• Pepa (10/5): The best location in Rome - The location is absolutely amazing! Just right the corner of the Spanish steps, super comfortable for walking everywhere. The Vatican is super close by foot or metro, same withe the Trevi fountain and even the Coloseo you can walk 30 min to get there. We are super happy with our choice. The hosts were amazing, organized a self chek in for us, because we arrived a little bit late. They were super easy to communicate with, and super nice! We had water bottles, tea and some little snacks for us in the kitchen area, for which we are very grateful !🥰

Luminoso e in ottima posizione,è in una traversa di via dei Condotti vicina a tanti luoghi di interesse da raggiungere a piedi o in metro. • Eileen (10/5): Perfect location for all our needs. The host was amazingly attentive, but completely unobtrusive. She even had our laund - Immaculate. Modern. Very well equipped. Comfortable beds. A lift from the ground floor to the 4th where the apartment is was very important and helpful. The instructions for the property were clear and comprehensive. The WiFi could be stronger.

• Anne (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay at Belsiana Luxury Apartments and I would recommend it for 2 couples or 1 couple and 1 young - Rome is of course a fantastic place to visit and Belsiana Luxury Apartments are in one of the best locations to access many sites, restaurants, cafes and shops. I loved that I could open the window and hear the sounds of Rome at night. Small delicatessens/grocery stores are close by too. The host was extremely helpful with quick communication. Our apartment didn’t have a washer/dryer but we were given access to another apartment to do our washing, before the next guests arrived. It was also helpful to have an elevator in the building, even though it was tiny. The ensuite bathroom, which is separate from the bedroom, is very spacious although the clear glass shower is in the bedroom, as another reviewer has mentioned. The main bathroom however is very small and difficult to manage with toiletry items etc. However, high quality hair driers were provided in each of the bathrooms which was a nice touch. The double beds in both of the bedrooms were very comfortable, however the double sofa bed was not comfortable at all and I would not recommend it for more than a couple of nights, if at all. The living area is also small so that if you have the sofa bed made up, you have to push the dining table aside to make room.
