David (10/5): New Year’s Eve on the best balcony in Rome! - Great location, 10 min walk from Vatican or Metro. Restaurants and bars nearby but away from the main tourist routes. Great balcony overlooking all of Rome and the Fireworks on NYE were just amazing! Everything was great.

Adrian (10/5): Amazing location with superb view of Vatican. 5 minutes from Ottaviano subway (metro) and lots of great restaurants with - Amazing pace and a very pleasant house Andrea. Location is superb with the view over St.Peter’s basilica. Complete privacy on the balcony, which is quite spacious. Very nicely decorated apartment. You can tell that someone lived there before. Also very nicely decorated apartment and expensive furnishings - Kartell and many books. Apartment is quiet, noise insulation is perfect. The elevator goes up to the last floor so you just walk one floor up to the penthouse. Actually nothing. All was very good.
