Letizia (5/5): Essential and well located. It should be more taken care of and cleaned. - I liked the location of the house, very central and close to everything on walkable distances. However, this is not suitable for those who cannot sleep with the various noises of the city at all hours, like people and loud music etc. Fortunately, this was not a problem for us. The flat had everything basic and necessary for a short stay. The manager (Silvana) was always friendly and did everything she could to improve our stay. I really like her. Despite the last minute price paid, there are many things to review in the flat. Firstly, it looked like it had been opened the same day and it stank a lot. Dust was everywhere, so much so that I had to clean the surfaces because my husband is allergic. There were broken taps and the hammock was missing. Thankfully, after two days the manager brought us one. In 7 days the flat was cleaned only once because we requested it, but the description indicates that it would be cleaned every 2 days. The photos of the flat on Booking do not reflect the reality and should be updated. There is absolutely no place to park a car, given the central location, and this should be well reported. We had to pay for a parking for 7 days. I would recommend adding a drying rack for clothes and perhaps an outdoor lounge given the empty space.
