• YUKO (4/5): 3泊もするのにタオルが1日分しかないのはガッカリ - 寝室が広い 周辺にスーパーなど便利な施設がある 掃除が綺麗になされていない。 トイレが排尿臭くて、壁はカビがはえていて全て除菌シートで掃除した　廊下も足跡だらけ 居間にテレビがない

• Tomas (10/5): - The place was spacious enough for three people to comfortably stay, it was close to a train station and in a lovely, quiet part of Osaka. Checking in and out was simple and it was overall a great stay.

• Tania (9/5): Good size apartment - Good location and the apartment was a great size. Very easy to check in. Good to have washing machine (however no dryer was provided and drying racks were limited). Beds were large and room sizes big. Very clean and well cared for. Location was handy to supermarkets, dining options and station. We would 100% stay again if we came to Osaka. The apartment was dark and some room windows upstairs were permanently shut. This made the room stuffy. TV was very small and couch was uncomfortable.

• r (10/5): 家族で気兼ねなく泊まれる宿 - 戸建なので、家族だけでのんびりできる。ベッドが広くてよかった。周辺のホテルだとこの値段でこの広さの部屋は泊まれないのでお得だと思う。 鍵が、真ん中の鍵穴部分はかかってないのをよくわからず、 最初あけるのが難しく戸惑った。ドア左側の鍵穴だけで大丈夫でした！

• AYA (9/5): とても清潔、綺麗な印象でした。また大阪旅行の際はお世話になりたいと、家族が満足してました。ありがとうございました。 - 全体的に清潔、綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 キッチン道具も一通り揃っていたので便利だった。 5人だったので、ダブルベット3台で2人ずつ✖️3かと思ってたら、キチンとお布団が用意されていて良かったです。 駅近くなので、スーパー、ドラッグストア、コンビニが揃ってて大変便利でした。 サランラップが備え付けであるともっと良かったと思います。意外な盲点です。 洗濯機が小さくて2回回しました。大人数向きではないです。 玄関の入り口の段差が高すぎて、小さい子や、年配にはきつかったです。踏み台があれば楽だと思いました。 洗面所の鏡も高いので身長低い人には辛い。 ここにも踏み台あると便利でした。

• 映庭 (10/5): Exceptional - After 6 years, it's my second time to stay in Musubi. Really love to stay here, because we could cook by ourselves. The space is quite big and comfortable. Also, quite convenient to go to Aquarium Universal Studios, and etc., It's really so nice.

With useful tips and guide on using some equipments. A bit lacking of tools if needed to cook but enough for a small family number. Lack of hanging towels.

• Lau (9/5): Spacious, nice hosts, great location. - The place is quite spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The pillows could be a bit softer, but I understand that personal preference varies. The location was excellent! The first time, Google Maps led us on quite a long route, but afterward, we found a much easier way to get there. The host was always very friendly and responsive, answering our messages and questions. I truly enjoyed my stay at the place! If I had to mention something, it would be that I wished there were hand towels available in the bathroom.

I love booking with Bijou suites apartment hotels when visiting Japan. - I like that is was private. i like that it felt like an apartment and i was very comfortable. everything i needed was there. dry clothes was a bit difficult and the apartment was cold had to look up directions on how to use the heater.

• Effadylia (9/5): Comfortable Home Away from Home - It was easy to locate the building, about 8 minutes walk from the station. We had no problem with the self check in, passcode worked well and we managed to retrieve the key to the house. Direct line from Kansai airport too, super convenient. Location is excellent, close to train stations, supermarket and restaurants. House was super comfortable for our family of five. Quiet and safe area too. The house was well equipped and the best part about the property is the affordable price! I’m used to sleeping in the dark and unfortunately the blind in the bedroom is not exactly the blackout type. The lights from the neighbours can be a bit bright at night. However, this can be dealt easily with an eye mask.
