonvenience shop downstairs and a lot of caffes and restaurants around. Vatican is on a short walking distance. The towels were quite worn off and there were some stains on them.

• Hector (7/5): Mostly fair but a few comfort issues - Location, nice host Cheap beads and pillows like for kids, not able to really rest comfortable because of the low quality of the mattresses. Other lesser important issues like a lack of shelf for toiletries in the shower and the shower curtain in the bad place cutting 1/3rd of the shower space, not much flexibility on check out time
• Virág (3/5): Not as good as on the shown pictures. - First of all the location was extremely good and close to the vatican and cipro metro station. Secondly the apartment was a big disappointment. Not only the floor was dusty but also the furnitures and the bathrooms were dirty. There was one roll of toilet paper (not enough for 4 people for 5 days) and no sponge to wash the dishes. The water in the shower was either hot or ice cold. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the light shine through the curtains from the stairway. There was not enough electrical outlets and furnitures to store our things in (we were living out of the suitcase).
• Dolores (8/5): Very good - The location and proximity to the Vatican is unbeatable. The space is large and it's useful to have two full bathrooms and the washing machine is a huge bonus. The kitchen is large enough to prep and cook; having a gas stove was great. Each guest got three towels; one large, one medium and one small, that was greatly appreciated and unexpected. Since the apartment is on the third floor, the elevator came in handy but keep in mind it's small so you might need multiple trips if traveling with a lot of luggage. The a/c works really well but the rooms toward the back of the apartment and the kitchen get the brunt of the cold air so the front room doesn't get as chilled but that worked in our favor for the ones who don't like lower temperatures. The guy who handed over the keys was really friendly, helpful and responded quickly to any inquiry. I mention these things for people to keep in mind and find it useful to be prepared; none of these things would prevent a future booking at this location. The pots and pans provided are few and all damaged with scratches and none of them have a cover. No garbage bags were provided other than the ones already placed in the trash cans, there was only a drop of dish soap, few plates, might want to bring more toilet paper of your own. The room with the attached bathroom would have issues with the hot water in the shower, it wouldn't stay consistently one temperature so showing comfortably was difficult. The beds are very thin, most of them were acceptable but there was one roll away twin that had a mattress so thin that sleeping was difficult because you were sleeping almost entirely with the metal frame digging into you. There were a total of 7 pillows in the apartment, all of which were fairly thin and we were 5 people so this was a slight inconvenience. The elevator works well but needs to be understood; you cannot open the doors until you hear the elevator "click" into place (just an FYI so you don't think it's broken), the upstairs neighbors are inconsiderate and seem to purposefully and regularly leave the elevator doors ajar so it can't be called to any other floors which means you have to go to that floor, close the door and then it'll move.
• Maxim (10/5): Exceptional - Barbara is a great hostess. She provided us with a well-equipped and cozy apartment. If I needed anything she always answered my questions. The apartment location is fabulous, just 2 minutes from the Vatican Museum and 10 minutes from the Vatican Square. There is also a local market just a 5 min walk, where you can find everything you want. Thanks a lot!

Good location near Vatican Museum and metro/buses to the City Center. Carrefour shop and (many) resto just outside the door. Beds ok. Table in kitchen large enough to sit arround comfortably. Coffee and thea provided. No noises from the street, appartement was with windows on indoor yard. We managed ok, but the water in the showers was a bit challeging as was already mentionned in previous reviews (hot/cold difficult to have stable temperature). Toilet near washing machine not for tall people, but really not a problem since there is a second toilet too. (We didn't find the iron nor the drying rack..)

• Untitledproject (9/5): Recommended holiday home in Rome for a family or group - Outstanding location, just behind the Vatican walls, walking distance to St. Peter's Square / Basilica, 5 minutes walk to nearest Metro / subway station for travelling to the ancient Roman sights, a grocery store just beside the building. If you want to eat out, it's surrounded by restaurants. Apartment has airconditioning, so no problem dealing with the summer heat. Superb hosts, Matteo is very nice and easy to contact. Not a big deal, but it's worth mentioning that the apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th floor if using american system), elevator is quite vintage, slow and can only fit 4 people, so if you are a big group like us, some will have to use the stairs to go up or down. Also, airconditioning has some knocking noise if it's around 24 degrees (C) or lesser. could be annoying at times during the night.

The location is very good for the Vatican visit and you have a lot of conveniences nearby, like supermarkets and restaurants. Barbara's service was very good, from the moment of booking, when she put in contact with us, and which allowed us to have more convenience, including because it had an agreement with an airport transfer, which was very comfortable for us. There's a lot of cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, bakery, bank, etc. in the area. Laura was really helpful in sending us more information. The beds were not the most comfortable.

• Shirin (7/5): Nice, but… - The location is nice, right next to the Vatican and near to the subway station. Everything was clean. Communication was prompt. We received recommendations for restaurants near by. Booking stated that there are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, and we needed 3 rooms, so we booked it. The accommodation then informed us that the sofa bed is not in use, but for a 20€ charge they will put it back in use, so we paid. But it was so extremely uncomfortable, we could not sleep on it a had to fit in the other rooms. We did not get our money back, since it was for the sheet cleaning. So that was quite a waste of money.
