Lleno de detalles , picoteo, café, bebidas ... Toda una sorpresa . Solo tengo buenas palabras para él . Gracias por todo Alex Puedo decir que la ubicación al centro de Miami me resultó algo lejos ..ya que nosotros siempre hacemos todo a pie. Pero la casa estaba genial, sin duda volvería.

• Alessandra (9/5): Appartamento molto grande, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort - Appartamento grande e pulito, a mio parere molto più bello dal vivo che in foto. Le camere erano delle giuste dimensioni, con armadi e cassetti funzionali per riporre i propri vestiti e oggetti personali. Cucina e sala erano fornite di tutto ciò che occorre anche per cucinare in casa. Il check in con codice è sempre la soluzione più comoda, perchè consente di arrivare in autonomia a qualsiasi ora (previa segnalazione all'host via messaggio). In casa abbiamo trovato il frigo pieno di bibite, una bottiglia di vino e tanti stuzzichini... un omaggio graditissimo che ci ha fatto sentire bene accolti! Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a regolare il riscaldamento (che nel nostro caso a fine dicembre serviva, a causa di un brusco calo delle temperature esterne), che risultava maggiore in 2 delle 3 camere, ma nulla di insostenibile.

• William (9/5): Great Hosts, great house, great stay! - Host was fantastic. House was clean and everything you could need was there. Great location! Only a few nits to pick. The pullout couch in the entry area is broken. You can force it out and force it closed but it's definitely broken and not very good. The house has good AC, but the thermostat is in one of the bedrooms meaning for the air to mix with the rest of the house, that bedroom must keep their doors open and sacrifice privacy.

House was very clean, tidy and spacious, close to all amenities. Wound definitely stay there again if I went back to Miami There was nothing not to like!

To our delight, when we walked in passed the foyer, the doors opened up to a beautiful, quaint living space fully stocked not only with all items mentioned in the facilities list but also basic food staples in the kitchen, including a bag of chips with dip! He also collected all of our packages that we pre-ordered and personally delivered them to the apartment - I have never received such service before and would be happy to stay here again. The wifi was a bit sporadic especially in the last room furthest down the corridor.

From being able to check in early because of our arrival timing to a warm message greeting on the board once u enter the main part of the home. A snack with drinks in the fridge, Bathroom was stocked with everything you would need if you didn't bring it yourself. Extra things located where they shud be. The 3 rooms were a good size along with all queen size beds,, and a tv in each room that actually works with many channels lol..Alex and wife are awesome!! When my family and I take another trip on that side of town again, we will be sure to book our stay here. We felt warm and at home. Thank- you both once again...😍 There wasn't anything I didn't like.😝

• Nancy (10/5): Feels like home!!! - I love everything about this place. They provided everything like a hotel would, but more like it’s your own home! I would recommend this house to anyone. I came here to explore Miami for my 27th birthday and it was wonderful. Walked into the house and seen a big sign of “Welcome Miami ” which was so nice. Very decorated, colorful, and clean. The host was very friendly and easy to talk to! I will definitely come back again.
