• Filippo (7/5): - La casa si trova in un bel palazzo situato in una zona elegante e tranquilla. Molto vicino c'è una fermata dell'autobus che porta in centro, ci sono diversi locali, negozi e un supermercato. Internamente l'appartamento è tenuto abbastanza bene, gli spazi sono ampi e confortevoli, due bagni sono molto comodi. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, c'è tantissima polvere, non tanto sui mobili quanto su tutte le parti non utilizzate come ad esempio sopra l'estintore, sopra la copertura del sistema di antifurto, sopra il frigorifero (su cui è posizionato un vassoio con olio, sale, spezie, zucchero...); gli asciugamani macchiati, il bagno non igienizzato e senza tappetino per la doccia. Questo fa capire che la pulizia viene eseguita in maniera superficiale e sbrigativa. La brandina messa in soggiorno come terzo letto é molto scomoda. Noi non abbiamo usato la cucina ma l'attrezzatura mi è sembrata limitata. Peccato, la casa ha delle potenzialità che potrebbero essere sfruttate meglio con piccoli accorgimenti.

• Gabriela (9/5): - The apartment was very cozy we were 7 people ( 4 adults and 3 kids). Everything was perfect for our 4 night stay! Its location is very good, the bus stop is just some metres away! The host was really friendly and always texted back if needed. The sofa ( sofa bed ) was a bit uncomfortable, but every other bed was great.

• paola (9/5): Fuga a Roma - Casa accogliente e spaziosa per 4 persone in posizione comoda e con facile parcheggio da reperire in strada. Ambiente silenzioso. Proprietari cordiali e disponibili. Si potrebbe migliorare la manutenzione del bagno padronale, dal wc si avverte un gocciolamento di acqua che diventa fastidioso di notte.
• camila (10/5): Hermoso piso en Roma! - Me gustó mucho la amplitud y luminosidad del piso, que tuviera dos baños con ducha fue un plus ya que eramos 5 personas, el aire acondicionado en las estancias en verano es un alivio y la ubicacion del apartamento muy bonita. El anfitrión fue super amable y simpático, muy predispuesto a ayudar! Lamentablemente las camas eran un poco duras, y el sofá-cama ruidoso...

• Sumit R Jadhav (6/5): - Close to rome terminal. Received no response for the complimentary airport pick-up and drop that was included in the booking. Property is in an old apartment complex, getting past the gates and accessing the lock box for keys was not ideal.
• Olesia (7/5): - Квартира очень милая, 5 человек легко размещается. Все чисто, приятно. Но нет вообще парковки, около дома парковки много, но они все заняты всегда. Хозяин не пускает на парковку внутри дома, хотя там были свободные места. Это такой большой минус, кто едет в Рим на машине.
• Karim (9/5): Rome Apartment for a Family - The apartment was spacious, clean , nice details, accommodate my family perfectly , two bathrooms is a plus, felt in a safe location, it had all amenities we needed . Host shuttle was a plus. Host is very friendly and knew how to solve issues before arrival . Little far from interest points and takes longer to get there, but we were able to move in bus. Bus stop are close to apartment.
• Tom (1/5): Will not recommend. - - This was hands down one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this apartment specifically because it advertised air conditioning and hot water – two non-negotiable features when traveling with small children in extreme summer heat. Unfortunately, neither worked properly during our stay. The indoor temperature was dangerously close to 40°C, creating a severe health risk for both adults and children. We were forced to endure nights in unbearable heat without any solution from the host. The situation was further worsened by the lack of hot water. Showers and basic hygiene were impossible, and despite being informed, the host did not manage to resolve the issue during our stay. Adding to our disappointment, the apartment itself was very worn down and looked nothing like what we expected based on the previous reviews. Furniture was tired, finishes were shabby, and overall the space felt neglected. To make matters worse, dealing with this situation and trying to get the host to take responsibility took an entire day out of our planned holiday, adding stress and frustration to what should have been a relaxing family trip. What shocked me the most, however, was not just the state of the apartment, but the host’s complete lack of compassion and responsibility. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, they were dismissive and unhelpful. At no point did we feel like our well-being or comfort mattered to them. Additionally, the listing gives a misleading impression of the location, claiming it is “super central” and “close to the Colosseum,” when in fact key attractions are 2–5 km away. In the end, we had no choice but to leave the apartment early and seek alternative accommodation at our own cost. I attempted several times to reach an amicable solution directly with the host, but they refused any cooperation. This experience left us frustrated and deeply disappointed. I strongly advise Booking.
• Glenn (10/5): A magnificent surprise! - My husband and I were shocked at the spaciousness of the apartment. a big bedroom, a big living room with couch small bed, large table, entertainment unit, a good size kitchenette, a walk in closer and 2 full bathroom!!!!! On a nice, quite street, near restaurants, supermarket, public transportation........... Absolutely fabulous!

• Paulina (10/5): Great apartment - Perfect location, close to the city center. Many caffe's and restaurants around as well as shops. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean, includes everything you need. The owner was helpful and very nice, available at any time. Really appreciate that! We will for sure choose this place for our next trip to Rome! No bathroom cosmetics and no airport transfer (both mentioned in the booking offer) - probably booking mistake

• Junchang (9/5): Fantastic apartment except wifi - The apartment is absolutely fantastic, spacious for a family of 3, you will have air conditioner in all rooms(even kitchen)! The location is nice and safe, lots of parking spaces available. The biggest problem is the speed and stability of Wifi, so for you those who need to work, especially if you have meeting online, it will be a terrible experience.
