Marcio (1/5): Nunca mais! - Falta de respeito e irresponsabilidade total Cuidado! Cancelaram minha reserva no dia anterior ao check-in, com as malas já prontas, sem dar qualquer explicação plausível. Para piorar, tentaram me manipular pedindo para que eu solicitasse o cancelamento no sistema, alegando "lentidão da Booking", claramente tentando se eximir de multas e punições da plataforma. O resultado? Fiquei na mão em uma data de altíssima procura, tive prejuízo financeiro e precisei mudar meu roteiro para me hospedar em outra cidade. Falta de ética e total descaso com o cliente. Não recomendo a ninguém.
