I preferred to pay at the reception, but it was a bit difficult and it took some effort to resolve. Another issue was communication with the host before check-in, as the responses to messages were quite slow. However, after check-in everything went smoothly and the rest of the stay was pleasant.

He told me that he will take care and didn't reply to me the whole week. The worst host in terms of communication that I ever had :( On the attached photo, you could see the room in terms of cleanliness 3 from 10

The photos of the apartament do not correspond with reality and do not show the dirt found - location was ok Mold smell in the aprtament Photos do not correspond with reality. It looks much cleaner in photos than it really is. Washing machine is really old not the one shown in photos. No cleaning service The building itself was old and not taken care of. Communication with the host was the worst. they bearly answered. When I asked to reduce the stay by 1 night they said it’s ok but will let me know after checking with the owner. I followed up 4 times on this topic and they simply ignored my message.

Very difficult to reach the host prior to the trip, did not receive check in information on time.
