• Yvonne (7/5): Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen. - Rustige plek. Prima beurt. Appartement ziet er verzorgt uit. Fijne douche. Appartement voor 4 personen, 1x twee persoons bed en 1x één persoons bed, die prima lagen. Er was 1 klapbed die niet heel fijn lag, Na een hele dag lopen door de stad rome is een fijn bed wel zo prettig. Niet alle servies was uitgerust voor 4 personen, b.v. bekers/kopjes.

• Lenka (10/5): - Everything was absolutely fine. Early check-in was possible, which we really appreciated. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for five people. Everything was very clean, with plenty of kitchenware available. We also enjoyed the pleasant seating area in the courtyard. The only minor negatives were the soft beds and some airplane noise during the day.

Парковка в закрытом дворе, в квартире есть абсоютно все, кухня обуродована всеми электро приборами, есть стиральная машина, кондиционеры в каждой комнате, и сад. Даниэла очень отзывчивая и очень быстро решала наши просьбы . W salonie telewizor z dużym ekranem i kanapa. W pokojach wygodne łóżka i duże szafy na ubrania. Bardzo przyjazny właściciel mieszkania, który pozwolił nam opuścić mieszkanie później z powodu udziału w mszy świętej z Papieżem. Jesteśmy mu dozgonnie wdzięczne. Odległość od metra i sklepów spożywczych około 10 minut piechotą. Da się przyzwyczaić :-).

• John (9/5): This home is lovely and very clean. - It was very clean and well taken care of. We had a wonderful stay. We had a car so it was nice that we could park in the gated parking. It was quite a walk to the metro station but the property itself is exceptional.
• Hareem (8/5): Very good - the apartment is just beautiful. very nice backyard with lemon tree. secured free parking in front of the apartment. 2 bedrooms, enough to sleep 4 people. bathroom is clean. it's perfect. the area is very nice. lots and lots options for resturants. the host is kind and check in process was extremely smooth. the property is brand new from the inside. the only thing we didn't like was the amount of money we paid for the location. on a good day, it's an hour out of central rome from metro. metro is also easy 10 +min walk which seems ridiculous for what you're paying. we stayed with our children and coming back from central rome after a fun day seemed exhausting to be in over a hour changing buses and metro. we had the car for the first 3 days of our trip and this property is the best. if you're renting a car this property is perfect for you 10/10. however, if you plan on using public transportation, please choose something closer to Rome.

• Mohaiminul (9/5): Great stay. Super-helpful host! - first, we were overwhelmed by the behavior of the host. He was super active in the chat and we informed him that we would arrive at 1 am after midnight due to flight delays. He was so helpful and he sent his son to hand over the key. It was so hassle-free. The house was beautiful and spacious. We have no complain with cleanliness. The beds and sofas were comfortable and air-conditioner was fully-functional. The garden was nice and the kitchen was equipped with all useful stuff. We could not complain at all. There is one bathroom for the whole apartment which felt a bit inusfficient, although it was totally clean. One more thing is the tap water was not drinkable (probably in whole Rome), so we had to struggle to drink water at home. Later we found drinking water fountains in the city (which are very common) and filled our bottles with that. It might be difficult for someone who doesnt know the fact.

Supermarkets and lots of places to eat near the station. The Parco degli Acquedotti is also nearby and recommended. No complaints.

For the price it is great deal. Water pressure is a bit low, but it was nothing too uncomfortable.
